I was interested in trims for a project and found the perfect items on sale. Made my Day.. Heres the F4 and after of the frame I blinged up.

Bought a basic Singer on sale. It included a great class to learn about the machine, blind hemming and seeing a button hole.

Good service but products are not cheap

Staff is very friendly. 2 of the staff helped me. One helped me find the liners for skirts. I was in the plain section so she led me to a different aisle where the fabrics were, silky she said. The other lady cut my fabric and held conversation. Peaceful (quiet) place.

Took my daughter here to get some art supplies for her. The store staff was extremely helpful. Even suggested waiting until the next day on a few items that were going on sale the next day for 70% off, alot of places wont do that. Love this place

Made a return. Was told the couldnt give me cash back...to early. Couldnt return it back to debit card..had to be credit. Told me to come back in afternoon. I said NO didnt want to drive home and all the way back. Finally they gave me a gift card and I ended up buying a bunch of I really didnt need. Will not be going back!

While the store may appear a bit small ut is quite a nice little spot. The staff has always been very nice and helpful every time I have visited. Its never difficult to find someone to unlock an item, not does one spend any significant time in line waiting to check out. They follow all the c-19 protocols and are very diligent from what I have witnessed.

I usually go to my store in Manteca, but tried out this one because they had some items I wanted. There was an associate, I think their name was Eddie, and they were super helpful. Im taking up dressmaking and didnt know what I needed to begin. Eddie pointed out all the rulers and pins and things very helpful and i love the products. Thanks!!

I absolutely love Joanns. They always have exactly what I need and they have alot of good deals. I love to crochet so Im always there to buy yarn and they have such a big selection, thats why I keep coming back. Hers a few pictures of a baby blanket I have made using the Bernal baby blanket yarn. I made it for a coworker, shes having a boy.

Lacking in the customer service department with the exception of a few. Discounts are always not up to date when they try to ring you up. The manager was short with all the customers that spoke to her including myself I noticed. Will keep you updated as employees change quite often here.

Large selection of craft and decor items. They also carry fabrics and ribbon by the yard. Staff is helpful and friendly. The usually have an online coupon you can look up on your smartphone and scan at the register!

It was a nice place with lots of fabric and for really there were lots of fabric & Im not into fabric but there were some really good ones for blankets.

They always have just what I need. I needed some burlap and not only did they have it but they had it in several colors.

I love Joanns. Today I was a little disappointed because one of the people cutting fabric walked off when I was in line and the other person was waiting on someone else.Sales are good, lines are not at all what they used to be and fabric selection is back!!

For a so called craft store they dont have simple Items like any kind of sponges that is used in art, painting, texuring.The employees sent me on a wild goose chase to find out they didnt know if they had any or not, it turn out it was not.

A very large collection of fabrics to choose from at an incredibly reasonable price. The sales are very often and the coupons are easy to access in their app. I love the staff, they are very helpful. Also being pet friendly is always a plus for me

My bejazzled frontyard eatable food art so the world can share in my genius? JOANNs. That time I decorated my house in Midieval 1960s Art Nouveau complete with a working 7-layer jello mold trebuchet for bombing the neighbors?! JOANNs! I love this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone on two separate occasions this week and numerous ones over this past year. There is 0 help. There are 6 registers and most times the lines are long and only one cashier. #1 reason why stores are closing everywhere.the dozens every mo

This is one of the best looking Joannes Ive been to in a long time. its an older store so they didnt have tons of selection but what they did have was nice clean organized.

A great resource. I always see something that sparks the imagination. Each aisle discloses some new treasure. On my cant miss list for Halloween every year. (And with Starbucks and Yesterdays Books right next door, I could easily spend the day without moving the car.)

I really liked this Joann. It has an old school feel and the (knowledgeable) customer service is top-notch. The Joann closer to home is predominately staffed by non-sewers and crafting newbies. I also like how customers can test drive sewing machines before buying. The building is dated but dont let that deter you.

Its a great place to shop but so hard to call! I get a busy dail tone or it rings almost 20x then just hangs up, also since it isnt posted anywhere since due to the pandemic going on they have more orders than usual so no same day pic up even tho it says guaranteed pick up if ordered before 1? Or something so DO NOT order if you expect to get it the same day, expect 2-3days, so hard to get any help or assistance from any employees some seem a bit irritated at times

Very very disappointed with the customer service at Joannes. This is the second time I place an order and they fail to fulfill my order. When I received an email saying part of my order was canceled. I had questions to why my bank account said -$50.09 if my whole order wasn’t fulfilled. I called to ask, I told the lady who answered the phone that I had a question about an order I made online, before I could finish she tells me no orders were came in today because the system was down. I told her I made my order yesterday. She cut me off again not letting me finish. Saying, “what time because the system went down yesterday” I finally raised my voice told her to stop being rude stop interrupting to so I can tell her what my question is. I asked “why my account was charged the $50 if only part of my order was canceled?”She explained to me that it wasn’t charged That, that money was put on hold. I told her I just wanted to cancel my whole order. Last time I called about an incomplete order and they took forever to refund the money. They say don’t charge you till you pick up your order but they do, they just refund you later on I am mean later later on the difference of what they didn’t fulfill. You’re better of going to Michaels I ordered my stuff the same day they fulfill the order and always complete the order.
