Customer satisfaction remains the highest priority without exception. A 2:15 pm, first time visit today left me feeling empty and totally dissatisfied. I was told that my glasses were old and couldnt be straightened and nothing could be done to help me. My glasses only needed a slight adjustment by a CARING professional.

I called them for an eye exam. It took a mnth to be seen. The receptionist called me thurs to inform me my glasses were in and schedule a time to come in. She confirmed fri @ 1:15. I arrived at Target Optical at 1pm. The gate was down. I inquired with a cashier they didnt know why they werent open. I went to service desk they had no clue either. I called left a message with phone number to call me back. No call! Saturday came no one at optical. Monday came still no one and no call. Finally my husband called and he was told she had covid. When I was finally contacted that afternoon she said she was under the weather. No apology! I was informed there was no one that had the ability to call me and inform me of the circumstances. This place has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I will not be back but Im sure they really could careless!
I went through three other eyeglass stores, even returning a pair to one and getting a pair from another one that I cant use. All I needed was a pair of well-made, comfortable glasses that I liked. That seemed too much to ask from previous experience. However, I decided to come to Target Optical based on the good online reviews. They were great! I found a pair of frames that I liked on my first visit to go and check them out. I bought them that night, and then my glasses, lens and all, were ready four days later. I picked them up, and the employee made sure that they were comfortable and that I could see, and she adjusted them for me. I love my frames, and they were very helpful and caring!
Went to Target 2 days in a row when the optical department was supposed to be open but wasnt. No one knew why. I know they are independent but this is unnerving.
Very nice staff and Doctor. Easy to schedule an appointment, they offer text reminders, and the office is very clean. The doctor was super friendly and even offered to check out my hubby when he came to help me pick out glassss (even though it was well past closing time).
Called the doctor but got the optical store by mistake. That was on me, and I do understand that the store and the doctor are completely independent, but I still found it unsettling that the person wouldnt even give me the doctors phone number, and told me, repeatedly and unapologetically, that they dont give out prescriptions. Maybe theyre following strict procedure, but it still left me with a bad first impression, for both businesses. I would have vented all this to the doctor, but nobody was picking up when I called, not even an automated message or answering machine.
