Soon as you walk through the door they greet you so nice what we got was delicious will come back to try some of their other things and the prices were reasonable even though we had a $50.00 gift card that was a Christmas gift card for us💯

This was the first time I had ever been here. The food was very good and I received a good helping of food for my money. The best part about my experience though was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the hospitality of the employees. My cashier was kind and very helpful.

Had sticker shock. I knew they were expensive but 42 dollars for a half ham. So I spent 13 dollars for a whole spiral cut ham at Winn Dixie, made a brown sugar, honey and liquid smoke glaze and it was one of the best hams Ive ever eaten.

Dont bother to pre-order anything, you still have to wait in the same line. My coupon for $8 off a bone in ham any size, picked up by December 21st was not honored at the Mobile location even though that is what I bought. The coupon is a scam to get you in the store and then you have to buy a much larger ham to get the discount. No resolution was offered by the manager Beth and she was quite rude for a person serving the public. Employees were not socially distanced, handled food and money, and did not use hand sanitizer. The coupon is the only reason I pre-ordered and definitely the only reason I picked up my order 4 days before it was to be served. Very, very disappointed in this Honey Baked Ham location in Mobile, Alabama.

Thus years ham was not the best but the service was great.

So.., I dont eat ham... but I picked one up for my folks on the 22 of December. The staff was amazing. Even though my mother had lost all the paperwork and I knew nothing, these two fine young people figured it out and my boomer parents got their Christmas ham. They love the ham, say its delicious and are still eating it. Im sure Ill be back with no info next year.

We ordered the Tavern Club Sandwich. It was perfection with only one exception. The bacon was not cooked well done. It is just a personal preference I know, but I do prefer mine cooked well done. The rest of the sandwich was so good that I soon forgot about the bacon. The sandwich had a generous amount of meat etc. And my husband, my Mom and I all enjoyed it.

Great ham, absolutely the best. If you get one for the holidays, you better go early! They get picked through hard to get a big one. Had to settle for a smaller one even with a reservation. Call ahead and go early

This honey baked store is 10 of 10! The staff is memorable and friendly always. They make the most beautiful sandwiches for me and my catering events every time I order. Best catering I’ve had for my restaurant staff ever! Mrs Easter is always asking about how things are going and knows my order by heart. This store has my return business as long as they are in business!

Given a gift card for Christmas and pleasantly surprised it was really good, while utilizing the gift card we decided my granddaughter and I to get lunch it was great. Only draw back was non working employee walked behind the counter and having special order made before customers were waited on.

Outstanding Shop prices are high but it is a honey-baked ham store and you get what you pay for. The food was outstanding the store was clean the service was moderate to well above average. I will go back and I would recommend it.

They have the best sandwiches for lunch and the pineapple mandarin salad is to die for as I eat it for my dessert. They also have a frequent buyer program that helps you earn a free sandwich. Most people dont think of Honey Baked for lunch, but I dare you to try it.

I love the place so much. The people are so nice and sweet. But do not go two days before Thanksgiving,Christmas,the fourth of July,or new years. The line be so long but it moves so fast.

Extremely friendly staff. The sandwiches are delicious and freshly made. Comfortable lobby to eat and relax or you can take it with you.

FABULOUS FOOD here, as ALWAYS!!! Id eat here more if I wouldnt weigh 200lb. 😄 And the service is super helpful. I highly recommend the ham & turkey pesto specialty sandwich, it was A+++!!!😋😊

My wife said they have the best potato salad shes ever eaten. I thought my sandwich was just a sandwich, nothing special but my wife still raves about this place. The employees were great!

I love it when rare moments like my visit today happened. When workers of a restaurant have common courtesy and show the customer some respect & take pride in there job. Elizabeth took the time to explain the sandwiches to me. She didnt sigh or try to rush my order. She even got a jug of tea from the back when the tea dispenser ran out so that I could get a refill on my tea. I love when people have a genuine concern for the customs that patronize there job.

They didnt sell old fashioned whole smoked Turkeys, but the lady on the phone was so polite and even offered a sample of what they did have just the Breast of the Turkey she even made more suggestions. I liked thatA+for her phone service.

Excellent product (ham) . The employee is where the probelm started. She had absolutely no clue or idea about the products. She tried to double charge me for my order. After dealing with her for about ten minutes, I got tired of dealing with stupidity and walked out. At one time, she repeated my order and said Happy meal with apple slices . I left shortly after that. Im hoping she was just having a bad day. Its going to be a while before I go back in there.
