The market is well stocked with exotic foods and condiments as well as serving sets, cookware, and decorative items. Good selection of fresh produce and sweets. And the restaurant in back is AMAZING. So many wonderful dishes cooked to perfection. I cant wait until my next visit to 7Spice.

We just moved to Mobile less than 3 weeks ago and thanks to Google review, were fortunate enough to find this little gem. Weve already eaten dinner there twice and Im getting reading to ask my husband if we can go again tonight. The husband is a huge fan of stuffed grape leaves (beef) and says theyre the best hes ever tried, and hes tried A LOT. Ive had various dishes and all I can say is this is my favorite food and favorite restaurant EVER now. Its spicy but not hot, the flavors are just amazing. The food is fresh. We LOVE it. I could eat here twice a week, easy!

The food at the restaurant was awesome. The atmosphere is close but nice. The restaurant is small but cozy.The grocery store has a great deal of middle eastern foods and Islamic paraphernalia.We enjoyed ourselves.I recommend ordering the lamb chops. They were good.

At first when you drive up you will think oh mein it’s a store not a restaurant but don’t be derailed it’s a full store with loads of options and a nice area at the back to dine in! This is by far my favorite restaurant in Mobile. All of their food is Amazing! My favorite is the Lamb Shank and the Carrot soup~ Its also a really cool grocery store filled with some unique foods.

My wife and I were returning home from a day rambling around and neither of us felt like cooking so we decided to grab some dinner out. After looking online at some places that I wanted to try I settled on 7Spice.After arriving we discovered that the grill is actually located at the rear of the grocery. We were seated promptly and our waitress took our drink and app order. We started with the Falafel which was hot, fresh and delicious. For my entree I ordered the Shish Tawook (chicken kabob) with rice and grilled vegetables and my wife ordered the Krass Pastry also with the rice and grilled vegetables. Our entrees arrived in timely fashion and without issue. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The portions were nicely sized and the prices reasonable. The staff were attentive without overdoing it. Needless to say, 7Spice comes well recommended and we will be returning.

Did not eat in the restaurant, so I chose four stars as a safe and fair assessment of the store. The variety of products was impressive for a tiny store and the prices were reasonable. Will shop there again and look forward to trying the dining experience. The music was festive and relevant to the culture of the store and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. Very clean store.

Authentic & delicious! We had the hummus ADD pine nuts & lamb, falafel and the shrimp kabob with roasted vegetables and rice. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Service started out slow but got better, the ambiance is lacking but who cares when you have food this good, especially in Mobile! Note, they don’t serve alcohol. Will absolutely make this a regular stop.

A welcomed escape while traveling through Alabama. I love the store and if not very far from home this could be a weekly place for me to explore and buy new flavors for my home. We came for the grill and for this we are very glad we discovered it. The Lebanese ice tea is delicious and complex, the mixed appetizer authentic and delicious. The only thing keeping this from a five star rating is the service and the mixed grill. The server was very quiet and not very outgoing. She didnt check on the table and I had to flag her down several times for her attention. The mixed grill meat is tough and slightly overcooked. I hope that they fix these two things as they have a beautiful resturant with great ambiance and with a few tweaks this could get people to travel here on purpose as we did. I recommend this place.

There is so much good I have to say about this place. Starting with the grocery store in the front, it has so much to offer. From the candy, the real honey comb, essential oils, hookahs and the list goes on and on from what is offered. Upon entering the restaurant in the back the wonderful smells hit you and the menu has a wide variety of offerings. I went with the shrimp, chicken and lamb; all prepared and seasoned to perfection and even the rice is great! My appetizers were nicely cooked and seasoned I can’t remember the exact names but they are show in the pics. Lastly the Lebanese sweet tea had depths of flavors that go beyond just a traditional tea. In short, you have to try this place!

Hi. I just bought food from them and took percel to my home. The French fries and the food were so old that it’s taste was just bitter. We took back the food to the 7Spice and talked the manager. He is such a rude person that he never even told a sorry for once! We went home and just after took it back again to the store within 1 hour. The manager argued that it’s been 1 hour so the food is rotten! We just returned the food and got the refund. They neither paid our gas bill nor even said a Sorry! My daughter is very very hungry and we are harassed enough! Really very very shocked with 7Spice!!!!

7 Spice is truly one of my favorite places to eat. I love the large portions so I have something for lunch the next day! Everything tastes amazing! They do a great job of blending the different flavors and spices that makes the food taste delicious and not overpowering. The baklava is the best baklava Ive had so far.

