If you’re looking for a place to honestly and genuinely fix your car, DO NOT COME HERE. YOU WILL BE WASTING TIME AND MONEY. A year ago, I had an issue with my driver’s side window. The owner quoted us $275, and seeing that as an agreeable price, I conducted my business there. Only TWO WEEKS LATER FOR THE WINDOW TO FALL AGAIN. Took it back to the shop, Owner refused to fix it, claiming he had fixed the passenger side when he fixed the DRIVER’S SIDE. He was VERY unprofessional, being crass and rude to my family. AFTER HE FINALLY AGREED TO FIX THE DRIVER’S SIDE, IT BROKE AGAIN A YEAR LATER! COME to find out, these no-good, joker-in-gotham-looking, double-crossing CROOKS, JACKED UP MY CAR. Another car repairman fixed the issue, and showed us the pictures attached below what NOT to do if you’re fixing a car. If I could give these clods zero stars, I absolutely would!

Unfortunately I broke my windshield killing a mosquito. I called them up and asked if they had glass for my make and model, which they did! they gave me a great price and I was only there for a short period of time. Extremely happy with the service and product! Visibility hasnt been this good in awhile!

Be sure to call ahead and make sure they have what youre looking for as well to get a quote. It will make the process so much easier when you arrive. I was in and out within 2 hours. Staff is friendly. Waiting area is outside where they have a few chairs and a bench. Would recommend to others.

They are very polite, professional and good quality work.They managed to replaced my broken windshield with the same Ford brand windshield for a very low affordable price, lower than any body around the area of Modesto, Ca..at least less than the few people I spoke to..including the Ford dealer parts department...I was and still are a bless man with this job done on my vehicle. So I flew a drone straight into the back window of my daughters 2001 VW Beetle. Im thinking, great! How the heck am I supposed to find one of these before Monday! 20 year old vehicles are hard to find parts for, and places rarely have them in stock. I called these guys up and was told worst case scenario, around $375 - $400 dollars, if they had to order it. Great! A $400 mistake!He said give him a few minutes and hell call me back. He just wants to check something.15 minutes later, he calls back and says, If you bring it in today, I have had one in stock forever and Ill give it to you for $130 installed.Without a question, grabbed the keys and was there. They had it done and ready to pick up about 4 hours later. All this was done on a Saturday.I have to say, these guys will bend over backwards to make you happy!I will definitely use them again!Thanks, guys!Its nice to know there are still businesses that put the customer first!

I called, they had to CK and verify my windshield stock, last one left she replied!! it was 215pm Saturday afternoon, last vehicle they take in is at 3pm!! I told her I was in Modesto and on my way😬the wait room was clean, the rest room was clean and sound👍and the experience was not entirely painful😁would be 5stars but I felt $200 a little on the high side but still no major issues or complaints to record.Now for the results- waiting to see...

Sure enough he had the exact glass I need it for my car was originally quoted $409 from a competitor paid $180 out the door it was ready in less than 2 hours I would definitely recommend this place of business they are awesome they treat you with respect very courteous thanks again

Do not fall for the name! I made a appointment they had quoted me at $220.00 show up they wanted $275.00. I asked why three people in there cage looked at each other like a bunch of dear on headlights look. And why person said because prices went up in one day whatever. I walked out called a few places got a cheaper price and they came to me for $190.00 and just so u guys know it was for 2008 cadillac escalade front window with rain sensor. But hey i warned you guys if you like to get ripped of or taken advantage this is your place good luck! Ill make sure i let all my friends know!!

Prices used to be reasonable and I did use to recommend to others for being so, as of the last quote I got on a driver side vehicle window i will not recommend your place as being low cost....very expensive these days watch out for your competitors.

Windshield replacement; I own a Ford Flex and everyone in town wanted to charge me $350-$500 because of the plastic side panels on my windshield, they said it cost more because they would have to break them and replace them. Came here to Low Cost Auto Glass got my windshield repaired at $179 OUT THE DOOR! Plus! Sam came out and showed me the plastic side panels that didn’t need to be broken to take off.. They are always really good. I have had multiple windows replaced and have been amazing about it. The only problem is that just a week ago I called for a windshield and they did not have it in stock but honestly thats not there fault. The prices are the best you can find and with the quality of work its a no-brainer for me but if you do need any windows replaced rather be a windshield side windows back windows even rain sensing windows this is definitely the place to go I refuse to go anywhere else.

08 F-150 Windshield Replacement. Called to get a quote and they beet everyone in town, plus they had what I needed in stock. A little two hours later I was driving out their lot with my new windshield installed and lookin good. Everyone was in masks and it was a clean, efficient, professional operation. I ended up dropping the truck off to be worked on, but they had plenty of seats available in the outside waiting area. I would definitely recommend Low Cost Auto Glass.

I been here before and was very disappointed. I have a 2008 honda pilot so i figure give them a second chance i am happy i came here, i went yesterday around 845am there was several people we got our cae back by 10 something i believe . But the glass looks beautiful literally doesnt look like a window shield is on there 😍🥰 i paid $170 thats it. They worked very fast but still did a amazing job, customer service is great, you can sit inside or outside they have ac ruining in office, we sat outsdie and it felt nice.so if you asked me now if i would recommend this place i would but if you asked me two years ago i would have said no and btw my insurance wanted me to pay out of pocket and safelite wanted $400 🤣

Shopped around. Dons Auto was 349. Safelight quotes 299 with a holiday discount. And this place was 145 out the door. They get a lot of business so recommend going in early so you dont have to wait. But they dont deserve one less star for it. If they dont have your glass, they will order it same day.

I had 4 windows broke out in my truck these guys were the cheapest I found and there service was outstanding. They even found that my lock had been damaged and replaced it free of charge and because it was so much work they stayed late to complete my truck. 5 stars isnt enough for the work these guys did.

Super happy with this place. I needed a new windshield for my car and my insurance quoted me $250. I shopped around to see if I could find a place cheaper and just pay cash. Well I definitely did! This place only cost me $140 and my car looks brand new again! They have great customer service too. Another customer needed a jump in the parking lot and a few guys ran out to help him. They pushed his car into the shop so they could charge his battery. They just go above and beyond. Awesome.
