FANTASTIC cheese! I love them all but my absolute favorite is Black Truffle Casiago. Excellent cheese and the farm is great too. Its definitely a great place to check out if youre local. The cheese can be found at many stores and farmers markets around California. In Modesto alone, Ive been excited to see it on the menu at Redwood cafe, Galletto, Camp 4, Surlas and Greens to name a few! You can also find their cheese at Obriens grocery store, Turlock Farmers Market, Table 26 in Turlock, La mo and many more! Great Local Cheese company. Check them out! you wont regret it!
