We were stopping at the brewery across the street and after unloading our purchases, we stepped in to what might be our new favorite day drinking destination. Interesting video tour played while we enjoyed our cocktails from the sampler menu. We are used to sipping shots of straight spirits during a distillery stop and you have that option at Minhas as well. Getting full size cocktails was the right choice for us. $12 per person got us each three cocktails, a traveler of their vodka and a mini Mason jar souvenir. The spirits on the shelves were reasonably priced and we found some sale items that made me feel like I was doing something illegal the prices were so good. We were stopping on the way from St. Louis to the Dells so this would be a once a year visit for us. We did meet a couple who made the trip from Rockford for a day trip to enjoy Monroe and the distillery.

Amazing food and drinks!! We had the spring rolls and garlic chicken pizza with tomatoes and pesto sauce. Spring rolls were so fresh and came with a peanut butter sauce. Our drinks were berry lemonade and vodka and cucumber mint vodka tonic. Will be going back again for sure!!!

DO NOT buy the spirits here. Theyre too good, and too affordable. If the hipster crowd finds out, the price will SKYROCKET. Shhhhhhhh.

What a fun place! We did a wine tasting food pairing with friends on the wine patio. Each person gets to try 6 different wines of their choice and gets a try of cheese, crackers, fruit and olives. Great service, friendly staff. They also have there own beer and liquor tasting. That wi be our next adventure. Highly recommended!

We went for lunch and the wine tasting in their outdoor garden restaurant area. Beautiful day, excellent food and waitresses were very nice and helpful. The wine tasting was excellent. We have been there twice before and we will go back again. We live about 1 1/2 hrs away but it is worth the drive.

Good wine at a good price. Food is really good. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a awesome drink menu.

I would have preferred a spirits-only tasting rather than a cocktail tasting. Not only did the product get lost in the extra ingredients, but I left without ever knowing how the spirits stood on their own. I was less likely to buy a bottle of spirits because I still didnt know what the alcohol tasted like after their tasting.Very good service even though it was 30 min to closing on a Sunday, and they informed us about the current Groupon deal!

Awesome experience! For only $ 12 you get 3 delicious drinks + 1 bottle to take away. Bartender was nice and attentive, willing to have a good talk and know all the visitors. Great service! =)

Awesome place and great drink tasting special but make sure you get your free vodka when you purchase the drink tasting-they didnt give me mine and now I have to go all the way back there from an hour away...

Went on the tour...Besides the lying and inexperienced tour guide, I had a great time. They dont actually distill anything at this location even though they will tell you otherwise. Also he claimed that because their alcohol is distilled 10x, it is of better quality and smoother. This isnt true. That being said, they were very friendly and served us some delicious drinks. Just wish they were honest and didnt tell us the liquor goes up through the tubes over our heads when really it is all imported.

Ive been there twice, though Ive never made in time to go on the tour. The people are very nice and the sample are never far, if you ask for them. Every time Ive gotten beer. The beers always tasted right for the styles. Yes, there are better breweries, but you will never beat the price. I like the contrast between both styles of breweries. I plan on making trips to Monroe a regular trip.

Fun place to sample a variety of their available spirits, prices are reasonable for tastings and excellent for bottle purchases. Friendly staff, strongly recommend stopping here when in Monroe.

Worth the drive! We visited The Distillery about 1 month ago and everything about it is worth bragging about. The people, the history, the museum, and of course the beverages! My husband loves the tonic and Ive just returned to purchase 4 more cases!

We were there for a tour 9,3,2017 before 11:30 and after trying out the sample drinks in the gift/sampling room, watching a short movie on the history of the building and Minhas we inquired and were told no tours for safety reasons . (Was told The movie was the tour.) Sorry I dont take your operation seriously when your misleading like that...not the way to win customers.The booze was OK but your not the only micro distillery in Wisconsin.Two stars because the lady bartenders/cashier lady were nice, the fella that said no tours I suspect was to lazy to give a tour.

The bald bartender was rude and refused to serve us because they were closing soon. A good excuse, except he had just finished making drinks for two other customers. We wont be back.

I took the tour with some friends. It was well worth the price. We all had a great time. I would recommend it to anyone who likes beer.

Really cool and fun experience..The only reason I give it 4 stars was because 1 out of the 4 bars had a good bartender..Katy :D she was awesome. She explained the drinks and had a smile the whole time! The other girls didnt even look at you for more than 3 seconds. Anyhow great time other than that!

Have come here for years. This year, very unhappy due to incredibly poor service by Beth. Having to pry information about various drinks from the bartender - working with the public is definitely not in her skill set. Used to have fun here. Now its just a lowclass bar. Not returning.

Disappointed in the changes. Used to get Vodka in the pk after tasting. Now its lime margarita. What if you dont like it? Oh well! Didnt enjoy it like before...not as welcoming.

The sprits they make here are pritty bad the cocktails are the worst i have ever had. Everything is overly sweet. Giving it two stars because the wine and the gin and tonic is not bad.

Visited recently and was disappointed. The prices for tasting went up and the number of samples went down. The workers seemed bored and not very friendly.

Really nice tasting room, can get a little crowded.
