I stopped by this morning and Mrs. Sherry was VERY helpful. I am a total novice just got my vinyl cutter a week ago. She took the time to show me all the different types of vinyl and what each one is for. I wanted some practice vinyl and a reflective one for my mailbox. Got more for my money here than I would a Joannes.Plus, supporting a local business opposed to a corporate store is never a bad thing. I’ll be back for all my vinyl I promise.

I used this place twice. The first was seamless. The second time not so much. I ordered a few things and gathered a few from the clearance corner and was told one price but because of their mixup the price was not honored. Another customer came in and picked up her order and left she returned a few moments later because her custom order was wrong. It was due to their error but they acted like she was the problem. I recently moved to the area so I wanted to support local businesses. But I am ok, I will go back to JSI vinyl.

Owner doesnt conduct business in a professional manner. I order 34.00 worth of stuff. System changed me to pick up in store instead of free shipping. So I was done wrong all the way around.I will never shop there again.So to make matters worse. He acts like a baby and refunds my shipment hes refusing to ship after I paid extra. Nice real nice.. lol

1 - Ive used them twice, once last year and once recently.2 - Both visits have required reprints due to low-quality shirts.3 - I emailed requesting a quote for rush service. They went ahead and rushed (and of course charged me) for service without approval.4 - Yesterday, weeks after my last order, they charged my debit card for over $3000 by mistake (still has not been returned to my account as of 3/9/18.I would not recommend this business. They apparently collect credit card info without client approval and the quality has not been more than mediocre in my experience. I would have refrained from leaving a review based just on the quality of the work but a $3000 unauthorized/fraudulent charge is unacceptable .They say theyve refunded the money (still not received) and they have fixed the shirts both times but really, who wants to deal with a company that needs a few tries to get it right when there are plenty that deliver on the first try.UPDATE:I have not heard from JDC. The fraudulent transaction that occurred on 3/8 has still not been reversed.I also have not heard anything from the owner about the rush fee.Beware - there are really too many print places to do business with to have to put up with this type of stuff.

While I have only been working with Chris Jones and Kaitlin Garcia for about 6+ months, I find them to be very easy to work with, accommodating of my deadlines, helpful and creative. I order ALL my firms branded items from Jones Design. In fact, Kaitlin assisted with employees Christmas presents and I am extremely pleased with the results. I will also be ordering new letterhead in 2015. I highly recommend them.

PAID for push order over 150 dollars. Extra fifty for rush. Was told be back in one hour. Took kids to eat. Came back. Was told they did not have material to do it ..Owner stated over Message he was pulling in in buford to get material. TOLD him I wanted money back because pe that would leave me having my wife take hours off work to pick it up. HE refused. I called cops. HE walked in Five minutes later. Was nowhere Near where he said he was to get materials. IT was over an hour drive and he was here in Five minutes. Want refund. waiting on cops now. WILL edit with results
