I live in Pennsylvania and have never been to the business. I have bought parts over the phone several times and have always been satisfied with the quality of the parts. The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. Todd is very fair and has always given me good prices. Todd is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Mustangs and parts. The service has always been great and I would recommend them to any Mustang enthusiast.

Nice enough on my inquiry. However not really into buying salvage parts unseen. May work for others, not my preference.

Excellent selection of used fox body parts. I’ve completed one 93 GT show car, and one 92 coupe occasionally driven car with the help of Todd and Prestige Mustang. I’ve been doing business with these guys for almost 4 years, and will continue to do so as needed.

This is a really great place to visit if your a mustang lover. Im looking forward to converting my auto gt to a t45. In about 3 weeks Ill have everything I need. Now to just find someone to install the conversion.

Drove a hour and a half for parts, facebook and there website both said they where open. I called all forms of contact, email and any numbers i could find. Waited for 30mins due to the door saying the same as there social media. Which i feel is reasonable. Nothing. I get hours being different due to covid and stuff but update your info because i drove a good distance for nothing based on multiple pages of theres where consistent with operations hours. I wonder how many more have had the misfortune of there inconsistencies.......So update been informed that the owners mother has covid and there only taking appointments on Saturday..which i understand but suggested that the update there social media and door. They preceded to guilt me by saying Sorry to hear that you feel that way - we sincerely hope that you are never in the position we are in right now watching a loved one die from Covid The thing that gets me with all this being said i was told Our only guy that is close by with keys just started a golf game -so he can’t get to you anytime soon - so sorry 😐

They have a lot of parts. Prices are pretty high for early stuff, as in far too much for what the item is. I guess when you have the stuff you can charge what you like.The yard staff were extremely helpful.

Very friendly staff, and will make a good effort to help you find what your looking for . Will also try to make sure you got everything you need. Only negative Ive got to say is price. I thought prices was to high but when you know some parts are hard to find . Places will charge more i know. Two of the girls was pretty.

I’ve never heard of this place before being as I live in California. But I gotta say real people and real quality honest service. I ordered a rare part for my mustang from these guys and Todd made sure it was packaged safe and well. I wish there were still more places like this to go and find those hard to find parts but at least there is prestige mustang. I will Definitely be a return customer!

I live in MA and bought a discontinued fuel tank for my 99 Pony.. it came in a timely manner and was in great condition. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

I get it....it’s used parts but when I ordered 2 things from them I figured at least one would be descent. Both are complete junk and of course CANNOT return used parts and the owner....forget it not worth my time!Make sure if you buy from them you ask for pictures first!

Bought motor and transmission from them, we get the motor and trans. Packaged very well and got everything we asked. Later that day I take off the valve cover to look at the lifters, and take off the water pump to check to see if I needed a new one. Look inside of the valve springs and see one of the head bolts are snapped off. Call later in the week to cover it under warranty. Turns out if you take the valve cover off and water pump you void the warranty.

My husband and and I drove 2 1/2 hours from NC to pick up some parts we pre-ordered. When we got there the owner took us on a tour then gave us free range of the place while he checked on our online order. While we were there we Also found some more parts we needed. This place is a MUST SEE for anyone that needs any part for any mustang. This place is So organized, you can find anything. It was all grouped and organized by make model and year. Never have I seen anything like this before. The young man in the shop had went through and inspected each part and separated into color coded bags and tagged each one individually. The owner was hands on in the loading process of the engine with service courtesy and respect that I have never seen before. I will only come to Prestige Mustang for any and all original Mustang Parts that I need in the future !! This place is more like a Mustang super store. Did I mention all parts have a guarantee?......

Put it this way if I had a project car that took me 30 years and needed one part to complete the car I would rather let the car burn to the ground before I buy a part from prestige mustang The guy thinks he knows everything I hope he knows he won’t be in business long.The guy is a idiot good luck to new clients you been warned.

I ordered a transmission, clutch, flywheel, driveline and shifter from them and I’m in North Dakota. I’m pretty satisfied it was packaged very nicely, all the parts except for the shifter handle was there so that sucked. Ordered one for $29.99 online so it was no biggie. They even included all the bolts as I asked! Shipping time was about 10 days. I had it all installed the same day I got it. The transmission shifted like it had 27,000 miles like they stated! It is a pleasure doing business with you guys and I would definitely order again in the future from you guys! Tammy was very helpful and so was Todd. I’ve never had a phone order for that much money with a place I’ve never heard of before but this company is definitely legit guys! Don’t pay attention to the bad talk I’ve been reading about them. Real friendly staff and very clean environment

I Recently bought a 97 cobra engine with 72k on it, best I could find anywhere in the country, an for a really good price!! Todd was not only helpful but he actively looked for this engine for me, an called an let me know immediately when he got it. I promise you this i payed bottom dollar for this engine nobody I mean absolutely nobody could match Todds offer. I received the engine today, it was packed beautifully no damage, an they didnt cut my hoses an left my bolts. Also lexy replied to all my emails an was extremely helpful, I recommend to all mustang owners. I will definitely be a return customer.

