Did a last minute Halloween costume. Found a good deal for this only 13.99.

First of all, besides the fact of the new girl that helped us was super nice in making our order but overall worst customer service from management i guess, we made an order from their “$30” special of 12 latex balloons and 2, big numbers (ex:21)” which its a Good deal im not gonna lie but when we came back for our order the next day they said we hadnt paid for the “2” when it comes included in our “PACKAGE” but the decency to sell OUR number “2” is UNACCEPTABLE! We personally saw the cashier put BOTH THE NUMBERS AND THE 12 latex balloons with our receipt in a ZIPLOCK bag and said it will be ready for tomorrow at 1! But when we came back surprisingly they said we didnt pay for the number two and said that it was not in the bag and that to choose a different color for free??? “ITS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE IS A LIE!! Management or who ever was there acting like a manager said they wouldn’t refund because we didn’t call ahead to cancel, (we did not know the number two wasnt in our bag) when we confided that they would have our 21 and twelve latex balloons ready! So no refund and walked out with a two and a one different colors! We ordered TWO SILVER NUMBERS NOT ONE ROLSE GOLD AND OENE SILVER! Do better party city! Get better camaras while your add it before saying your customers a re liars and better management too!

It was soooo much easier to run in here than to be swallowed up by Spirit Halloween. I found exactly what I went for. In and out in lesd than 15 minutes!

Not the best party city to go to ..My transaction was lost due to their system freezing cashier keeped on asking me to re do the transaction..I checked my bank account transaction had gone thru .I requested for them to check if my transaction cleared and the manager confirmed it.What a waste of time it

Bow, rainbow suspenders, and face paint for a staff event. Many shelves were bare and empty though. And lots of items must be ordered online. Bummer. Cool stuff to check out though.

Ive come here a few times for party supplies. I recently bought a bunch of balloons to make a balloon wall for our gender reveal. Turned out great.

A lot of the items I was there to purchase were out of stock. Staff was helpful tho.

Tons of stuff for decorating for any celebration 🎉. Tableware, costumes, decorations, and CANDY.. lots of penny candy. Great for pinatas which they also sell.

I found lots of fun stuff for my nieces birthday party and they were quick and friendly at the register.

Looked all over for a car bow for my daughters car and they had it in stock!! And not just one. Only one color but at least they had a few. Christmas is NOT the only time people buy or gift cars but all the other party stores seem to think so.

Way too expensive. I cannot believe the cost for some of their items. I actually found the spear they were selling for $9.99 at Save Mart for $5.99. Crazy but true.

I always go here for my sons costumes or parties place is clean everything organized depending on the holiday line can be long. Normal business days fast line you need to go early for your costumes during Halloween otherwise everything is mostly sold out.

I went here on the day of Halloween, so a lot of their inventory was already sold out. Most of their shelves looked empty. So, I suggest that you shop here before Halloween if you want to get a costume you like.They had wigs, props, leggings, hats, and full body costumes. Their wigs are kinda pricey, ranging from $20 and up. I was looking for a witchs hat, but all I found was a wizards hat. My boyfriend bought a grim reaper robe and a white mask. He scared a few people wearing that costume, so it was a good buy.The organization was not very good. We were wandering around looking for costumes. There were pictures on the wall of costumes, but we were not sure what the point of that was. The back wall had things organized by colors. They had walls of party supplies, such as plates, decorations, utensils, balloons in all different colors. If you needed items in a certain color for a themed party, this would be the perfect place to buy it. At the front, they sold bags of candy. You can pick it up quickly before getting your things ringed up at the register.Overall, it was an okay experience going to this store on the day of Halloween. If we had gone earlier, I think I would have liked a lot more.

First I will admit I should have checked the hours. I went to pick up an order and the website let me go through the process and even put in a time they would bring me the order. After the time had passed I looked up the hours and they close earlier on Sunday. I was 10 minutes past closing. If the website would have said something about closed for pickup it would have saved me from driving across town. The next day I was going to pick them up at 10 but they had canceled the order. I got the balloons somewhere else and probably wont go to party city again.

Didnt have the gloves I was looking for and bought something overpriced went next door found it cheaper at Spirit and was able to use a coupon. I went right back within 10 minutes MAX and had to fight to get my money back since they were saying no refunds after October 23rd on Halloween items even though they did not indicate verbally while the purchase was happening. Thankfully the manager was nice enough to refund the money after all.

