Toys R Us going out of buisness sale. You cannot beat tbe prices.

It has a wider merchandise variety than other Toys R Us I had been to. Although I didnt found many special discounted items as I have seen in other or their stores, its alright. The employees are super nice and everything is neatly cleaned.Definitely recommendable to go :) !!

They offer products online that you cannot ship to home or store, but when you call them the offer you similar items at increased prices! Price gouging at Christmas is unacceptable. I have spent roughly $1,400.00 to $2,000.00 every Christmas for the last 10 years at Toys R us consistently, no more! There are to many other options available for this to take place. You can keep your toy monopoly, we will spend our money else where, where our business and loyalty is appreciated!

Well the store is clean and organized. Additionally, there are plenty of options to choose from. However, the only Toys R Us in town seem to be short on staff which makes for an extra long waiting time. When you do finally get someone to assist you they are friendly enough but nothing to make you go wow! You can also get ready to wait in line.

We occasionally drive over here since there is not one here. Always fun to make a half day trip between here, eating and the mall. Its Toys R Us what can you say. Every time we have been here, it didnt seem to hard to locate an employee for help and there are tons of stuff for the kids to look at.

This Toys R Us is nice and clean. It has a great selection of toys and electronics. Employees were ready to help me with my Christmas shopping needs.

Although this tends to be a busy toy store, it is always well organized! Neat and orderly are not two words you would associate with a toy store! But this store has nailed it!

I used to love coming to shop here, and its still a great place to go when you just dont know what to get for that special kid in your life, or if you are looking for special pop figures. However, it seems no one is ever there and many of the things they sell are overpriced compared to other places you can get the same toys.

Ive been here twice. The same lady was there both times and is VERY RUDE. The other associates there are great and very helpful. But with her at the service desk, I seriously doubt anyone leaving feels like they will ever return. She needs a job in a cubicle!

The store hours that are posted online say they open at 9am. I arrive with my 5 month old & walk towards the doors at 9:00. Two other ladies are also standing outside waiting. One employee, arriving to work, walks up to go inside (not saying a single word to us). A couple minutes later, another employee walks out of the store, not saying a single word to us! I said excuse me, what time do you guys open? He rudely says 10. Frustrated, I said so you guys were just going to let us stand out here & NOT tell us that you dont open for another hour?! He said nothing and kept walking. Very rude and completely turned off by the store. Correct your hours please! (This was Friday, 10/23... Store hours: 9 am)!

Really well-put-together store. The different specifics aisles made it easy to find what our kids had asked santa for. It was worth the drive from Gulfport.

Wonderful. I found a great deal for birthday boy tomorrow. Sleeping bag for a low price. I know my granddon will love it.

My daughters heaven on Earth right here. They are a bit expensive to visit weekly. But occasionally they have good sales

Big store with lots for the kids. Prices are always high and they never have the correct 12 volt riding toy charger. Dont go here without expecting to spend money or have your children pitch a fit wanting a toy or game.

Love shopping here because you can find great toys for every age and great customer service.

Very friendly and helpful. Had the toy were looking for and at the right price. Sad that they have become another casualty of Walmart.

This store creates childhood imagination that no online site can ever replace.

Good variety for things you wouldnt normally find, but kind of overpriced.

Its going out of business and may even be permantly closed by now. Prices were not reduced that much (10%) and nothing was warrantied or returnable. Prices should have been reduced more for a store that was permanently closing its doors. They were a great toy store, although often too pricey, and I hate that they went out of business.

Last day was the best on prices even then some things was not a deal

Friday February 26 2016, around 2pm I was shopping for an infant car seat in the baby area, which was an unorganized mess. I asked a young white male if he could help me get some prices. He directed me to a price scanner in the little girls clothing department. So with two big boxes in a shopping cart, I pushed these two big boxes around looking for a scanner.. No one and I mean no one asked if I needed help. I then proceeded to customer service and stood there and stood there trying to get someones attention. A tall black man was cashing out a lady and a black girl standing doing knowing but iggonrring me. The bottom line, I left the two car seats at customer service and walked out the door and I promise too God I will never step foot in another toys r us again. I am going to share my experience with all my family and friends. BTW.. Its not like the store was rocking and rolling.

My grandbaby love this place it was her first time into a toy store.

It was ok. Has a big selection. My visit was on Black Friday during the evening hours. I was looking for a Frogger mini arcade machine. They had other variations, but not what I was looking for. I ended up finding at Wal-Mart the next morning. The staff was friendly & attempted to help despite being real busy.

Good selection if toys. Kids love to go here.

We take our granddaughter almost every week. We have the best time and the employees and management are wonderful!

Haphazard organization, employees arent very helpful, long checkout lines, in-stock level was pretty good. If the rest of their stores look like this one, I understand why they are closing.

Have some real good prices they were going out of business they file bankruptcy they close the doors and its boarded up but they had a real good prices at the end 70% off

Its become a lot like Walmart. Messy, lazy/rude stuff. Seems to be the retail standard these days though.
