Im excited to go back when their new showroom is finished!

I own a concrete countertop installed by Flying Turtle. After hairline cracks appeared next to the cooktop, I called to see if someone could come look at it and possibly repair it.Jan called me back the same day, but in her words, their installers are too busy right now to do any repairs. In the words of Jan, I cant commit to anything right now, but if we have an opening Ill let you know. She informed me she was booked for a month out, but would not let me schedule anything at all, even more than a month out. Ummmm...okay.Maintenance and repair quite simply is NOT a priority for this company. Unfortunately, concrete countertops require occasional maintenance and repair.Should Flying Turtle show any interest at all in repairing the cracks, I will happily revise this review.
