Drove from Stockton to Modesto to check this store out since it looks much bigger with different varieties. its 2:26pm store says open 10 to midnight. and the doors are locked!! very disappointed 😔

Dude is too rude, if you come in the store go towards the lady the dude gives attitude for no reason

Suzies is clean, friendly, and not intimidating at all to shop in. Especially if you dont know exactly what youre looking for or looking at. Its a great place to shop!

I didnt feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy anything that was out of my price range or just pushed on me for no reason. I told the girl at the counter what I was looking for, and she gladly walked me over to the right toy section and was very friendly. I appreciated the whole encounter. This is my go to Adult store.

Thank you to the great staff that new what toys to suggest without me paying an arm and a leg. They worked with my budget and needs, awesome service and so unexpected.

I drove to this store from Salida. I had to go to the bathroom when I got there. They do not let customers use the restroom. I went to Jack in the box, McDonalds and Dennys. No one would let me use their restroom without a purchase. Im not homeless. I do not appear homeless. So the store I was planning on shopping at and spending money wouldnt let me use their restroom. Ill never drive here again. Im gonna have to use the restroom and theres no place to use any kind of facilities. I had to drive all the way back home. You know where I dont have to worry about it. Shopping online.

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. They even have lube samples you can try on your arm to see how they feel (or to find out if youre allergic, like me). The prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. Suzies sets the standard for professionalism in an industry where you might expect considerably less from the staff and store.

Suzies always has a large variety of toys to choose from, I never leave empty handed.

I came in looking for something specific but the lady i think her name was brittany was trying to force me to buy something else that i didn’t even want. she had a big attitude which i did not appreciate. i don’t think i will be coming back here again.

I love Suzies,great selection,beautiful women cashiers. I highly recommend it. The only down side is they want to much money for some of their stuff

I came in the a group and i had forgotten my id so willingly went outside and was going to wait in the car. I dropped my phone on the way out, the sim card popped out in that alley and i didnt realize it till i got to the car so i got out and went to look for it, im a 59 20 year old woman. By myself in that alley at 10pm. My boyfriend was inside. A man walks up and gets really close to me i go to the door and waited. Another man walked past me but when i turned around he had stopped and was facing me watching me. I waited for another minute before i stepped into the door. Not even in the store i stood by the door calling my boyfriends name. Tears in my eyes. Obviously scared and upset. I wasnt coming into the store or even going past the sensor. The clerk basically kicks me out. I have my phone in my hand and i tell her i need him outside and she really rude says for me to call him and i said my phone is broken i call his name and she says for me to get out of her store at this point im angry, scared and in tears. She said shed get him but only after i got out of her store. What if i was in danger? What if i was hurt and had been looking for help? She didnt even stop to think maybe something was wrong. I was not disobeying or coming into the store. I was respectfully standing near the door calling his name. She was extremely disrespectful and rude.
