I took my tv in to get repaired based off the good reviews and they repaired it in timely manner but now my tv wont let me watch my dvd player and sometimes my tv goes black for a few seconds so now its just a matter of time till it goes completely out and they only give you a month warranty i dont recommend this place at all

I have repair TV for a month and am happy with it so far. The smart TV features are great and very easy to use. Regarding the picture quality, I found the predefined settings (e.g. sports, cinema, vivid) result in a picture that is too dark. You will definitely need to do custom settings to get good picture quality, but once you do youll be very happy with the results.The legs are very flimsy,it seems like the TV is designed for wall mounting. If you have small children be very careful when using the legs, the TV seems like it could topple easily.Over all a great buy.

After calling many local tv repair shops in Modesto I decided to call KN TV Repair. What was immediately different about these guy was their ability to talk with me over the phone getting information about the problem my TV had. They allowed me to email them photos and a short video of the problem and telling me the possibilities of the problem. I was not billed until I decided to bring the TV in for further diagnosis and repair. They were super upfront about everything. I brought the TV in and I was able to watch these experts repair my TV. Truly excellent service, I cannot say enough.My wife and I moved our broken 50 plasma with us from Wilsonville, OR, opting not to repair it up there with the move and all of the estimates we were receiving seemed steep and unreliably all over the board. Having moved in, I called up and was suggested to bring it right in. A quick, free diagnostic confirmed the power supply was out and the estimate was almost half what our Portland area repairs had quoted. Our technician was direct and honest with the diagnosis as well as potential difficulty in Panasonic parts.We left our TV with KN at about 11:30a and were called by 12:15p that it was finished. Even with the issues of it being a discontinued Panasonic plasma that also requires a replacement motherboard with the supply, its now up and running, and illuminating its disproportionately smaller room.

So Samsung customer service recommended a shop in Fairfield to take my 65 inch TV to since my back LED lights were out. The shop came to my house and picked it up and said itll take about a week to get fixed depending on parts. Long story short my TV was there for two months and it wasnt able to be fixed. First it was the parts being backed ordered, then it was that the part being discontinued.I got the TV back from the shop on Saturday and called KN TV Repairs and they started they were able to fix it and just to drop it off. Took it in before they were closing and they stated that it will be done by Monday due to Sundays being closed. I was even more surprised because Monday was Labor Day and they were still going to come in to get it fixed. By Monday afternoon I got a phone call and was told that the TV was done and ready to be picked up.Great prices and even better customer service. I recommended these guys to anybody with any TV issues. Will definitely get my business in the future.

Just got my TV KN TV repair today got it hooked up streaming 4K video from my Roku ultimate and it is gorgeous couldnt ask for a better picture on any TV of any brand the price was unbelievably cheap for this size TV if you want 4K you need a 75-inch to really be able to appreciate the difference and quality over 1080 and it is better couldnt be happier was excellent customer service

The TV I replaced this with was a Vizio: - which was also a 55 inch TV. I’ve had no problems with my Vizio, mind you and actually kind of love it. I was just super excited about the integrated KN TV repair fire TV and heard a lot of raving reviews about 4K. I guess I was feeling a bit spoiled and felt the need to have my fire-stick built right it… also, with Game of Thrones right around the corner and entering the final 2 seasons I felt we had to really go out with a bang and see what this 4K was all about.

I have the TV in a room with large windows, so it gets lots of day time light. The TV is easy to watch both int he afternoons with full sun, and in the evenings, in a totally dark room.The smart TV functions are good enough that I no longer feel the need to fire up my roku or firestick. One word of warning, the apps as shipped with the TV are very unstable. It was not until I upgraded the software that they started to work as expected.The internal speakers are adequate, however they dont get as loud as I sometimes want. Ive since attached a sound bar to the TV. This was very easy, however, I had to reboot the TV after everything was setup before the sound bar was recognized. Neither the sound bar instructions, nor the TVs instructions mentioned this step.The only real disappointment Ive had with the TV is with the TV stand. The stand does not have any form of swivel to it. I would much prefer if I could angle the TV at times to adjust to the situation in the room.

I had never heard of TCL, and a 55 4K Smart TV with built-in Roku for $399.00 seemed like a misprint. I researched TCL and was surprised to find out they are the 3rd largest TV manufacturer in the world and has been in business since the 80s. I read reviews of this TV from many different places, and overwhelmingly people loved it. I went to KN TV repair to look at it and was impressed. I bought it, took it home, and havent looked back yet.

