He made sure the floor I chose was in stock and picked a great transition even when the ones for my specific brand were backordered. I just had flooring replaced in my kitchen and landing area. From finally finding the perfect material (after looking in a least 15 other shops) to receiving the owners ideas and input at my home, to the quote, to the job being completed, the experience was all excellent all around. There were tricky areas in my kitchen, and Speer Flooring handled it all with no problems. This was the most professional home upgrade I have experienced. The guys just finished up with our large family room and hallways. We are very happy with the job. We originally contacted Empire and was quoted $6500 for the work, then we checked out another local company and got a good quote but when we discovered that they were only going to send out 1 person for the entire job which included moving 2 very large/heavy pieces of furniture we cancelled the job. Speer gave us a very good price, got the job done in 2 days, had 3 installers working, gave us new ideas on part of the project and pulled it all off. They did a great job for us as I an certain they would do for you. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

We had great service and installation of our new floors! From the start when we met with Larry at his showroom he listened to our concerns and guided us to the best flooring for us. I did have some concerns about where the flooring came from (China) but he assured me it was good quality and reminded me of the warranty. He came out to our house and did the measuring himself. Larry did a huge flooring job for my family, ripping out some really gross carpeting and installing vinyl plank in an over 1400 sq ft area.First of all, Larry is the greatest guy youll ever work with, kind, courteous and personable. Unlike most contractors Ive worked with in the past, he showed up when he said he would with plenty of workers and got a gigantic job done is a very short amount of time. All the ts were crossed, and all the is were dotted! The final job was perfect and everything was finished as promised.Larry made a real difference for our family by coming through and being such a stand up guy. Kind of restored my faith in humanity a bit. 😁 plus the upgrade to the house was immediate and worth every penny of the very fair price that we paid.Long story short, Speer Floors is the place to go!!

We had contacted Larry in 2019 to get an estimate to completely re-floor our house. We had several projects in the works and had to push the floors off until 2020.Then the pandemic hit and in Feb. 21 I called Larry.Found out the original flooring was no longer available. We went to his Showroom/warehouse and selected an updated version of the flooring and we were off and running.Gus and the boys came out and originally told me 5-6 days, but had it done in 4. Gus was awesome to work with. He listened and addressed all my concerns and was quite the professional. It was a pleasure to work with Larry from the very first time I called to discuss the work that needed to be done. We were wanting to replace all of the tile and laminate to one flooring throughout the whole house. Larry was friendly, reliable, and worked extremely quickly to help us pick a flooring, and order the materials. We ended up with a RigidCore, Floating Floor (Which we absolutely love! - Very Durable for our doggies and fast paced lifestyle) All in all, the process from start to finish was completed in less than two weeks time. On top of being amazing and efficient, Larry was able to quote a price that came in under any other bid. Im not a person who always goes for the lowest bid, so this was a real nice surprise to find that the person of choice was actually a very fair priced bid (and so much appreciated).Day of the install, Gus and his crew arrived to complete the job timely and with smiles on their faces. They were very friendly, and did amazing work! (especially undercutting the fireplace!!) No corner was cut, and they took the time to make sure everything was satisfactory, doing walk throughs everyday to show me the work that was done. When we ran into some mold issues unexpectedly, Gus and Larry worked quickly to help me understand the issue and how to resolve it (and with minimal cost added to the job).Im not a huge review person, but I have dealt with too many BAD subs and contractors to not take the time to promote an AMAZING one. We did spc flooring throughout our entire house. They were done in 4 days. This was fast given the size of the project. Also worth mentioning, is because we were concerned about the tariff increases we purchased our floor in November. Larry stored it for us until we were ready in April. I would give them 10 stars. We had Speer Floors put laminate floors put in our home and were 100% pleased with every aspect of service and the affordable product Speer helped us select. Called Speer Floors to refinish my red oak floor. They finished in 5 days and did and EXCELLENT job. The floors look like they were just installed. The refinisher, Jonathan, was prompt, courteous and meticulous. So happy with their work.
