I was an employee when this store first moved in from its original location. It sure has changed a lot! But the current staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always a fun shopping experience even if just in for a browse.

They didnt have the paint that I needed. Also their prices are rising with very low percentage coupons if any. Used to be one of my favorite stores.

Michaels is a wonderful store to purchase almost any kind of craft item. I go there to get fun things for my group counseling kids, and for my husbands students. Holidays are especially wonderful at Michaels as they have all kinds of sewing projects as well. The staff are helpful and the prices are reasonable.

Went on Sunday and they closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:45 to run in and get a couple craft items I needed and there was an employee at the door with the door halfway closed. She said they were closed and when I said it says you close at 7 and thats in 15 mins, she said that she is limiting people coming in unless they know exactly what they want and can be fast. I have NEVER seen that and will not be back. Horrible customer service. I drove all the way across town to get there too.

Nothing is properly labeled with prices. I ended up paying $17 for an item the shelf said was $10, I didnt pay attention until I saw the receipt at home. The staff was helpful, shelves decently stocked

The hot coffee that I ordered was not hot it was warm. Not satisfied.

They do not have enough staff for this store. I pressed the button to get assistance for the spray paint and after 15 min of waiting, I left. There was absolutely no one on the floor. There was an adequate amount of cashiers. I did not have to wait long

Good selection art and painting supplies. Prices are decent, especially when discount sales are being offered. Their selection of hobby type items is lacking compared to other stores (models, small scale items, rc toys) but they have all the decorative crafts and floral items you will ever need, so much that grandma might pass out having so many choices. Good luck and check their website on your phone for 20% off coupon which can be scanned right off your phone screen at checkout.

Love coming to Michaels. It can be little expensive at times. I encounter an odd exchange between the cashier and me. She opened my art product in front of me after I paid for the products. It caught me off guard to say the least. Overall, great place to shop

Worst online order experience ever. Will never place an order through this store again. I still can’t believe my order wasn’t even ready from when I purchased it. Way over an hour. But I was not trying to be that one customer and gave and attitude so I said I’ll wait a bit more I see no intentions of anyone to pull my order. So I went and pulled my own order yes I did. I take it up front and tell the cashier here I pulled my own order can you scan it so I can go. No you have to cancel it and re purchase it I’m in shock by this point. Really I don’t think so you better have some one scan it so I can leave. I can’t believe they have no customer service nor understand The Whole online order process. It’s for to be in and out. Why didn’t she tell someone I was there waiting she sees me standing there for another 15 min . So disappointed called there 1800 number and vented..

Abundance of art and crafting supplies! Well stocked, nicely organized, and excellent mark down and coupons. Always busy but tend to be staffed appropriately for the weekends. Large sized store w/ aisles wide enough to navigate w/multiple customers. Excellent brand paints, brushes, and pencils. You can also find a nice assortment of Fuji Pix accessories. My teens love this place and Im happy to say they do. Always happy to shop here!

The scrapbook section store is generally well organized. They can have some great clearance items, but they arent always labelled (so use those end of aisle scanners!) I like their selection of scrapbook supplies, but I wish they had more chipboard, layovers, and die cuts.

My go to craft spot. Love all the deals and coupons. Just wish the website was kept up to date with their inventory...sucks when it says its in stock you drive there and its not. Other than that love Michaels.

This store is kind of small compared to others. The yarn selection is usually pretty good unless there is a big sale. I love the buy-online-and-pickup-in-store! They will even do price adjustments if they have a better price!

I love their app, all of the coupons they have and that they take competitors coupons aswell. The store is clean and organized.

Store was neat and tidy, bathrooms kept clean and smelled good..no stale urine or foul drain odors present. I visibly noticed regular cleaning and rearranging of shelves, as well as regular floor sweeps and the like. Staff was nice, helpful and professional, answering any questions presented to them.Seems unusual to see as much clearanced in the stores, however I do understand that there is a turnaround on products and the old must go out before the new comes in.

Great experience! Went in for some face paint for my son. It was inexpensive and the paint worked great! The staff is friendly and very helpful! I would definitely recommend this Michaels, clean and easy to find as well.

Michaels Carries a wide variety of items for the DIY er. They have a great inventory of things from jewelry making, scrap booking, stamping, painting etc. Pretty much you name it they have it. Can find coupons on their each week. There is usually someone you can find to ask for help if you are in need. I enjoy coming g I to see whats new.

I dont get to visit as often any more but they have improved the line by adding more cashiers. The employees are always very personable and nice.

Don, the Framing Manager of the Aaron Brothers within Michaels in Modesto, is beyond great in his ability to pull together fabulous combinations of mats and frames for pictures and art!!! Truly the best Ive ever worked with!!! Highly, highly recommend him🤗!

Gave 4 stars because there is never anyone around to help. Thats kind of annoying. I saw 2 vendors (who dont work for Michaels) but not one associate. Luckily l met a lady in the same area who helped me. The store is stocked well and its well kept, everything in its place and clean.

Im not an arts and craft type of person, but the ladies there were very patient with me and super helpful

Love that the sale prices revolve for all of their products. They are usually well staffed and have fun crafts for kids to do on the weekends. I never leave empty handed. It is sometimes cluttered in the isles during season changes.

I appreciate that Michaels has the big ticket items. I can always run in and grab my essentials. Thank goodness for Michaels!!!! Love them!!! This is a great store that is always clean. I really appreciate that.

I practically live here! So many choices of yarn! Not enough options on crochet hooks and supplies but decent enough.

My go to store for all my crafts. Clean friendly staff. Needs more employees on the floor. Last visit only one sales clerk on the floor for the whole store. Ended up not buying everything I needed due to the lack of personnel to help answer questions. I felt sorry for that employee. When they are staffed its a great store.

For people that like handcrafted this is a good place where can find a lot of stuff for your creativity, yesterday I went to check for some material and I love the prices for some Christmas stuff in 50% reduce.

The associate that helped me at the custom frame department = 5 stars easily....super helpful and knew his frames...excellent. the rest of the staff is always very snooty and act like they are doing you a favor by checking you out and doing their job as cashier. Dont bother asking any of them a question you can practically see them rolling their eyes at you as they stare back at you like your an alien. Very rude.

I love Michaels, however, this time I ordered online and chose to pick up my items in the store. When I got there to pick them up they didnt have 2 of the items Id ordered. Sadly those 2 items were only available until they ran out.
