Went to drop my car off for an alignment at 5:30 sign says they close at 6. I didnt need it today they could have done it tomorrow. Anyway no one was around to take my business. Probably shouldnt be going here anyway.

Very friendly and helpful. Had to get a new battery and with the help of the staff we picked the battery I needed and had them put it in. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Went in for an oil change. I was told it will take 45 minutes. Fifty minutes later they had not even started working on the car. There was no one to talk to in the waiting area. The techs were busy chatting away. Nobody cared about the fact that I had been waiting for so long and I upset and want to leave without getting the oil change done. It took me ten minutes just to get my keys back. Will never make the mistake of going back.

Broke my dip stick in 5 minutes of having an oil change didnt offer to replace it or anything or do a free oil change for inconvenience!

I had work done at my Mechanics shop he went ahead and checked my oil and proceeded to tell me whoever changed my oil did not change my oil. Walmart proceeded to say we have camera this camera that and come up with half a dozen excuses as to why my oil after 2 weeks is black and sludgelike. Absolutely horrible place to get your oil changed cannot own when they do bad work or offer to make anything right.

I showed up early to have a tire patched/repaired...Thats what, a 15 min service? 45 min wait because of two people ahead of me. No problem! :) .... An hour and a half later, the young lady suddenly remembers to pull my car into the bay. Grrr...alright, cool, its in, lets get to work. Nevermind the fact that 3 or 4 other customers came in AFTER me and were in and out BEFORE me. 15 more minutes later, the other customer service representative lets the guys know, oh hey, this ladys been here an hour and a half+ ; have you started yet? NOPE! After a 2 hour wait, my car is finally ready and the tech guy backs it out of the bay, forgetting the chain was up and now the back of my car is scratched. Sorry excuse for an auto care center. Oh, during my wait, I overheard that they over filled the oil on the RV that arrived after me and also damaged a car door (or something) on another customers vehicle (who also arrived after me and was serviced before me). I dont normally complain about wait times, but that was ridiculous.

The staff is very nice but there is NEVER any more than 2 people at one given time. Not the fault of service department it is the fault of the store manager. Probably a directive from Bentonville WalMart HQ. They have a habbit of screwing up stores and customers.

The young lady at the service desk was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I know, right?