This place has terrible customer service. Todd is the worst. He is super nice when you are buying from him but when I asked to make a return he treated me horribly. I bought a set of window regulators for $200.00. They shipped out late because he said he had an employee in shipping call off. When they were received they were not in great shape. I needed to make a return because they were in the same shape as the used regulators I already have. I knew they would be used parts, but did not realize they would be in such bad shape. He also asked why I bought regulators from him if I already had regulators. He told me that his used parts are not refundable because he has labor involved he has employees to pay and he was sorry if I had buyers remorse. He told me that he does not need my business because he is the the biggest seller of used mustang parts around. I have been in this business for a long time and this is the worst customer service I have ever received.

Prestige is a great place, dealt with them a couple times now and they are always easy to deal with. Todd knows pretty much anything about these mustangs being an enthusiast himself. They have hard to find parts, great condition and price, along with great people to deal with.

I have read so many negative reviews about Todd and his team. So I wanted to post my experience. I am glad I didnt listen or pay heed to any of the sniffling cry babies out there crying and whining about used parts and their condition. Maybe the shipping company is responsible for the damage. I purchased, well, basically was given a 1999 Ford Mustang for my 17 year old daughter. The thing was trashed, I mean trashed! The carpet looked like it was on the floor of a kindergarten playroom and then at a cig smoking bar at night. The seats were falling apart,.... I called Todd and we hit it off. The bottom line? Todd was so nice and understood my daughter and I working on it as a father-daughter project. He found an interior from a mach 1. Dark charcoal with the silver stripe. And the matching carpet. Which by the way they pressure washed for me! The seats, front AND back were like brand new!! Gorgeous and a perfect fit. $800 and the interior is like new. My daughter is going to finish the rest of the interior with her own money and you better believe we will be tapping into Prestige Mustang for parts. I have had nothing but courteous, timely service from these folks.Honestly, Im a little tired of reading all the folks out there who jump on the negative bandwagon with out having any experience or dealings with Todd and Prestige. Just someone posts some crap doesnt mean its true. Trust me, I know its not!! Thanks Todd and Prestige!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased some parts for my 1995 Mustang... Some of these parts are extremely hard to find like the radiator cover.. Large part!! Todd packed very well to insure that the ends wouldnt get damaged...Todd knows Mustangs !!! I found him helpful and eager to help me..

Great place for parts, pretty good chance if your in a bind he will have it, however pricing is very high, new or old the price is the same no warranty or exchange on faulty parts. i would love it IF HE WASNT SO HIGH ON $$$$$$. If you can wait ebay would be your best bet.

I just got off the phone with them and that is the first and last time that I will ever call them. I emailed them a couple weeks ago to get prices on parts that I needed for my car. The response simply said to call in because they should have it. So I called them today. The woman that answered the phone was courteous. Then I was transferred to the parts salesman, Todd, who was very rude as soon as I finished telling him what I was looking for. He was more interested in telling me how I needed to conduct my project and why I should scrap my vehicle and buy one of their rust free cars from Georgia than actually helping me out. Could not get prices from him on the parts that I wanted because he was not willing to help me do it if it wasnt his way. Turning customers off after 30 seconds of conversation is a great way to lose business and youve definitely lost mine. If youre going to be so rude, give a better response in your email so people dont have to suffer through talking to you on the phone.

The entire staff was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The owner has a wealth of knowledge and was able to help and guide me me in my purchase. I bought a fully dressed 5.0L engine, with the wiring harness and an ECU. When I came to pick up the engine, it was in excellent condition and it was ready and waiting as promised. The technicians even took the time to ask about my Mustang project and seemed to be genuinely interested. If you are lucky enough to be within driving distance, I would highly suggest a visit. If you do visit, dont expect to spend just a few moments there, because youll find youself in conversations about all things Mustang and drooling over the rusty gold. I needed an entire engine harness for an 01 Mustang Gt, and any place else was way more expensive or I couldnt tell what the condition of the three harnesss would be. I spoke with Todd about what I had going on and he sent me the 3 harnesss immediately and they were in excellent condition and now my car runs like new. I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige to anyone in need of parts for their Mustang.

