After my husband passed away on 9/4/20, I inherited his truck and the all of the issues that came with it. We purchased our truck at Modesto Toyota and have a warranty with them, so naturally I went to them to get the work done.First, Mike, the Assistant Service Manager, was amazing. He knew what I was going through and made sure to keep me informed and went the extra mile to make sure I had something to drive, while my truck was being repaired. He was extremely professional and kind and he will be the only person I deal with in the future because of the level of knowledge and professionalism.Second, when my truck had to be sent to an outside shop for alignment, Modesto Toyota sent it back to them 3 times before giving it back to me, to make sure that my vehicle was safe to drive and functioning properly.I will take my truck here for service for as long as I have it!
They were organized, friendly and helpful. Shudder driver was very Nice!! I havent gotten my car back yet, which is okay since they have a lot to service my car for. I recommend their services department.
Worst customer service ever. Made an appointment August 11th for a 40k service and had a coupon. Got confirmation text. Was called Wednesday the week before and told the appointment was made incorrectly. I told the rep I had a coupon and could only make the day and time I made previously. Was told a new time for the same day take it or leave it. Would not honor the coupon for the next week same time. Wow so you guys screw up and.... screw me??? Ill take my business else where.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I received. And it only took about two hours.

When I bought my car I bought extended warranty on it, which finance sold me on saying it covers everything. I had a flat I came to service department and they automatically shut me down saying extended warranty doesn’t cover flats but I can buy their tire and wheel insurance which will cover it. So I said no and just bought the tire and paid out of pocket. Come to find out when I talked to their “specialist” I was told my warranty provider,MBPI, that my flat was covered and they didn’t know why the person I talked to didn’t do their job and pulled my warranty. Employees need to be trained better on how to their jobs.
Very courteous and helpful. Had an issue that was covered under warranty and didnt know it. They fixed it for no charge and will do a follow-up check for no charge. Im a Happy customer.

My first time to bring my vehicle. I even made an appointment. Requested a rental. Nothing on the request indicated an option for shuttle service and that the rental service is going to cost you 25 bucks. I even bought a Toyora care package plan when I bought my brand new vehicle. Need to think twice in the future for buying 10K worth of service where a rental is not even provided for the day. Im very disappointed with Toyota itself. Not necessarily the dealership. Came in at 10a and shuttle service have yet to show up. Its been 90 minutes. Also, no reception area for coffee or water like other dealerships. You have to buy your own.

Im not sure why I still bring my car here. Even after explaining what service I wanted and returning for a second appointment, they still had me wait in the wrong line. Service was done eventually and the driver took and picked me up fine. Not sure Ill be back since my car is off warranty anyway

Update August 2nd 2020They tried stealing 700 by saying I needed a 700$ service package. When my car only needed an oil change. Cant get a returned call from the service manager Micheal.This place used to be great.Upsale on services! Be careful. From oil conditioner to Spark cleaning. The worst part is they say its part of the service so the car needs it. The service people are not there to help you but they are there to help themselves. Waited about 25 minutes to be checked in. The coffee is not fresh. There is plenty of seating and the restroom are clean. The service people are also salespeople filling a quota. I feel bad for people who dont know about what their car needs and they trust the service people to guide to what they need and not to be pushed service that are not necessary.
This place is garbage. They say you can set an appointment for service but its really first come first serve. Set up appointment at 7 showed up at 6.50 am there were a bunch of cars there already . I asked about it and they said oh about an 1 and 1/2. What happened to my appointment that I set up a week ago and you called to remind me. Just garbage. Just another Walmart.
Everyone seems to be too busy here. They all pretend to be their own boss, from the shuttle guy to the assistant manager. If you want to complain regarding something, they wont guide you to anyone. But will just say sorry. Everyone is rude, even if you leave numerous voice messages, still you will not receive any callback from anyone.

Upon driving into the lot, the first thing u see is about 7 sales ppl hovering around. ( instant regret as this is a turn off) I walked around looking at trucks but the color variety was limited to mainly white trucks. Also all the vehicles are locked which FORCES u to have a sales person help u just to look inside. HUGE TURN OFF as I want no help til I ve decided to test drive a vehicle.
I was in and out in less than 90 minutes, I went to look at some vehicles, having a cup of coffee and looked at accessories for my car, then got the call Your Vehicle is Ready