Went to pick up my online purchase and since the email specified to follow the online pick up signs I thought there would be signs and mistakenly thought the costume pick up section was where I needed to be. Wrong, I had to go to the front of the store at the regular checkout registers. They couldnt find my purchase so they called a manager and she found it on the floor underneath their mess of a cabinet where they put all the purchases they are holding for customers. Not how I would like my purchase to be taken care of. Im paying money for something Im hoping to be able to use, not to get home and find it unusable.

This place is never fully stocked and some of the staff is rude.

Selection is good, not great. Some of things can be found online way cheaper. Also, wheres the staff? Sometimes i only find one or two cashiers and no floor workers.The interactions are always fulfilling but i dont like having to track someone down especially if i trying to look at for something small and specific.

People were great but your helium sucks. Bought one of those helium tanks that does around 30 balloons.my kids wanted to fill our living room with balloons for their mom on mothers day. Filled all up last night so it would be a surprise this morning. 2 balloons out of thirty are still floating!!!! To their defense, the box does say float time 5-7 hours. But who reads the box on a helium tank! I have birthday balloons from 4 months ago, still sitting on my ceiling!!!

I needed help reaching a few items and an employee appeared like magic! I always spend too much time looking down every aisle here! It is always clean and the employees are always nice and very helpful!! It wasnt always, so whatever they did to change things in the last 6 months...keep doing it because the employees really seem to enjoy being there now.

Place has just about all your party needs. Halloween costumes.. Of course if you like jelly bellys there are plenty to choose from.

They have a large selection and offer military discount(which I always love) and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They were willing to help me and my aunt with all our questions and were very knowledgeable of their products. The store can sometimes be disorganized in areas making it hard to find what youre looking for and sold out of a few other things, but overall, very nice store and staff.

Horrible.1 Employee and 1 Manager. Employee was a Saint and did the best he could. Manager seemed to have a defeated demeanor. They need more staff!!! There was no one to help you find anything! (Unless you want to wait 45 minutes to ask a question...Yes...I waited!!) Hope this place improves.

Not very organized or clean. Everything is just crammed in that store. Need better management. A lot of the candy was stale and half eaten candy and wrappers everywhere. Seen a bug problem already in advance stages due to size of the adults. That store needs help. Lazy staff who dont take pride in their work. Balloons around store all half empty and falling to ground. If you dont mind the mess they have a huge clearance section with some bargains. Restrooms were alright.

Loved my costume from there

Their online availability didnt match what they had in store. I waited over 20 minutes in one for them to tell me they didnt have what online said they had 18 in stock. Turlock store is 100% better than here.

Found some items for a baby shower.. Selection for party favors, invitation selections supplies was minimal.Customer service was okay and wait time at the register was lengthy. Only two cashiers.

I purchased a Piñata for my kids birthday and was disappointed as it quickly detached from the main cone shaped end and dropped to the ground, which was held together with flimsy tape. They would not refund me my money

Great place to stop before going to the movie. They have an assortment of candy, 10 pieces for $1.00. 30 pieces for $3 vs. $20+ at the theater. You do the math!!

Store is either dead or packed. Staff arent very engaging. While I was checking out last time, 2 staff members carried on a full conversation and never once talked to me other to say the price.

Adequate staffing for holiday season last night. They even had a couple employees dressed for the occasion. Nicely done.

They have everything you need for a party. I mean everything. They have every theme imaginable, and if they dont, they have plenty to work with. They always have a great selection of costumes and costume accessories for Halloween, too. Even though that section is fit into a fraction of the store, they still seem to have more than the specialty stores who have a whole store to work with.

This location had a lack of shopping carts. I brought my one year old and the only 2 carts available would barely turn. I had to push really hard and the 2 carts were really dirty. They didnt care to go collect more carts if they had more. The place was dirty. For a discount party supply store, they are still pretty pricey!

There is a guy that helps with balloons... He needs to be more humble. He is very rude. Please don’t ask him a question because you don’t want to hear how he talks to you. This is a place that people come happy 😊 They are celebrating something, getting things for a celebration. No need to get that Incredible Rude person to help you.By the way this is not the first time he talks to me rude. I wish there was another place to get balloons. He also talks rude to other people.

Fun place

Worst experience ever paid $110 balloons were missing, not fully Inflated, the people were nice but they where under staffed, and we ordered on online a piñata bundle for pickup went all the way to Turlock it was the only store that had it The order was missing stuff the piñata was dented and not round!(like a Pokeball) on top of that they charged me more then what was said via the website I had to do a return and it took days to get money back!They never answer the phone!!!!!!!

Went in to Party City with a long list and Felicia the salesperson took her time and help me find all the items I needed for my Moms 90th birthday party she was great thank you very much
