So…i’m fairly new to riding motorcycles and didn’t know that using the hand free clip would overfill my bike. So long story short I sprayed gas all over me and my bike. Totally my fault! Not the gas stations at all. But the reason for my bad review is as I stand there dripping in gasoline; a gas station employee stood outside staring at me but offered no help. He just popped in his headphones and ignored me. It may not be his responsibility to help me, but it grossed me out that he could care less. Even offering a couple paper towels would have made my night.

I usto love getting the rewards, and this pump station was one of the best in town. Full services available ( such as windshield cleaners, empty trash cans etc)Now you have zero cleaner in the buckets, lucky if you find a windshield wiper wand for cleaning, trash cans are always full and there’s NEVER any recipes tape, making you have to go inside to get your car wash codes. If you have children or are disabled you have just added an extra step for your customers/Today I went inside and the young lady who Said her name was Minnie, had attitude because I asked her where the code was located on the receipt.The other employee was walking out and gave me the same attitude. When I asked for a number to give my feedback. They told me they didn’t have numbers, and that I could only voice my concerns during business hours Monday-Friday 9-5.So maybe we shouldn’t get our gas except during those hours.No receipt tape, no wash for windshields, no customer service…Horrible horrible, not worth the “rewards”…Ruined day and rotten apples working here…

There arent any signs outdoor or indoor for the prices of the gasoline. I went inside and asked two women. Neither of them knew how much they were charging per gallon. It required a third employee to find out that it was more expensive than any gas station in 10 mile radius. Even with 10 cents off per gallon it is still overpriced. I did not pump any gas and drove to a cheaper gas station. Avoid this place at all costs.

Always get my gas here but today I stopped by and just put my little $6 on pump 1 after 3:00pm and my digital gas tank miles didn’t go up at all nor did the gas tank indicator. I usually get between 15 and 20 miles with $5 bucks and not one mile this time. My car is brand new and I just put gas at another station to get home. Someone should check that pump. Didn’t realize it until I got to oakdale and a phone number wasn’t listed to call. Otherwise...the gas station is great.

Regular convenience stores have discounted prices on bulk purchases. This store offers no such discounts and is just outrageously overpriced. Its a better investment to walk 300 feet to the regular store.The car wash is horrible. Its is only good for vehicles with very light dirt. It will not fully remove bug guts from the front nor remove heavy dirt from your sides.

The manager at this facility identified by her name badge was Rhonda. Not only was she dressed unprofessionally but she had a pierced nose and was unprofessional. This person does not look like a manager of a store and more importantly, does not act like it.I do not understand why this company acts like it is affilitated with Raleys stores when Raleys has nothingto do with them . There is no connection.At least one of the employees wears open shirts and also has a piercing . ( JACCUR)If I wanted to go to a low class store, I would have went somewhere different. I will not buy anything there again .

I purposely delayed my review to ensure privacy. I am absolutely appalled by the manager of this store and her unprofessional attire and attitude. As the manger she wasnt even wearing anything to identify her as manager only an apron and had a piercing in her nose. I almost walked out and didnt buy anything. I found out Raileys doesnt even own the store part anymore from Raileys themselves and that explained the unprofessionalism of the manager and another employee who was showing off his tattoos on his chest and had a piercing in his cheek by his eye. This store has no sense of professionalism. I was unaware that this was a gang related store. I hope Raileys will remove their name from the store to not tarnish theirs. I will not be going back because of these two individuals.

The cashier gave me a fake $20.00s, and she said it was my fault.. corporate did nothing to help ..👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Service has definitely changed now that they are no longer associated with the Raleys store. Clerk has attitude. Probably wont be going back for awhile...to keep the story short. (My wife rarely complains and when she came in tonight - she called the store, only to find out Raleys sold it off back in December.)

I love this little store i come for a energy drink a lot and some lottery tickets before i work and sometimes after i work i come here :)

Great people. But skip the coffee, its just hot water... It looks like coffee, but its a trick.

The scanners at the Raleys gas station are the worst. They have NEVER worked correctly. I have made several complaints to the store and to the corporate office and all I get is a we are working on fixing it answer. This has been going on for several years. It appears that it is a scam to get customers to shop at their store since they are higher priced than other grocery stores. Just to test the pumps, on several occasions, I would go to 3 or 4 different pumps and NONE of the scanners worked. The whole idea of paying at the pump is 1. I dont have to go inside and wait in line 2. I can fill my tank up without having to guess a dollar amount. I have been a Raleys customer for over 25 years. Today was the last straw. I will now be shopping at Savemart.