We love 7 Spice! We always get a bunch of chicken shawarma to go so that we can eat on them for a couple days later and because everyone wants one. Everything is always tasty and delicious. I like to try something new whenever Im there, and I always as for a shawarma or mixed grill if someone I know is stopping by. Delicious food!

So the staff are very nice and welcoming. The menu is little pricey but I am thinking they probably need to bring their food from distant places. The place is clean and tidy. The food tastes very good.

The food here is excellent! Freshly prepared and flavorful, beautifully plated and fast. The servers are very nice and helpful too. After eating, we did a little shopping... great product variety. This is coming from someone who shops Mediterranean markets often in Houston. I definitely didnt feel like Im shopping in a small town market. Bravo!

So the first time youre there you think youve only arrived at a grocery store. However, I assure you it is well worth the leap of faith. You walk through the mini grocery to the restaurant in the back which is super nice. The food is very delicious- we had the falafel and hummus sandwich and it was amazing. They use their own spices and they are very good. The rice had amazing flavor and my wife enjoyed the lentil soup.

The lamb chops are amazing! The fire cracker shrimp are great appetizers.

Food is great and you get a lot of it. Seating service needs a little work but the food is worth the wait.

Excellent food and service! The rice was delicious, perfectly seasoned and tender. They have an amazing citrus dressing for their salad that is light, not overly sweet and flavorful. My husband had the lamb shank, and it was so tender, the meat fell from the bone with the slightest touch. I had the lamb Pastry, the meat was also tender and well seasoned, the pastry was light and flaky. We will definitely be returning to this place.

I was very disappointed with 7Spice, the name simply does not measure up to the food seasoning.... I had the 7Spice Kebabs with veggies and kanafu dessert. My chicken and shrimp kebabs were very overcooked. The lula kebab was very tasty and properly cooked. I asked for the overcooked food to be replaced and was offered a discount to keep the over cooked and under seasoned food instead. I was offered excuse after excuse before the replacement was given. The second time around was a yet slightly over cooked, but edible. I ordered the kanufa was floating in oil and excessively sweet. I gave up, a accepted the 25% discount, paid and left. Needless to say, I do not plan to return.

I ordered Shish Tawook (Chicken Kabob), rice, Greek Salad, grilled Vegetables, Baba Ghanoush and falafel for my family. The rice was just plain rice and the vegetables were very underdone. The chicken was okay, but it was kind of plain. The falafel was inedible. I dont know exactly what all they had ground up with the chickpeas, but it was overwhelming. Ive had falafel dozens of times, but never have I found it inedible. The Baba Ganoush was fine. I would not eat here again. I was highly disappointed.

Another of my favorite Mediterranean food places to eat,the best hummus in Mobile, they have a dessert made with clotted cream, aka creole cream cheese, it has a light syrup on top with crushed pistachio on top. One dessert serves 2 people, they also make a wonderful stuffed grape leaves with a cucumber sauce, served warm. You really should give them a try.

I ordered a gyro entree and the meat looked so disgusting 🤢. The vegetables was over seasoned as usual but not very good this time. The entree does not come with the sandwich wrapped and customers should be aware of that. I haven’t eaten out in a week this was such a disappointment and waste of drive.

I can only comment on the hookah stuff.As far as hookah, I can say this is the spot for the deals. Simple layout, here. And accessories are fair priced. If youre in to the tall hookahs, they got a lot of fancy ones. Use your own judgement when buying, of course. You should know the worth of what youre looking for. Dont look at the dollar, look at the construction and use case.Flavor selection is simple enough for you to go in, and get what youre looking for.

Delicious each visit. What a gem for Mobile. We travel from Daphne for our favorite restaurant. Portions are large, so we always have plenty to take home. The grocery offers so many unique hard to find items forHome cooking flavorful foods with wonderful herbs and aromas.

This place has come to be a must-visit every time Im over in that area. Tucked away behind a very nondescript grocery store it is quite a treasure. I have not made it through all of the items on the menu but it is certainly a goal of mine. Everything is so fresh, spiced just right, and served with great guest service.

Ohhhh my this place is so good and the grocery store is very neat. a hidden gem in mobile. the labneh is phenomenal. the Lebanese sweet tea is gross tho lol it tastes like soap but Im too shy so I drank it instead of telling the server. it has orange blossom syrup or something nasty in it

Nice little restaurant located in the back of the grocery store. Bathrooms were clean and single person use. Sitting area seats about 35 people. Nice atmosphere with the music. I started with the falafel. It was darker than I normally see it but still taste really good. Also got the Gyro sandwich and fries. Everything came out fast and hot. Service was on point. Would recommend to all.

This place is AMAZING. Its a little Lebanese hole in the wall that wont disappoint. Try the Lebanese iced tea with your meal. Guaranteed flavor explosion.

