I had a wonderful experience at Miracle- Ear. I was concerned that I had done something to my hearing by listening to loud music for years and years. I found myself asking people to repeat things a lot. Kim, fit me in her schedule. Tested my hearing in about 15 minutes. Super clean and welcoming atmosphere too! My 89 year old grandmother is a patient here too and they have helped her tremendously

My aunt went here a little while back and still hasnt stopped talking about how good to her they were and how helpful.

Out of all the hearing places I went to in Mobile, the staff at Miracle-Ear where the most professional and informed. Kim has taught me so much about my hearing health and and the importance of hearing! I’ve tried several aids and nothing compares to Miracle-Ear. Superb customer service. The Technician was courteous, professional and explained the hearing test reading in detail. They changed the battery and even gave my Mom an extra pack of batteries as a birthday gift. Highly recommend this place. The only downside is that they dont accept Medicare.

Ms. Black and her assistant go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your hearing aids - the way they fit, and whether they are working properly. I had purchased a pair of hearing aids over 5 years ago from Ear Lab at this location. The tube had become dislodged. Miracle Ear repaired the hearing aid for only $25 fee. They still need to get sent off but that is $400 each. Miracle Ear provided a very quick and reasonable fix. They showed excellent customer service. I will be back. Thank you.

I bought my first pair of hearing aids from this office. I was looking for an aid that was clear when I was in a crowd where there were many conversations at once, that had rechargeable batteries that did not need to be changed for over 6 months and also gave clear hearing without whistling, as so many aids do. I wear my aids continuously for as much as 15-16 hours per day. My Miracle Ear Aids let me have all my desires and truly meet my needs. I think you should check the benefits of Miracle Ear and see If this isnt the aid for you, too. The staff continues to take care of my needs and even reminds me when I need to have them checked.

I have had my hearing aids for six months and am delighted with them. Once I learned how to control them with my Iphone, we have gotten along well. The service in the store is excellent; Ms Black even walked me through a solution from 600 miles away. I fell in love with the hearing aids when I found I could hear from my right ear which I thought was deaf. I have recommended this location to two of my neighbors and would to anyone else.
