This is one of my happy places! They have a great selection of kids clothing, shoes, toys, and learning material. It’s truly a one stop shop with great prices! These beautiful ladies also did a great job painting all of the kids faces. It was such a great sight to see them coordinating with the kids to figure out what they wanted painted. Thank you for the GREAT experience and products!
The store is filled with good items, but if you sell to the company they offer pennies for your items.
Great place to find name brand clothes for kids. Especially infant and toddler items.
Nice place to buy things from but not to sell things. I took some of my daughters clothes and over half were returned to me. It was like they didnt even look at them. They werent stained, a few still had tags, like new clothes were returned to me. I didnt make a fuss about it, my daughter simply got her money and we donated the clothes. I took my daughter back the next day to sell her shoes, one pair was given back (Steph Currys) but they kept the other 4 pair of shoes that were Jordans, Adidas, Under Armour, and Nike Air Max. They only gave her $12. She will no longer sell her things there. She was just trying to sell her things to save money but thats not fair at all.
This is my all time favorite childrens store. I will say I have never sold anything, because Im the type to never let go. I love the team they have. I love their marketing approach. I love the atmosphere and the helpful staff. The prices are spot on, very reasonably priced. New and used. A variety to go through. Toys, books, clothes new & used, shoes, etc. This place has it all. You get all sorts of perks through OUAC. They have a baby club, where you get a free item monthly, lots of discounts at their already low, low prices. Their own signature bag that gets you certain percentages off depending on the days. Giveaways/prizes. & So much more!! I have been impressed with this store from day one. I come out with bags full, well worth the money. Nice, clean and well put together. It is very usually fully stocked. All seasons apparel. Im not personally familiar with the buy, sell, repeat process, but I know they are honest, hard-working people. You cant make everyone happy. They have to make a certain percentage off of it as well, otherwise it is a bust. I have zero complaints as far as this outstanding store is concerned. I have found endless deals on top of deals here. You can find all sorts of hidden treasures, support your local, thriving business!

Great place to buy clothes but selling is a different story. Half of the clothes werent gone through and there was a brand new pair of stride rite shoes untouched. Dont waste your time trying to sell unless you need a quick buck.

First time I went in to sell I made a good bit. But when I asked the manager how y’all figure out how much to pay she told me that they give the seller 1/4 of what it retails for. Well the first time selling was that way & then the second & third time they tried to only give me $.50-1.50 for mudpie, Matilda Jane & some other things & told me they’d be selling it for $5. So I’m not understanding what happened to the rule the manager said. & ontop of that the last time I brought in brand new mudpie & they didn’t even go through 90% of what I brought in. We definitely won’t be back to buy or sell. People aren’t very friendly besides the manager.

Nobody greeted me when I walked in the store, I was saying to the store brought everything in then they told me they couldnt accept the clothes. Just poor customer service.
Visited the store 10/20/20. The lady that took my box wasnt friendly. SAID Id receive a text in about an hour. Waited two hours and called they said oh your stuff is ready. I went and they wouldnt buy anything said my stuff smelled. Had lots of nice name brand clothing and shoes... very rude ppl!!
Any consignment store is our go to for things for the kiddos. This one has quiet a bit to chose from and well organized. The only thing that confuses us, and makes us a little bitter, is what they dont buy from us versus other items theyve bought and are selling. Some of our items are close to new and are passed up but looking through what they have, there are some items with holes and stains! We dont understand...