You get your moneys worth when you come here. The food is delicious, well-done and consistent. With most entrees, you will receive 2-3 sides (choosing from soup, salad and french fries, rice, grilled veggies). My husband and I never spend more than $25 for the two of us and we always leave with leftovers! We love coming here.

Always fantastic food and service! We drive 45 minutes for the lentil or carrot soups, gyros and kabobs. You will never be disappointed with 7Spice Grill. Also an excellent grocery with hard to find items. We feel lucky to have 7Spice in our area.

Definitely wanted to come here for a long time and now that I have I was super pleased with everything. The grocery store is well kept and clean. And the restaurant itself was an amazing experience. I would give it a definite 10/10 would recommend if you havent been here before.

Authentic food. They brought me a steak kabob instead of lamb. I thought that it was tough and then realized it was steak. I didnt complain we all make mistakes. Great value for the money.

As a restaurant, this place is fine. Not really alot to say. Its good, I recommend it but it wont change your world.The five stars are for the market. I used to live in the Greater New Orleans area and we didnt even have a a Middle Eastern/Mediterranean market as good as this.Mobile is becoming quite the foodie town. Its good to see.

Authentic Cuisine with Authentic Food Market.

Whether I dine in or take out the food is always impeccable. The kitchen staff always meets and exceeds My expectations. At this point its like stepping into a very familiar venue and dealing with acquaintances when it comes to My guys behind the counter. The only issue Ive encountered is in the store. Ill usually pick up a few items while I wait for My take out or after I dine in. The last several times there have been issues at the register. Ive had to either walk the cashier to the shelf because of a pricing issue and most recently I discovered that I had been charged for some of My items multiple times. I may have to do My retail shopping when theres a different cashier on the register. The restaurant is the reason for My 5 stars. I wont allow a few glitches in the store to sully the efforts of the restaurant.

Looking for a hard to find spice or halal meats? This is your shop! Staff is always helpful and polite. Outside of a veggie/fruit stand you wont find fresher and clean produce.

This place really came through for my wife and I. Being from Houston TX we are really spoiled with having easy access to hundreds of places serving halal food. Finding a halal spot while traveling often ends up with... less than desirable results... 7Spice has a restaraunt in the back that clearly knows what they are doing!We ordered a kefta kebab platter and other dishes I cant recall (look... my wife didnt want to share what she ordered, ok?) The meat was tender and not dry (the most common complaint I have with Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaraunts.) Food was excellent and while waiting we were able to pick up some essentials from the small grocery in front with a surprisingly effective variety of grocery items.

7Spice has the best Mediterranean food Ive ever had. I barely liked anything except hummus before eating there. They have an ethnic grocery store in front, and then bam!, the place turns into a fancy little bistro in the back. The food is delicious, and they have quite the variety. Some of the prices on the menu may look a little high, but you get the quality AND quantity you pay for. Ive never bought an entree and not left with a full second meal for later. Their staff is courteous and kind, and their food is amazing. I recommend the lentil soup!

From the moment you walk in the grocery part of the store your eyes go from one shelf to the next. There is so much to take in and you could spend no less than an hour just looking at the items that are on the shelves. The fruit and vegetables that we are not accustom to.Then you make it to the dining area. Beautifully decorated and cozy at the same time. You will have a hard time deciding on what to try your first time here. Our group had no less that 5 appetizers and let me tell you they were all amazing. The best hummus ever. Our group had so many different things and it was all seasons and cooked to perfection. I cant remember what hot tea it was that the owner had us try but I cant begin to tell you how great it was. And then there was the fresh baklava, it was still warm when it was brought out.I cant begin to truly describe the food to you, but I highly recommend that you visit this gem. The service was the best ever as well.Go enjoy you will not regret a visit to this restaurant. We will be going back.Thank you for an visit to your restaurant.

We visited this restaurant based on the excellent trip advisor reviews. As mentioned by everyone else it’s located in the back of a small grocery store. It has a nice atmosphere and you don’t feel like you are in the back of a store. I had hummus and falafel. It came with soup and two sides. I had the carrot soup which was really good and a double order of veggies. My friend asked our server if something was good on the menu and she said “oh, I don’t eat here”. We thought that was pretty funny even though she wasn’t trying to be funny. She was friendly enough, just wasn’t a good server.

Meal for two was enough for 4. Carrot soup was delicious. Will go back.

Really amazing market with a restaurant in the back. I found what I was looking for Turkish delight, or Lokum, they also had the 3 in 1 Nescafe that remind me of my time in Bosnia. I highly recommend this place for spices, tea sets, hookahs, and little treats.
