Its where I go to get my hearing aides and ears checked.I truly trust and have great confidence and respect for the Doctor and all her very polite staff. I highly recommend this establishment.

I would come here before seeing all others. You will not find a lower cost or better service from anyone. I have been utilizing their service for 2 years now.

I highly recommend my daughter in law. She helped me with my hearing problem 2 years ago. I am 70 years old and still working and was losing business due to not hearing the client during telephone conversations. I asked them to repeat over and over again and often reverted to emails to avoid phone conversations. The worse was sitting with a group of people and watching them talk, hearing noises and not having a clue what was said. From Day ONE, I have not had a problem with hearing while using my new hearing aids which have improved my life 1000% Thank you Dr. Hilpert

My mother needed her aids re-programmed. I called, (you only get an answering machine) left a message asking them to call me back. A day or two later the Drs secretary called back, got the particulars, said they had ordered the software to do the work and made an appointment. I drove an HOUR to their office, (tiny in an older strip mall) with the aids. Once there, the Dr looked flustered, seemed to know NOTHING about what the appointment was about, had no software to re-program the aids, started calling the company and then said she may not have been able to re-program anyway. Then wanted to sell new thousand-dollar aids! I think not! I wasted a half a day, gas only to see how disorganized these folks are. Will NEVER use this business again.

The old man can hear me now. He just chooses to ignore me.
