I really like this store, it is very similar to some of the food stores on The West Coast. Everything looks top notch. My husband had wanted to check this place out for awhile, we saw the adds on Facebook and heard them on the radio for awhile. No crowds like the larger supermarkets, no waits in line. I did not need to buy very much, but I filled up one of those small carts, top and bottom. I like that the produce section does not stink like the produce sections at Whole Foods. Awesome meat selection. Not very much frozen food to chose from, but I came to check out the salad bar, meats, and cheeses. I got two gallons of milk for about what I would pay anywhere else, no $9 gallons of milk. Seeing the flowers when you enter is a nice touch, makes us ladies happy. I will probably come here again.

A very colorful clean market with a nice salad bar and fast service. However, I came for organic products and did not find what I was looking for. Most products have a huge amount of sugar and do not lean towards being so natural. I love the sushi bar here. The sushi chef is a real artist.

I cant say anything bad about this place. I came here for some raspberry cookies and the lady behind the bakery counter came out and helped me. She was so nice.

Great produce, meats, deli and baked goods. A bit expensive but great quality. Service is always on point. The store is clean and brightly lit. Makes shopping enjoyable 😉

A Little expensive. Some stuff like fruit juices you can buy at Walmart. Mostly wanted to try a probiotics drink. We shall see hopefully it helps.

This is the best grocery store ever! Wonderful selections for any taste buds, quaint, personalized, super friendly staff, great gifts selections, beautiful flowers, top notch meats and always fresh! My favorites are the shrimp salad with celery and the artichoke salad with olives! Yummy, I love it here!

Love this store. Their deli salads are amazing and worth the price! Their tues and sun chicken dinner is phenomenal. Its a whole nice sized rotisserie chicken, 2 one pound sides, a bread. Their rotisserie chicken salad is yum yum yum.

I brought some blue berries and I had to return them all because they were rotten. All of the containers were no good. They refunded my money but didnt remove the other containers from the store.

Staff need trained .. high price store bagging raw meat on top of donuts is nasty, unheigenic and unacceptable ..happens frequently

Out of all the grocery stores in Mobile this is Top 3, the variety of products is vast and surprising. The quality of fresh foods are top quality. The staff is just a pleasure, not fake nice, they can hold a conversation which is almost astonishing these days. The prices are what you expect for high quality fresh food, but if you shop the deals, it becomes a bargain. Will continue to shop here.

Went to pick up a pizza I ordered. Before the employee put my pizza in a box( his back was facing me)I think he was scratching his nose, he had on a mask and gloves but the problem I had was he shouldve exchanged his gloves because everything on the outside of the mask was on his gloves and he just touched my pizza! How nasty! People just dont think! The pizza went in the trash! And so will my next visit!

I have visited this store a few times and love the place. Its a little small, but the meat and seafood selections are among the best in the area.

My wife and I have been using the Fresh Market since they arrived in Mobile. We have never had a bad experience. The bakery does a fantastic job on custom cakes provided you give them enough time to do it right. 1 day is not usually enough time there or any of the other bakerys in Mobile. Their fruit and vegetables are always fresh. I do not buy all of our groceries there but I do buy all of the baking items there. To top all of this off, their personnel are always courteous, helpful and friendly.

I love this store cuz you can get a different variety of produce all the time its just quite pricey for me.the meat counter has a beautiful-looking me I mean just so scrumptious and delicious looking but like I said it is expensive. If you were less expensive I would shop there more often, but I cant afford those. However I absolutely love their Orzo Salad!

5 stars for their $20 meal deals. Easily feeds four, sometimes five people. Weve bought several and have saved $12-$25 each time.

A small store conveniently located and very cleanly maintained. Selections are not huge but very attractive so you cannot walkout without buying something. Great meat and seafood. Prices on a few items are highly inflated.

I love that they have grass fed beef and such a great selection of speciality items. Wonderful wine selection too.

TFM has a lot going for it: a good selection of boutique brands, vegetarian and vegan meals, and a good house brand label. Unfortunately, the prices are pretty high and I cant tell you how many times Ive been here and found moldy fruits/veg or expired foods elsewhere in the store. Its an OK place to shop if you know to look carefully at everything, but at these prices they really ought to be on the ball better.

I go to Mobile one or two times a year. The Fresh Market is a must visit for me. There is so much packed into the store. It is a great place to come up with creative meal ideas and to purchase items that are hard to find anywhere else.