I love my new LED TV! My former TV was a Samsung DLP that I got in 07 or 08. Only problem I had with that was the mirror chip and that was easy for me to replace myself. I wasnt sure how a new one would compare with the DLP, but it was time to get a new TV. I was definitely surprised by the sharpness and quality of the picture. Sometimes it seems as if Im looking at the folks on the screen through a clean window, and I havent tinkered with the settings, other than switching to Dynamic mode. The audio is excellent, but I must admit Im not much of an audiophile when it comes to TVs. There is a fine selection of apps available, but I havent gotten into them much. Ill explore them later. My old remote operates almost everything on the new TV, so I didnt have to learn a new one, and the remote for my Samsung Bluray player also operates the new TV. Thanks,KN TV repair

I warmly welcomed Samsungs new 1080p display for 2015 and it delivers upon expectations. While initial settings could always use a slight tweak, the J6300 looks amazing out of the box and doesnt require much tinkering. The App selection is a little light at the moment, but considering the new model and new OS, its to be expected. This TV is replacing an older set that was pretty useless during sunlight hours - the J6300 adjusts to ambient room light via its Eco-sensor and looks great under all circumstances. I was also pleasantly surprised by the sound on this unit considering its small frame. Good, bad, indifferent: I can now see every wrinkle, crack, freckle, crease, and mark on some of my favorite TV characters! Great quality, great price. Enjoy.

KN TV repair never disappoints! Love everything about this t.v! Was originally going to purchase a LED but I decided to go with this Samsung UN-65F6300 that they came out with. I absolutely love it. Amazing quality all around. I love how you use the Samsung remote to control everything (including game consoles) makes it so much easier. It also has built in WiFi which is a plus. I had a really bad experience. I took them a t.v wich they told me they could fix. They took a month to fix the t.v and when it was finally ready I took it home, right away when it was connected it would turn on and off. I took it back and they said they would fix it again. Few weeks later they called me that they could not fix it, so they offer me another t.v for mine which I was not convinced, but I had too because if I didnt they would still charge me for labor, which I dont think is fair it was not my fault the could not fix it. It has not been a year and the t.v they made me exchange is not working anymore. Dont waste your time with these people.

I sit about 9 - 10 from the TV, and the picture experience is just great! While that might be considered a little too close with a regular HD TV because the pixels are visible, this not an issue with a 4k TV. This sets up scaling of 720p & 1080i material is exemplary, and 4K material is phenomenal! The UN85JU7100 has the right combination of Samsungs 2017picture and processing enhancements to deliver a truly great viewing experience. I had a chance to compare this TV with last years (2016 85 Samsung UHD set at my local KN tv repair and the new model clearly out performed last years model in all respects! In summary, the cliche that the bigger the screen, the better 4k looks is quite true! I can highly recomm thank you forGood customer service

I had always heard good things about Vizio & after doing some research I decided this was it. The quick start guide was easy to follow.I did have to re-boot my wifi so the vizio could connect. I have had to do this with other devices so not surprised. The picture is beautiful, I am very pleased. I did have to adjust the color, it was set to 100% and I adjusted it to about 75% which was perfect for me. This is one purchase I would make again, we love it. Thank U so much

We were coming from a good 100 repair my TV kN TV The best 1080p projector. We wanted to upgrade to 4K and HDR and didnt want to sacrifice too much in the way of size. This 82 TV was the best we could find that was large and at a reasonable price. We love it. Picture quality is remarkable, works great in bright ambient light unlike the projector, and the aesthetics of it are great. Only thing we dont like is that the cords are hard to route and that it doesnt come in an even bigger size. Stand works great, remote is great but we havent been using it as we use a Harmony remote instead to control all the A/V equipment. We havent tried the built in apps so cant speak on their quality - we are using an XBOX, Apple TV and an NVIDIA Shield instead and use those for all of our streaming. I did have to mess around with the settings of the TV for a bit as the motion settings were weird and making people move oddly when it was at 24p movies from 4k discs, and the initial picture settings werent ideal for watching movies either. Now that it is setup properly we are very, very pleased with the purchase.

