I call it the almost North Pointe Landing secret spot for your electronics gadgets your unlocks and general information about anything thats it our up-and-coming got a few Legacy items there that seemed interesting if not a little idolish. Shop owner was friendly and informational. I think Ill go back there when I need some services that my providers dont seem to be able to provide.

Old over priced electronics mostly but decent security hardware spy equipment cell repair I seen he dose fingerprints background checks used to get certain kinds of employment. I’m not sure if he does livescan for federal and hazardous jobs. you can pick up some items you purchased on wish here which is nice but when I went he scanned the QR code in my email from wish telling me my item is ready for pick up..... I’m still trying to figure out what happened.

I Visited Gadget Exchange at 3800 McHenry Ave. Lots of gadgets to buy and exchange. Workers was not there for an hour and waited for him. When he arrived he just quickly say hes not going to buy our items. Waste of time.

This illegal fence of a business is a joke. About two years ago i sold this store a computer that I knew was worth more than the offer I received. I was offered $70 for my computer, come to find out he had it for sale and was asking close to $500 for it but I let it go considering I knew what it was worth, I was just in a desperate situation. I had some idea the computer may have been stolen considering I only paid $100 for it. Later I was informed it was indeed stolen from Doctors Medical Center but the only of this chop shop didnt mind as long as he made his money. Recently I purchased a phone for $130( they were asking $150) made me feel like I got a deal. Well when I brought the phone my moms house who is the person I bought the phone for, my brother laughed at me and told me I could have gotten the phone straight from the manufacturer for $99 and that is unlocked. The phone I bought from gadget ripoff is locked to one network. I figured I could go back to the store and I would be given some type of price adjustment, I mean considering..... Nope thats not what happened he said that its not his problem and that if I come back he will give my licence plate number to his police buddies. Really? Come on!!!! Youre a joke!

This store has always helped me with batteries for my laptops. Very friendly and helpful. I will recommend they to anyone who asks me about electronic gadgets.

Best overall experince for an exchangetype of business Ive found in a long time. I keep going back to these guys because they are the best. Whatever you need done to any electronics; these guys can do it- or theyll let you know if its not worth the repairs instead of taking you to the cleaners just to make the buck.

This place is the only cell phone repair store I will and ever go too.. fast, honest, friendly..

My husband purchased a phone from the store. The phone was sold over retail price. Could have bought the phone from Motorolas website for $99 and thats for an unlocked phone. But instead we trusted gadget exchange and actually paid $130 for the phone that is not unlocked. It can only be used on Metros Network. Anyways we return to the store and tried to get our $30 back. thinking it would be no problem considering the phone was used and its $99 for a brand new one . But instead all the owner told me was well theres nothing I could do for you you should have done your homework before you bought the phone. This was two days after we bought it. The receipt says you have 30 days to return or exchange if you are not satisfied. THIS IS A LIE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. My husband left a review here on Google and the owner replied with nothing but LIES. Saying that he offered us another phone and that my husband knocked over a display case in front of our 5 year old child that doesnt exist. We dont have a five year old child, we have 1 and a half year old twin boys. He said we were irate and out of control. These are all lies. We are currently contacting the better business bureau because now the phonewont even charge after less than a month! THIS PLACE IS A CIRCUS!

You told me a product I couldnt use because of an update wouldnt give me a halfway decent price on something I could use and I suffered for three to four weeks of using a phone I could never use unless it was on Bluetooth lame huh do you recommend going to him

Every time I go here. I walk in the door and greeted with a smile and told if theres anything i can help you with. Just ask. No pressure at all. I went in one time and told them my mom has a hard time hearing the phone. They showed me a device that was not only loud. It was in my price range. Plus my mom loves it. I have bought a few things here and the same thing everytime greeted with a smile and no pressure sales. This is my number one stop.

This place can be addicting. Sold a laptop and the owner was fair and reasonable and very friendly as well as his staff. It seemed the place was up to date on the latest tech gadgets and is also well informed of the merchandise. I will definitely return there when looking to buy any electronic gadget. The only issue is that I wish it was a little bigger but then I would never leave the place.

I received quotes that I cannot believe even exist this day in age as compared to other stores, I will be frequenting this store. This place is easy better than going to any gamestop when it comes to buying used controllers or anything else. I actually found this place through offer up. They were fast with the response and very helpful. I was going to buy a used Playstation 4 controller from gamestop, which was $49.99. At that rate I might as well buy a new one for ten more dollars. So I looked around and end up buying from this place for $35 + tax. Fast, easy, and they offer a 30 day warranty.. I forgot the guy that helped me. He was awesome though. Will definitely go back there again.

They have a sale currently for a decent laptop, and windows office for 199, so i grabbed one (old laptop broke) and im really happy with my experience there.They have laptops, some desktops, phones, some games, accessories for phones/laptops/tablets, they have tablets... This place is great they got just about anything you need. Plus its a great place to get rid of your old stuff as they pay top dollar for electronics. I went in today and got 80$ cash for a broken ps4 that they will now use for parts. R.I.P to my first PS4 . You wont be disappointed guys these people are great! 10/10

I really like these guys. I bought an older laptop, a great deal. I bought another one recently too. I had a different place to have my tablet fixed, it only cracked the front, but its been almost 6 weeks and still not done. Not so good. (they are across the lot, down from Walmart. Beware.)

I have gotten many items for myself and family members from Gadget Exchange over the years, and have been very happy with them I drive over a hour one way to have them service or repair items. I have taken some items for family members that they tried to have fixed at other computer store, only to have it fix right at Gadget Exchange for a little of nothing. They always give you whatever time you need to pick the right cell phone or laptop that you can handle. I have gotten a lot of help from Gadget Exchange over the years. I tell everyone to go to them first so they get all there electronics fixed right at a fair price.

I visited the Gadget Exchange to purchase a laptop PC for my kid considering back to school is near approaching, I was immediately greeted by the owner of the business who took the time to show me the selection of laptops he had in stock, after spending some time there I picked out one of the best laptops he had in store and on top of that i also was given a FREE Tablet as part of their promotion. I cant say enough about these guys will recommend to all i know, keep up the good work Gadget Exchange...

They only gave me a two bucks for a Samsung phone I had I forget what size I went to winco put it in one of those machines out of the Samsung I think j7 it was a give me a 22 bucks for it Tulsa put in a smaller Samsung and it only gave me $2 depends on what condition theyre in good luck

Visited store on Saturday needed to purchase a phone for my mother, I was shown several options for phones I needed a big screen considering she has bad sight, I found aPhone that I was going to pay full retail at $250 elsewhere I end up getting it her for way less, anyhow my mother likes her new phone and she’s very happy thanks to the great people at this store.

This place is great they are so nice, friendly and very helpful! They are very busy but never made me feel rushed or like they didnt want to help me. even at the end of the day Callil (i think is how you spell it sorry!) was still as helpful as he had been on the other visits . The hours are great and convenient and they give % all day . i love that they made the store larger! More fun stuff to look at now!! Love this place!!
