This store is the best flooring store in the valley, and if you stop in make sure you tell walt hes the man

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, but this is my lowest option.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE when we asked for a color match... then we ask for a similar one and they didnt have anything at all similar... felt to me like they didnt want out money. They acted like this is my only store... When we left we went to Lowes and way different and super nice with us! Forget this store come to Lowes instead!!!

Great guys. Walt really helped me to get the products I needed to get carpet and base molding into my church. Helped me to understand the difference in products, and why one was better than the other. Got me on my way quickly. Thanks!!!

I have been shopping here for materials and supplies since I was a kid for over 20 years. Theyre like family me and my dad refer to the manager as uncle Walt . Walt and his right hand man Jose always have your back getting things quickly and promptly. Abel their warehouse manager helps get my stuff loaded and on the road fast.

Went there to match color to some old rubber base. Worker knew immediately what manufacturer and color. Had it in stock. While waiting I took a look at merchandise in the store. Very good selection of tools for every type of flooring from tile to carpet to name a few.

Horrible customer service! Felt like they didnt want to help me! I left and took my money to Lowes! Way nicer and super paitent with me. No one in this store did anything at all to help me so now I will let my family know not to come here at all! My family a d friend would always come here looks to me like not anymore...