I have a Vizio 50 smart tv only two years old, one day it wouldnt turn on, and when I did come on you had to leave it on otherwise it wouldnt come on again! I moved my smart blue ray to another room and connected it to an older LED tv. And I moved my Firestick to the living room tv. I have all the apps I need in this one tv. And it was awesome.I was ready to say goodbye to my Vizio (well, not really goodbye. She was just moving upstairs to our bedroom). The thing that I will miss about the Vizio is that the dimensions in Length and Height are bigger making the 75 TV appear larger than the Element even though technically speaking the dimensions are the same in regards to the TV being 75 inches diagonally. My living room wall looks a little bare with kN TV Element. So keep this in mind if you are swapping out TV’s. Always read the dimensions, like ALL of them. I might have gotten the bigger TV had I done my due diligence, as the lovely Judge Faith Jenkins would say. Although the Element doesn’t do much in the way of height at least it is longer length wise.Setup on this thing is ridiculously easy. The only way I can prove this to you is to tell you I am the tech genius of the family. My fianace is technically challenged to put it kindly and I was shocked as you-know-what when I heard that sucker up and running when I was cooking dinner. It must be super intuitive. He said it was just a quick tutorial after syncing it to wifi. Long story short – The Element basically sets up itself.I have not yet used the cable antenna but at almost $200 a month and having subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and Hulu – after reading Troy’s very thorough review (1st review on the TV) I’m actually considering going old style. Or, old-new style, lol. I might seriously look into that. It’s insanely cheaper in comparison to all that Amazon has to offer.I have not yet seen the need to adjust anything visually regarding size or picture preferences (but definitely I will check out what other reviewers say). This TV seems perfect out of the box at the moment but maybe Im just too awestruck right now.. The visuals are so astounding I found myself a bit hypnotized. I think I’m going to get sucked right in watching ] next week! Not that I’d mind… as long as I get sucked into wherever Daenerys is, as you can probably guess from my kN TV handle.As for the sound, we got the sound bar to go with the TV () and WOW does not disappoint. I would say definitely splurge for this option to complete the set. It’s frekin’ amazingly awesome. My whole house rocks and now one less echo I have to buy!The fire-tv options are pretty much the same you’d see on the firestick so we all probably know that but if you’re new to it – it’s pretty easy to pick up.I love talking to Alexa through the remote – I’m just a stickler for that. You can ask her all sorts of questions. You can tell her what show to turn on. You can her when to pause. How many seconds to rewind or fast forward a TV show or video. You can ask her to put on some music.And if you have all that fancy stuff she can control your lights and alarms and probably your mind... Havent gotten to that point yet but its legit insane!If Alexa were real, Id dump my fiance and ask her to marry me. Except she can be a bit temperamental.Just try asking her whose gonna win the Game of Thrones...

Wow this is the best 4K tv on the market. And the best tv that Sony ever made. I First purchase a Samsung un75ks9000 4K tv, me and my wife notice there was some red flickering kept showing up so I Return it back for a refund. Then I went back to my local Best Buy store and came across the Sony xbr75z9d I was never a big fan of Sonys TVs but this one is the best looking 4K TV I have ever seen, and the picture quality is just mind blowing. and that the 3D is awesome as well. When I receive the TV last week the first movie I played was Kingsman The secret service. It was so clear the colors was stunning. and the second movie that I played was Lucy you can see the rich dark black that looks real good. then I started to Try out some 3D movies and the first one that I played was Avatar I was like wow this is the best TV that I ever own. So bottom line this TV is very expensive but its worth every penny. Thanks

Ive had this TV for a couple of months now. It is awesome,Picture clarity is exceptional. The darks are extremely dark.Of course, its best with 4K content (which I can find on Netflix).But even regular HD content looks gorgeous.The SmartHub is very fast; it comes up instantaneously, and the apps load quickly.It comes with everything you may want - Netflix kn tv Hulu, HBO and many others for video; Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio and others for music. It even comes with a pretty decent Web browser, I was able to log into the Cliburn competition and watch a lot of it through the browser, with no problems and no latency at all.The built-in speakers are pretty decent, but I had it installed with a Sonos soundbar system.It is big, but not overwhelmingly so - I had it installed above a fireplace, and it fills the space but does not dominate it. It is very thin for its size, and surprisingly not that heavy (I could lift it myself).Finally, I absolutely LOVE the remote. It is ergonomics exemplified! Fits very nicely in hand, has ingeniously simple controls, every button is distinct, with its own feel. It is really exceptionally well designed. Bravo to Samsung - it is one of the best electronic products overall I ever used, ever.I only have two complaints about the TV. One, it does NOT have a plug for headphones. How can a TV with all these features not have a simple little plug? I couldnt believe it. I had to buy a special gizmo (MPOW, which is a GREAT product - I reviewed it separately) to connect my Bose headphones to the Bluetooth output (the only option). Minor complaint two, sometimes the apps get stuck. A couple of times I turned off the TV while Netflix or Amazon was running, and when I turned it back on, it was not responsive to any other buttons on the remote (just on and off). I had to unplug it to reboot, then it was fine again. It only happened a couple of times.So overall, I would buy it again, its just awesome.Read less