Hello, I was recommended to Prestige Mustang and Todd by LMR (Late Model Restoration) for some door hinge parts for my 1992 MUstang LX convertible. I was explaining my dilemma to Todd that the driver door was sagging and that the car only had 20k original miles. I told him that the body shop I took it to told me that I needed many parts to fix the problem. Todd was a little confused that my car would need all these parts being such a low mileage car. He was a professional body man for many years and asked me to send some pictures and video of the hinge in question. He explained to me that he thought the work the shop wanted to do was not only unnecessary but also expensive. He explained that there were other, less expensive options to repair the door. It is very rare in this day and age that you will find people that will not only help you but go out of their way to be honest and take the time to do so free of charge. He responded to my texts and emails with a personal phone call and spent a good amount of time to help me. He told me that he ran his business honestly and didnt like when people were lied to and taken advantage of. I will certainly not hesitate to reach out to him for parts and advice for my Mustang! I called after hours and they answered their phone. I asked them at 9 PM if they could pull some parts for me and have them ready for me to pick up the next day at noon. They said they would do that for me and when I arrived, everything was pulled and ready to go as they said it would be. Everyone on their staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not only was Todd an incredibly nice guy, but he also gave me some screamin deals on parts that would have cost me nearly twice as much on ebay! I was very surprised to hear that this place has received bad hype on some of the mustang forums. Dont believe what those old grouches have to say. Todd was awesome. Prestige mustang was awesome. 5/5 I will be returning for any parts I need in the future. The owner Todd - Definition of a crook salesman. Bad service, thinks he knows it all, will laugh right at you, does not have any morals as a salesman or stands by customer service. If you don’t believe me, stop by in person. Pick out some parts you might be interested in & don’t buy nothing. You’ll see his true attitude, he’s only interested in selling. Not “potential” or “problems with a purchase”. The only people that work here is the girl in the front desk that does nothing but answer the phone & transfers you to the parts department (Todd) & Todd himself. Please reply, I want to hear your lame excuse of response.

Carefull ordering from here. Very pleasant on the phone, but I never got all my parts. It appears the shipping company opened the package and took out most of the integral parts I ordered. I guess someone from UPS is also building a Mustang.

My experiences with both the Prestige Mustang team and Todd, the owner, have been top notch; I dont say that lightly having dealt with many online parts suppliers as well as online businesses, in general, over the years. Im thoroughly impressed and pleased with these guys - from Christy, in the office, and her handling of phone callbacks and billing/ shipping communications (through email- including sending pictures of the items before purchase, and on the phone- determining the best destination freight depot [from a cost and distance perspective]), to Todd and his knowledge of auto body and mechanical parts. His insight into the specifics and nuances of Mustang parts (such as small changes between model years) is impressive and speaks to his experience. In addition, he is easy- even enjoyable to speak with and, you can tell, genuinely wants to help people in their parts quests. Overall, the manner in which they conduct themselves is truly a bright spot in todays online business community.

Ordered a flywheel with 136 teeth. They sent me one with 134, and it didnt fit. They deny I told them exactly what I needed. I returned their part. They wont refund me my money. Ive had over 50 Mustangs. Ill never use them again. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Todd is a liar.

So my experience so far has been great for the most part, however I just recently purchased a A9L computer and rather than install it myself, I had Moes Performance install it. Todd, did test it on his testing device so between Todds word and him showing me the results on his device I purchased it. Afterwards, I scheduled an appointment with Moes speed shop to get the A9L computer installed. I was just informed, from the speed shop that this A9L computer had an additional module attached to it and the computer is fried. Called Prestige and spoke to Todd, and because Todd wasnt holding the techs hand, there was nothing that he could do. I tried to do the right thing and have it done by a professional so it would eliminate the chances of the computer being ruined. Im just giving my experience from what I have been dealt. This VETERAN will not be going to do business here again.

Very disappointed Todd promised me a fender that would be ding free and look good installed over the phone. The fender I received had three dings and looked like someone keyed it. There is a large amount of scratches all the way to bare metal, their shipper Steve is trying to tell me they will easily sand out. Trying to work with them now and will update my review if they make it right but after talking to them today feel like they will not.Update: It is true they gave me a partial refund, but what is not true is that the freight company caused the damage. Prestige Mustangs shipper admitted to me through text and over the phone that the scratches were there prior to shipping. Also, when they shipped it he layed the fender flat on the pallet and mounted a gorgeous trunk lid vertically suspended above it wedged in a huge box with a little bubble wrap in between. While in transit the trunk lid slid down in the box and contacted the fender below it placing several dings into the fender and messed up the trunk lid edges. Took both of the panels to the body shop and they recommended using my original fender because the scratches on the fender from Prestige was down to bare metal and would need to be blasted completely to repair and one of the dings was in a bad spot that would still be noticeable after repair. When I contacted Todd and tried to discuss it with him. He would not listen and tried to blame everyone else, the shipper, and even me which pissed me off. Only after saying several choice words he was willing to give me a refund for the fender. Before that he kept saying it was my problem, and was unwilling to help.I found them online and they said all of the right things over the phone promised me a fender that would be dent free and ready for install, my expectations based on the conversation I would not need an expensive trip to the bodyshop could bolt the parts up and go. They are probably ok to work with in person, but I would recommend picking out your own parts and not relying on them to do it.Also, after all this they had the audacity to contact me after my first review and ask me to retract it. I am hoping they can learn from this review to be better for the next customer and not promise what they can not deliver and do a better job of managing expectations. When there is a problem work with the customer to find a resolution that is reasonable do not immediately blame others.

