The flowers I ordered were delivered without any problems and my girlfriend loved the flowers! Price was great! First class service and flowers!

Service is great. Flowers came earlier than expected and my wife was on her lunch break. Herbie contacted me and advised he would try to deliver later in the day. I recieved call from Herbie maybe 20 minutes later stating he was headed back to my wifes job to deliver flowers. I was amazed at this service and the flowers were beautiful. He also took time out to contact me throughout this process

I received flowers from Grand Floral Monroe for my birthday, when I received them I immediately text my boyfriend and said you didnt use Vees, He said they had great reviews online and their flowers looked beautiful on their website, well they have great reviews and the flowers on their website are from 1-800-flowers, my 18 roses look nothing close to the flowers on their website. The roses were crammed in the vase leaves and all, they were not trimmed and were all different lengths some in the middle of the bouquet were shorter than those on the outside so you cant even see them. It looks like whoever did the arrangement, had never done an arrangement before. I attached my flowers and the picture from their website. I RECOMMEND ANYONE WANTING TO SEND FLOWERS USE VEES

I have been dealing with Grand Floral for over 2 years now and they have always had great customer service and great attitudes. They are rarely out of the flowers that you are asking for and if they are they can make on the fly adjustments that will still be beautiful. This has been my first option since day one and I would recommend them for their Great Service and Consistency on pleasing the customer without just getting a sale. 💪🏾💪🏾

I ordered roses online after I got off of work on night shift, probably around 5:30 or so in the morning. They were at my wife’s work place at around 8:30. Super fast and easy, and the roses are beautiful. Looks like they were freshly cut just before being delivered. Wife said the whole office smelled like roses. I’ve tried numerous places around Monroe but the prices, prompt delivery, and quality are top notch. Will definitely be using again, thanks!

I placed an online order of a specialty bday arrangement they had advertised and I got an order confirmation number. It was never delivered. I called left a message with my cell number, order number, and concern that my order was not delivered. No call back the morning of the next day. I called back in the early afternoon. Female employee was nice. took my information and put me on hold. Came back and said they couldn’t fulfill the order. I asked why was I contacted about this, she asked if I checked my email, and I said I had. Only received email about confirmation number and another advertisement email from them. She put me on hold, and a man came on the line. He explained that because of Covid my specialty order could not be done because parts became from China. I get that stuff like this happens, but I asked why wasn’t I contacted. If I was called, I could have ordered something else. I was not ugly and did not raise my voice. He then got very defensive and very rude and said yards yadda yadda and that they emailed me. I said I did not receive an email, but even if I had wouldn’t this have warranted a telephone call especially if I left a message inquiring about the order. Again, he was rude and unapologetic. Bottom line is he was ugly, rude, defensive, and could care less about my order. Please do not give this company any business.There are too many other florist around who would be appreciative of your hard earned money.

I’m originally from Monroe and now live in San Diego. I ordered a sympathy floral arrangement to be delivered to the home of a family member that had passed away. I called to find out if they had all flowers that were needed to make the arrangement I wanted. I was told that they would have all the needed flowers the following morning, and they would deliver the arrangement that afternoon. All went exactly as I was told, and I received a phone call when the flowers were delivered, along with a conformation email.I later received a text along with a picture of the flowers from a family member. The text read, “absolutely stunning flowers”.Their customer service could not be better!!

I ordered online a unique kitty arrangement for my daughter in Louisiana. It was delivered promptly and is absolutely adorable. My daughter sent me a picture of it and called it the cutest arrangement ever! I am out-of-state, and the woman at the flower shop was so helpful, kind, and patient as I asked many questions via phone. I would highly recommend this shop.

Very pleased with the service. Im originally from Monroe, but currently live in Baton Rouge. I placed a delivery order online the morning of my grandmother’s birthday and requested that she receive it by noon. The order was delivered an hour and a half prior to my requested time. The arrangement looked exactly as it did online.
