They were the sweetest people we worked with to create our mother headstone. We wanted it to look like exactly like our Father headstone and they did exactly that. I experienced very poor customer service from Phillips. I do believe a man is his word and I was told many things and also not told important information related to ordering and having a memorial headstone for a loved one installed on their gravesite. Ultimately, I ended up picking up the bronze memorial and contacting another company to set and install it. It will be placed within a week. After waiting for 3 to 4 months, this is such a releif! The reply from the company is absolutely untruthful. It was best to part ways if this is what type of customer service this company offers.
