Reserved saw, picked up took to job site got almost half of job done saw broke. Had to stop job bring back to pick up location - ran job late had to pick up second saw the next day to finish job. Required two days on job that should only taken one. The associate at rental location said policy is for an additional day charge. Not happy with that.

I have never had any problems with rentals on taking it off rental. I have always had good experiences with the people I talk with. Always very knowledgeable and polite.

I returned a tool that I had rented and was about one hour late, based on the pick up time and the manager at the branch charged me for another full day.

Custumer service wasn’t good, when I was talking to a lady about them charging me 2 days for the rental of welder machine that I wasn’t able to use at all because they gave me the incorrect lead.

From the phone call to picking up the equipment, each person I had contact with was super helpful and extremely friendly! Keith even made sure I had his number to call in case there were any problems over the weekend while they are closed. (AND ITS SUPER BOWL WEEKEND!) Both of the ladies up front were not only helpful, they were also easy on the eyes (wink wink). I dont know the name of the ginger in the back, Payton maybe, but he was so nice and even tried to help me understand why I needed the extra equipment to make my job even easier! I def recommend using them for all your equipment rentals. They had the best price around...believe me, I made so many phone calls!
