The person that’s at the front desk, I assume the owner or manager, is one of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with. Not a smile on the face, not a care in the world about customer service. Super short with his answers and explanations, doesn’t seem to be concerned about if I should bring my business to him or not. Kind of reminds me like he doesn’t really want to be there.Update: The response from him this morning stated that I wasn’t his customer because he doesn’t have a customer by my name. This is the corner auto shop that I’m reviewing, the one that did an alignment on my car. There was no other alignment shop along that building. Maybe he likes to see my receipt to be proven wrong and that I was there. I don’t know, maybe?

This place has treated me extremely well. The owner will tell you how it is, and to the point. Very knowledgeable . I been coming here a year now and this is the only me mechanic in my area I will go to now.

Their attitudes change once you give them money, they act too nice until that point, they have poor customer service, and they are not careful with tools around your vehicle, they will damage your paint.

This business is all you could want and more. They are able to address all of my needs and more, I send all of my and my families vehicles here. The best things is they work with warranty companies and if you want explanation on things they will take you out to show you what is wrong with your vehicle.

Poor customer service, they lie to get you in the door, lied about pricing, lied about estimated time, and lied about quality of work. They left parts disconnected under the hood.

Ive taken both my vehicles and my daughters car there. Auto works always treats me with respect and very professional quality service.

Quick & excellent service for reasonable price

I walk into their tiny shop office and there’s 3 people behind the desk having a conversation and laughing. Don’t even acknowledge me and continue to have a conversation for 5 minutes while I’m politely standing there. Walked out and left. LOL no way would I give you guys any money.

They broke my window on accident, offered to fix it, but left all the broken mess inside. Mechanic is not careful. Owner said he is not responsible because mechanic did it off the books, but still in his own shop. Very shady operation.

Mechanic was very rude to my wife, and owner refuses to listen to me. Mechanic left scuff marks all over my bumper, and chipped the paint on the edges.

Remember when a handshake, your word and reputation meant something. were you could get a honest and fair deal. Well this is the place to go for your cars needs.I just purchased car used from a major car lot in the east bay. On the way home they brakes started squeaking. I took my car into Autoworks and Avinal let me know the breaks needed work. The price was comparable to or less than other shops. I was quoted a price and even when we found out I had more expensive breaks, he stayed at his quoted price. Not only that Avinal let me know my lower control arms were bad. That the Major car lot should have never let the car pass their inspection. With his guidance and information, the dealership fixed the issue at no charge to me. Without Avinal I could have been driving a death trap and not even known it. Thank you so very much

Americas tires recommended this place to get an alignment so I called and they got me right in however when I picked up my car it still pulled to the right. I turned right around to tell them and then they explained that I needed new tires 😡 so why did I pay 120.00 for an alignment that I didnt need! They could have told me that to begin with. They offered to give me a free alignment after I get new tires... Lol, not free because I payed for an alignment I didnt need and when I get new tires I wont need an alignment!

This is the best auto repair place in the Central Valley! In the past 2 years, Ive gone to Interstate Transmissions for all my repairs, then I found Autoworks... All the work I THOUGHT was done at Interstate was never done. Wrong Computer put in, transmission service never done... So much time spent in the shop and all it took for Autoworks was knowing how to read a computer scan... I will never go back to a place that claims to do work that I paid over a thousand dollars for. I will always choose Autoworks The Last Honest Mechanic in the Central Valley!!

They cut your car to fix it instead of just taking it apart

They did damage to the body of my car while working on it. They wont do anything about it and keep denying it.

I was referred here from Americas tire for excessive tire wear. The owner and his staff were very friendly, and explained every little detail as to the cause and what was going to need to be done. I went in prepared for hundreds of dollars of work to need to be done, only to leave with an alignment only at a great price. A side note... I had the opportunity to see the way the owner engages with previous customers, and he remembered even the smallest details of thier lives and seemed very sincere. Stop here first for your auto needs.

Best auto repair shop!! Went to another shop that charged me $1200 for a new computer in my truck, I was in and out of their shop several times for over a year with issues on the computer. Came to Autoworks, they diagnosed it. Turns out Interstate had installed the WRONG computer. They wouldnt warranty the computer so I ended up spending another $1000 on a new computer. My truck runs great!!

Great shop!! The owner is very nice and trustworthy. I am always satisfied with the service I receive. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I went to This shop because I was recommended by Americas tire to get an alignment done. Right away this guy said that I needed to replace my struts. I asked for an estimate and brand options. He said that KYB were the best option. While he was making calls to his suppliers, I was also looking for pricing on my phone on those KYB. I found them on that popular online store that starts with A. I can have them for $293 after tax and free shipping. He made about 6 calls and finally he said I can do it today. I said ok how much is it going to be out the door? I thought to myself I can get them for under $300, so Im sure he can get them for about the same price plus his mark up obviously. He has to make some money. He has posted his labor rate per hour which is $85/h. I asked how long it was going to take and he said a couple hours. I figured if it is around $600 to $700 I do it. He came back and told me total is going to be $1400.00 I told him get my car out because I cant afford it. Maybe for people that dont know any better this guy is their guy not for me. I am not looking for customer service I am looking for car service at a reasonable price. I ended up getting them online watched a You tube video for instructions and ended up with brand new KYB struts for under $300 installed by me.

Truely best customer service, honest prices, I will be giving them all my future buisness.