I love my Fresh Market! The staff are awesome. When its a long day, I can go by and pick up a 7.99 chicken, some sides, a bottle of wine, and dessert! I love it!

At The Fresh Market, youll find some of the best bread, produce, salads, meats, cheeses, coffee and bulk candy and nuts available! You may not find your favorite salad dressing, but, they offer items you wont find in your ordinary grocery store! Definitely worth a stop, just to look at the produce section....its always picture perfect!

This is the best grocery store with the most beautiful Foods the bakery is Exquisite and their chicken has never been fed antibiotics, is grain fed, love the ground chuck and Gourmet Burgers. The crab is Maryland crab or Hefty lump crab cakes. Tuesdays and Saturday specials and cant say enough about the deli that beats anything Publix has.

The place was clean but the who ever is making the pastries and cakes there isnt really doing a great job. Just moved back to after many years and I remember one of the main reasons I came here was for a sweet tooth. I would rather go to Publix now.

This store has a melting pot of products that appeal to a person from any background. Some say the products are pricy, yet... The Quality and selection of that product, CAN NOT be found at any other store in the area (regardless of the cost).Store is always clean, employees are very courteous, and they offer samples of coffees and/or fruit drinks, when available.

We have frequented this store for the last year we have lived in Mobile. All food has always been fresh and great. We had the most unfortunate experience today with a SEVERE lack of customer service and disrespect. I did take the time and spoke with the manager on duty. We hope it is addressed and corrected. The qualities we love about this store are becoming easier to find - Id rather pay more money than have to deal with what we dealt with today.

I really like to stop in this store from time to time and get specialty items that you cant get at your local Supermarket. Yes, its pricey, but most of these places are. I dont think its worse than Whole Foods, which is notorious for high prices. I love the bakery items, yummy!!!

I absolutely love going to the fresh market from the fresh meat to the delicious bakery items! Everything is fresh at the Market.

Went on a Saturday to get the advertised Pork Chops but they didnt have them. I asked when they would but the guy didnt know. They have a huge sign at the meat counter advertising the sale. Have the decency to either take down the sign or meal it so its not glaring your customers in the face.

Lots of great specialty stuff. A little pricey and there arent any more affordable options. But if youre willing to splurge a bit its worth it.

Ask for a whole sirloin, young man clearly irritated chops it into 6 pieces. If i wanted that i would have selected the sirloin steaks already cut. Steak was delicious as always, but this trip gets 2 stars for failure to pay attention and poor attitude. For the record, this is atypical of this FM and we will be back. Just watch carefully to be sure what you are asking for is what you are getting.

I shop at the store frequently but tonight I went in to get a few things to make dinner. I was going to purchase the shrimp scampi dinner kit and some other sides. When I picked up the dinner Kit it smelled so rotten the stench was unbearable. Then I proceeded to go down into the meat department. No one was there for over 12 minutes waiting. I went to the bakery to get some cookies and noticed half the cookies were so hard and over baked, so I asked someone finally if I could get some that were soft. I was really let down at this experience. I brought the rotten shrimp to the attention of the on-duty manager and asked if they had any replacements or could do anything else. She was very rude and did not care and seemed that it was not a concern that this is what was currently in the store for purchase. I was also with a friend and he almost slipped on the wet floor. I looked around and there was not one caution sign set out to warn of the wet floors. I guess my legal background kicked in. As I proceeded to the check out; yet again I was shocked at the rudeness of the cashier. I was in dismay over what I was witnessing.

I always love shopping here, clean store, cool atmosphere, friendly employees, the freshest meat! Robert in the meat department is one of the best employees they have!!!

I like the chicken salad and the cleanliness of the store. The prices are reasonable as well.

Not the store for your entire grocery list, but a wonderful weekly stop for special hard to find items. The employees must enjoy working for Fresh Market as it seems the same smiling faces are always present. A great addition to the community.

Its a good store. Dont get me wrong, but dont go into this store with a mindset like they have a huge variety of product. They mainly cater to those looking to get particular ingredients for cooking or all natural, kosher, vegan products. I have no problem with that as i think that food is quite good. Just wish there was a bigger variety as i tried finding something for my son to eat and that became a difficult part as i just wanted to get him a juice to sip on and something to snack on. They dont really cater for a quick grab unless you want to spend a good amount of money at the deli and thats my only down part to this store. Hope this helps for anyone trying to shop here.

Customer service was great. This is like a Whole Foods Market. Unfortunately the food was not as good. Bought cracker size Gouda and assorted crackers. Neither were better than okay. Too bad. It’s a nice place.