They promote the whole Buy, Sell, Repeat! But I bought pretty much all of my sons clothes from THEM he is only 9 mo old. I brought 1 big basket and 2 small ones had them all separated. And a few other things on the side. They told me they denied them because they were out of style, slightly stained what they say to everyone. They are LAZY LAZY LAZY. I sorted and stacked my clothes and they were not even touched... at all. They were clean clothes in good nice clean baskets, they were too lazy to even looks through what I had. I am so dissatisfied. They do not care about their customers at all. So sad, they have horrible customer service skills. That man in charge needs to get some new young ladies in there, that actually want to work. Such a disappointment.
They give fair prices for trade ins and they always have great quality clothes and toys for all ages ❤

Shopping is good. Everything is well organized and easy to find. As far as selling goes youre better off going with one of the consignment stores or sales in town. I brought in a huge bin full of nice boys clothes and nice girls clothes name brand (polo,Tommy Hill figure, Oshkosh); They took maybe five things and gave me no reason why the others were not excepted.
Love love love this place!! Huge variety of nice clothes, clean store and the employees are so helpful and polite!! They have great prices and also a wide variety of anything you will need for babies and toddlers. I will always shop here for my kids. Thank yall very much!!
Ive sold to OUAC a few times and never got told that I could not drop things off after 5pm. No, I had no expectation to get my money today, and that was fine. The girl at the store said that shed prefer if I came when they opened tomorrow, a Monday. I work, I told her as much, and I took my stuff.
I have been going here occasionally since I was pregnant with my daughter. Over the past 2 years they just keep getting more expensive. Their run around USED carters stuff is not worth it, you are better off adding a dollar or two & buying it new.Their smocked stuff is the same way, they are so expensive to be used. Some have visuals wash wear and you can tell they are extremely used but still over 15$.I went last week and walked out with nothing. The girl 18 month section was small & everything was so outdated.I will not return here until I have a second child, I might buy some equipment but thats all. As long as the prices stay so high on clothes I will shop else where.
I took in clothes for them to “buy”. A laundry basket FULL of clothes. They didn’t even take half of them because “they had stains” and “weren’t as popular”. So you’re telling me that onesies, dresses, and gowns, all size 0-3 months, are not “popular”???? I remember going in the store before I had my baby and looking for EXACTLY those items. I will never, ever take stuff in OR shop there anymore. That place is a joke.
Prices are great. Love the sales. Aisles are crowded and narrow. It was a little to hot for comfort.
These people are so rude and disrespectful me and my husband was treated unfairly .we have never been treated like this before I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone everyone got treated perfect except us and we would love to speak to someone who is over the store because the way we got handled today was wrong and unnecessary
This place is awesome! I am a first time mom and I discovered OUAT on Instagram. I told my fiance that we HAVE to go here and we STOCK UP for our baby boy. Great place when you are on a tight budget and they have decent items.
I try to sell to them whenever the season changes. It seems as though whether my items are accepted or not depends on whos working that day..i tend to bring in items that are sometimes new and baeely worn but they will take maybe 4 or 5 items and give the rest back..once it even took the same items back and they were accepted then.
Im very sad. As much I go there to told for two items .I only got a dollar and five cents.I really dont them .I know how much any of items I brought worth at five dollars easily .Im not sure what to think any more about this backwards city.I paid numerous of dollars .I worked everything I got .I never give nobody nothing I didnt want or know it be helpful .I can shop anywhere .I majored in fashion.I seen alot clothes there stained.Anyway Im ok.Iyd life .I got point .I just learn keep clothes .Give them in shops need them.
The store itself is very neat and organized and I loved how easy it was to find things! On the other hand I was watched and followed every step I took as if I was stealing! I refuse to spend my money somewhere where iam treated that way when I have money to buy whatever I wanted for my child!!
Be careful what you buy!! I was told if a baby gate I bought didnt fit I could bring it back. NOT!!

Useful to get rid of excess baby and kid clothes that are taking up space. HOWEVER, these folks are making out like bandits! They buy select items from you and then turn around and sell those items at up to 600% markup from what they paid you!!! Great deal for them.You are waaaay better off buying and selling through a garage sale. Look for local ones on Facebook. Or even those selling apps available now.If you don’t care about getting a fair deal or making any significant money back on your kids’ clothes. This is the place for you. But think about it...if they think a piece of clothing you give them is only worth $1, then why are they turning around and selling it for $6? Hmmm