Thank you very much KN TV repair The bestA great purchase for the price point in my opinion. A Samsung 43 4K, HDR, Smart TV for around $390 Despite being a Samsung, I was cautious about what to expect. Surely something was going to bother me, but so far this TV is kN TV repairIt goes without saying that the picture quality is excellent. This is my first experience with HDR and its stunning the difference it makes with a better contrast ratio and color accuracy. Pair that with increasing the resolution to 4k (and having media that is native 4k of course) and its gorgeous.Built-in speakers usually dont impress me at all, especially being a Sennheiser headset user. That said, the speakers with this TV are surprisingly good across the whole range without distortion or vibrating the panel.One quirk that bothers me is there isnt a quick way to change the source on the TV. When I pull up the menu the cursor is always on the opposite end of the menu from where the source is and it doesnt wrap around so you have to scroll the long way to get to it. I havent read the manual completely yet so there probably is a shortcut to change the source and I just dont know it yet, so Im considering this an other and not a con or a loss of a star for now.Note:The TV does not come with an HDMI cable. So if you find yourself needing to buy one, make sure its marketed as Premium. The premium certification from HDMI Licensing guarantees that the cable has the bandwidth to support features such as 4k/UHD @ 60fps, HDR, etc. Dont bother with expensive HDMI cables either. Its digital so it either works or it doesnt. There is no signal quality difference between a $5 HDMI cable and a $100 HDMI cable.Example:

The TV I replaced this with was a Vizio: - which was also a 55 inch TV. I’ve had no problems with my Vizio, mind you and actually kind of love it. I was just super excited about the integrated KN TV fire TV and heard a lot of raving reviews about 4K. I guess I was feeling a bit spoiled and felt the need to have my fire-stick built right it… also, with Game of Thrones right around the corner and entering the final 2 seasons I felt we had to really go out with a bang and see what this 4K was all about.I wasn’t sure the 4K was going to make that much of a difference but it was worth it to take the chance considering the price of the TV is actually pretty reasonable. The moment the TV turned on, the whole picture just POPPED into my living room and drew me in. It was like being there. And it was awesome.I was ready to say goodbye to my Vizio (well, not really goodbye. She was just moving upstairs to our bedroom). The thing that I will miss about the Vizio is that the dimensions in Length and Height are bigger making the 55inch TV appear larger than the Element even though technically speaking the dimensions are the same in regards to the TV being 55 inches diagonally. My living room wall looks a little bare with Amazon Element. So keep this in mind if you are swapping out TV’s. Always read the dimensions, like ALL of them. I might have gotten the bigger TV had I done my due diligence, as the lovely Judge Faith Jenkins would say. Although the Element doesn’t do much in the way of height at least it is longer length wise.Setup on this thing is ridiculously easy. The only way I can prove this to you is to tell you I am the tech genius of the family. My fianace is technically challenged to put it kindly and I was shocked as you-know-what when I heard that sucker up and running when I was cooking dinner. It must be super intuitive. He said it was just a quick tutorial after syncing it to wifi. Long story short – The Element basically sets up itself.I have not yet used the cable antenna but at almost 0 month and having subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and Hulu – after reading Troy’s very thorough review (1st review on the TV) I’m actually considering going old style. Or, old-new style, lol. I might seriously look into that. It’s insanely cheaper in comparison to all that Amazon has to offer.I have not yet seen the need to adjust anything visually regarding size or picture preferences (but definitely I will check out what other reviewers say). This TV seems perfect out of the box at the moment but maybe Im just too awestruck right now.. The visuals are so astounding I found myself a bit hypnotized. I think I’m going to get sucked right in watching ] next week! Not that I’d mind… as long as I get sucked into wherever Daenerys is, as you can probably guess from my Amazon handle.As for the sound, we got the sound bar to go with the TV () and WOW does not disappoint. I would say definitely splurge for this option to complete the set. It’s frekin’ amazingly awesome. My whole house rocks and now one less echo I have to buy!The fire-tv options are pretty much the same you’d see on the firestick so we all probably know that but if you’re new to it – it’s pretty easy to pick up.I love talking to Alexa through the remote – I’m just a stickler for that. You can ask her all sorts of questions. You can tell her what show to turn on. You can her when to pause. How many seconds to rewind or fast forward a TV show or video. You can ask her to put on some music.And if you have all that fancy stuff she can control your lights and alarms and probably your mind... Havent gotten to that point yet but its legit insane!If Alexa were real, Id dump my fiance and ask her to marry me. Except she can be a thank

