We all know what Joanne Fabric and Craft is, obvious by the name and yes this store has a wealth of craft and sewing items. What I want to mention is that I purchased some fabric. At checkout the cashier, Marilyn noticed that the ticket was not correct. I did not know this and she pointed this error to me. She then had this checked and she was correct! Saved me a bit of money and I was so grateful to her. Employees like Marilyn are keepers as they are a very good part of a store giving good customer service to people. Least not to forget this makes a person want to come back and shop! Thank you, Marilyn so much.

Convenient place to buy craft items & holiday decor. They have unique wreaths for reasonable prices.

One of the top slotcar raceways in the country.

It was worth the 27 mile drive. They had what I wanted at a lower price than at Hobby Lobby. They was a HL closer but I wont go there. The girl in the showed me right where I needed to go and showed me the 40% off coupon on my phone. I will go back and it was a nice drive. Got me some pride socks and flags to go with my original purchase.

Great place for hobbies. The store is huge. They have a great selection. Great employees and curbside pickup.

Great store for crafting. Good selection of fabrics with a little less items of other hobbies, but they still have the popular crafting items most seek

Customer Service at this particular store needs improvement. Staff is typically very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The exception are the ladies in sewing. Good for a quick craft need but I prefer to shop elsewhere if its not a last minute thing.

Wonderful customer service, Cody is one of the nicest and extremely helpful individual I have ever met. She went way above and beyond. I will be back because of her.

This is a nice Crafting Store. They keep a good amount of stock in the store. The times I have been in this store, if I had any questions, the staff was very helpful. They have lots of fabric and sewing products, decorative floral products, if youre into working with beads they have good selections. If you like card making and Scrapbooking, they have good selections of these crafts. I enjoy visiting and looking at new products they get in the store. They have classes, but since the virus, not sure if they have any going on, but call the store to check with them.

This is the only Joanns within 40 minutes of my home, and the staff are always helpful. HOWEVER, whats the point of a mask mandate and signs on the door if you dont enforce it for fear of customer service complaints? The customer is wrong. Tell them to wear a mask or get out. Other services are great, no complaints other than no consequences for un-masked customers, and that often the items that say they are in stock either arent actually in the store, or they say its an out of stock item but I go to the store and find it there anyway. 🤷‍♀️

Went in for a Bobbin holder and bobbins for my aged sewing machine. They had what I needed. If you get on their mailing list or email or text list they send you coupons where you can get 50 to 60% off of an item. So when I need something thats pricey, thats when I use a coupon. The staff is friendly and helpful. For your sewing and crafting needs this is a great place to get your products.

Stopped in to pick up the Christmas tree cookie cutter set. With Joanns online coupon. I was able to purchase it for the same price as Amazon. Plenty of parking. Holiday hours made it easy to get in early. Staff was helpful locating the item. Great place for craft items.

The Joanns In Monroe North Carolina always gives me a hard time about using the coupons that they sent me in the mail. Today I had the fabric cutter check to be sure my coupon would work before she cut the fabric and then when I took it to the register they refused it. The cashier could not tell me why and made no attempt to assist in this process I am DONE with this store!

The place looked lovely they have different sections for about any type of hobbies from bird houses, sewing and self made home decorations. I happily drove my mother there to buy the treat she needed for her project and she seemed to be very happy with the selection they had. I recommend this place if you are looking for supplies.

JoAnn’s is one of my favorite stores! They always have the best selection of cute fabrics and craft supplies. They’re seasonal selection always makes me want everything (even though I don’t need any of it) just because it’s so cute! They also have great coupons regularly. The staff at this particular location is very helpful and friendly!

The store has many wonderful craft items. My main complaint is the stringent coupon policies and how what you think is on sale or applies to a coupon, doesnt. The staff at the register was very sweet and helped as much as those policies allowed.

JoAnns fabric store is very convenient to my home. Its not fully stocked with a variety of colored fabrics.

Overpriced was the first thought that cant to mind. I dont know if its just them or craft supplies in general but with minimal work you can get the same stuff for half the price.

This location ALWAYS has what I need and the lines at the cutting table are shorter. They move QUICKLY & the customer service if FANTASTIC. Im always satisfied at this location.

Best place for all crafts

I go out of my way to come to this Joann location over the one in Charlotte. They are friendlier and more organized here! The employees are happy to help me find a product if I ask. They also seem to have more of the fabrics I’m looking for in stock.

Pat was so helpful there. And to a person that doesnt have a clue on what I was looking for she solved all my problems. I will shop in there more because of all the help.

Great place to shop as I am a disabled Veteran and buy beads to keep my hands busy. I have bought cloth and beads for new bags for my Cornhole boards.
