I am sure I have purchased hundreds of gallons over the years from this store. My favorite paint is Super Paint. The staff has always been very helpful and willing to help. I can recall only 1 incident where the advice given was unhelpful but the manager worked very hard to make it right. Very appreciative of that. Thanks

I researched the best primer to use on my bathroom cabinets. Sherman Williams Extreme Bond Primer won my vote. I called in my order, picked it up 10 minutes later, as it was delivered to my car. It was awesome! Very happy!

Doing curbside, only, but they wont answer the phone when you call. We literally watched them look at the phone ringing. Finally, after you knock at the door, they open it but that exhausted all of the energy to offer customer service. Also, you can not pay cash but when you offer a debit card, you are then given a list of instructions and number to call. So eventually you give up and go buy from somewhere else so they exert minimal work.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable about all products in the store. They are getting all of our business for paint. We are painting the entire house inside and out. All products were available as I needed.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. You may have to wait sometimes,but that is only because they give their customers all the help and information that they need. They will also give you the same attention..if they dont know the answer to your questions, they will do everything they can to find them. Good people!

We bought new sprayer there. Had to put 400 down. The store lets contractors have an account with them and buy paint. But purchasing a large item like 1000 dollar sprayer requires 30 % down. Works great, by the way.

Always helpful and love the SW paints. Been going here for 10+ years. Recommend SW Duration in matte finish (washable flat) looks great for interior wall paint and the no sheen finish will hide imperfections more than a satin or eggshell. Duration semigloss for trim holds up well too.