They quoted me $600 for a deck lid, $700 for a door - both second-hand from totalled vehicles. New sheet metal from Dynacorn is $130 for the deck lid and $250 for the doors. Buddy was quoted $325 for a second-hand dash pad. Dont see how this place stays in business.

Well first off Id like to say that talking on the phone with Todd was a pleasure he was very courteous and professional in helping me find the parts that I needed (interior rear quarter trim). I see how the people at Prestige Mustang have the up most respect for there customers and I felt very welcomed. though I have been absent in the past couple months they continued to stay with me and help me get the part I needed. Laila is the women that helped me over the phone and I could not of talked to a more professional person. Of all the stores ive ever been to or came in contact with Prestige Mustang definitely made its mark at the top of my list. My 91 Vert will officially be completed upon arrival of my purchase thanks to Prestige mustang. Also now I know who to go to if I am ever to replace a part for my mustang. Thanks Prestige Mustang.

Im sorry let me rephrase that. Rip off place of business. Will never try to do service again trying to charge $120 for two used parts that are 34 years old. can get both brand new at OReilly for $58. Also they come with a 2 year warranty. Do you guys offer that. I dont think so. Also you need to watch the way you talk to customers. I read the reviews. Not only that called about a transmission for a 03 mustang v6. Talked to the owner to see if he had a bell housing for the transmission told me he doesnt know if the bell housing comes off or not. Told him he should know he works there. Then told me he was the owner and that he deals with a lot of parts all day. And he did give me a price for $299 for a used 4r70w transmission which I thought was a pretty good deal. My cousin called the guy back and told him he wanted to get the transmission for $299 like he said and the owner said it was $399. We talked with the same guy both times. He said he never said that. Ya your parts may be original I give you that. But the fan relay I bought from OReilly works just fine.Always remember prestige mustang you cant con an intelligent individual only the week minded.

Needed some parts for my 01 bullitt. Ran across Prestige Mustangs by chance online and gave them a call. They were friendly and helpful on the phone. Decided I would make the three hour drive to pay them a visit and it was worth it. The parts selection they have is overwhelming to say the least. I found everything I needed and the prices were very good. As for the people that own and work at Prestige. They are a great group that really know and care about what they do. I felt very welcome and at home with them. Even after I had all my parts loaded in the truck. We stood and talked for over an hour. I defenitely recommend Prestige and Im looking forward to doing business with them again.

I came from Decatur Alabama to Atlanta to buy a saleen wing for 150 bucks.it was use but hey I brought it back to decatur and had it restored. An it looked it brand new..i say I would definitely visit this place again...Great ppl, clean place and they have a variety of what you need.But the warehouse guy seems a little racise 😞

I called looking for some plastic brackets that hold the metal tabs on the front of the sunroof. Todd told me he wouldnt separate parts but would sell me a complete sunroof, and hed find the most cherry one he had since he had a few to pick from. Fine, I needed the parts. I place my order and get a call a day or two later wanting more money for shipping because they underestimated the cost. Were sorry we cant budge on price but ask for Christy and well give you a great deal next time. I paid over 300 dollars for a sunroof thats rusted around the outside (rusted through in 4 spots so the metal trim is beyond saving), and the metal tabs that are attached to the brackets I need are completely rusted and bowing the brackets. The only salvageable part is the glass. This my first and last purchase from Prestige, and I will warn Late Model Restoration as they refer people here.

Don’t buy from here. Funny how every bad review is exactly what Todd is like. I was looking for a part he had & I asked for pictures to see the condition they’re in, he replied with a disrespectful tone they’re $600. I didn’t ask how much, I asked for pictures to reflect the product. He never sent them. Like the other reviews, he won’t send pictures & have you pay the highest priced parts & give you the crappiest ones & only to tell you “we’re a used parts shop” when you call back. OVER PRICED, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Todd is the owner & only person you’ll talk to, sad because he does have OEM parts.

I have shopped at this place repeatedly and everything I find is always overpriced.... $300 for a 94 GT rear bumper and Certifit has them for 110.50 brand new 🤔 just one of my findings

$2250 for 5.0 and T5 with who knows how many miles or condition?? Why would anyone pay that when they can get a motor from summit for $1700 and add bolt on’s for less? People look for used because it’s supposed to cost LESS.

Word to the wise if building a mustang I wouldnt buy from here was sold black door panels for a fox body i later got home to install the door panels and had band new clips bought from Ford dealer where I workI later find that the panel had been from a flooded car and bad rain and couldnt use the door panels