I had a 55 Vizio smart tv that had sound but the screen had went out. Ended up being the back light. I called yesterday at 4pm he said bring it in, got there at 4:30 he said it would be done in no longer than an hour and half.... By 5:10pm he was calling saying to come pick it up... Thank u Naziir (Hope I spelled that right) I will definitely refer anyone of my friends to this place!! Watching TV in my bed again feels great

Hello thank you so much for your help kN TV repair. I purchased this through another retailer simply since it was in stock and easier to handle then hoping to wait for a delivery.This is my first 4k TV that I picked up solely because I had recently also picked up an Xbox One S, so I figured, why not see what 4k was all about.On its own, I will say its interface takes getting used too. There is no manual to quickly orient you with the functions, so for some this may be a sticking point, but overall it is not that hard to find everything once you start navigating the menus. It quickly and easily hooked up to my wifi and both my Xbox and PS4. The Xbox did all the hard work for me in recognizing the TV as 4k and adjusting as such. You will need to tweak picture settings, like all Tvs to your liking. Other than that it works great, even the apps on it load fast and are even more responsive than on my Xbox which I use heavily for streaming as well as gaming. While gaming I do use the Game Mode on the TV, which in my opinion makes the picture darker than it needs to be (this can be tweaked), but I didnt find this to be a bad thing while playing Overwatch to test it. If anything it makes the lighting seem more realistic.Do note, TURN OFF ENERGY SAVING. This is on automatically even in Game Mode and it darkens the screen terribly and washes everything out. Also, with at least my Xbox as a 4k player, you will need to turn off the TruMotion that is automatically on, unless you like the Soap Opera Effect. Which sometimes I like, but in movies with heavy CGI, it looks quite terrible.Overall a good entry level 4k TV with decent sound (speakers are underneath the TV) and good picture. It could use a better remote and stand, but I wont knock any points off for that, since that too is also personal preference.Read less thank you so much David

Ive had this TV for a couple of months now. It is awesome,Picture clarity is exceptional. The darks are extremely dark.Of course, its best with 4K content (which I can find on Netflix).But even regular HD content looks gorgeous.The SmartHub is very fast; it comes up instantaneously, and the apps load quickly.It comes with everything you may want - Netflix, KN TV repair Hulu, HBO and many others for video; Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio and others for music. It even comes with a pretty decent Web browser, I was able to log into the Cliburn competition and watch a lot of it through the browser, with no problems and no latency at all.The built-in speakers are pretty decent, but I had it installed with a Sonos soundbar system.It is big, but not overwhelmingly so - I had it installed above a fireplace, and it fills the space but does not dominate it. It is very thin for its size, and surprisingly not that heavy (I could lift it myself).Finally, I absolutely LOVE the remote. It is ergonomics exemplified! Fits very nicely in hand, has ingeniously simple controls, every button is distinct, with its own feel. It is really exceptionally well designed. Bravo to Samsung - it is one of the best electronic products overall I ever used, ever.I only have two complaints about the TV. One, it does NOT have a plug for headphones. How can a TV with all these features not have a simple little plug? I couldnt believe it. I had to buy a special gizmo (MPOW, which is a GREAT product - I reviewed it separately) to connect my Bose headphones to the Bluetooth output (the only option). Minor complaint two, sometimes the apps get stuck. A couple of times I turned off the TV while Netflix or Kn tvwas running, and when I turned it back on, it was not responsive to any other buttons on the remote (just on and off). I had to unplug it to reboot, then it was fine again. It only happened a couple of times.So overall, I would buy it again, its just awesome. Thanks David
