It’s an interesting place. It’s caters more to the young. I’ve found a few interesting items there for gifts and myself. If you have the time go in and look around don’t be in a hurry you could overlook something interesting

Hot topic is a pretty well set up store, and it appeals well to the younger generation of people.If someones interested in music, pop culture, or just unique apparel, then this would be a good place for them to shop at.

The staff is amazing! Sadly, the store stock had nothing for my plus size self (no shirts in anything over L or two XLs that were cut small) and the over priced backpacks were a disappointment.

Friendly staff, great clothing! Can be expensive but that’s expected of course. Has anime tees, band tees, and more. has accessories and lots of other rad stuff. Always had a nice time at this hot topic.

They always have unique items. If you are looking for a certain character item, this is a good first stop. Most of the time they have what I am looking for whether its anime, disney, or popular television shows. Sometimes you have to wait to go inside due to COVID regulations but its not a very long wait. Staff members are helpful and the store is clean and tidy

Average. Imagine any hot topic, that is this hot topic. The store front I visited was a part of a mall, so your experience may vary. Clothes on racks, cosmetics in bins, memorabilia from all your favorite media properties. Store clerks are there to assist you if you need help. Over all a passable experience.

They had a good selection of eccentric clothing items as usual. I like to pick up fun T-shirts from Hot Topic every now and again and this location had a good selection. Staff is what you would expect in a Hot Topic (not bad, eccentric but pleasant) I would definitely stop in here again when passing through.

The workers are always helpful and can answer any type of question for you. Its well organized and just an easy place to shop in.

One particular blonde girl was very helpful. I have been going to hot topic for years and I never realized they had a dressing room. She took the time to show it to me and pull down several shirts for us to try on. She was also helpful in deciding what size my friend should get.

Although he didnt find what he wanted my son likes this store. The website is decent.

Most of the staff is great and very helpful and the store is always well kept up with. Ive hardly had any bad visits or trouble when shopping here and I shop here frequently.

The workers are always very nice but Im not a fan of the material for some of the clothes they offer. I do normally get gauges from here though

Been going to this store half my life, they always have something cool. Its a must at any mall.

They over charged me on some jewelry and then it took over 30 mins to get them to figure out how to refund the money to my card. Its been 3 days and I still have set to see the refund to my bank account.

I was in the store shopping. Me and my friend were both looking for different things. He asked about naruto items and Bri proceeded to inform him that they didn’t have any. After he walked away she continued to talk to him even after he did not communicate back. My friend is very shy and just wished to be left alone after he got the answer he wanted. Bri and another co worker then proceeded to follow my friend around the store by doing simple task around him. Not only did they make him uncomfortable but they always were talking about how under the influence of marijuana they are while at work and how they get so “f***ed” up to where they don’t remember the next morning. All this is personal choices but my friend should not be made feeling uncomfortable in a store because women do not know how to be professional at their job. I love going to hop topic and never had an issue at this location but I also never went in there with my friend. I will no longer go In There.

I recently got a hottopic store card so I went into the store to use it, spent 50 bucks on pops because thats all that they have thats worth buying, Im pretty sure they know that too thats why Ive never seen a chase there NEVER. Well after I purchased my items I walked out to my car and gave the pop I got for my boyfriend, he noticed there was paint bleeding so the nice girlfriend I am I went back to exchange that pop for another one without bleeding paint... Note I just purchased my item and had my receipt in my hand, the girl at the register (the same one who rang me up the first time) her name was annie I believe and she said we cant exchange this because of the chase variance. I literally looked at her like she was stupid and said what? This is not a chase. and she replied well.... Uh... I know but uh because the chase variance we cannot exchange pops. so yeah that was my experience at that particular hottopic, Im sure every Hottopic isnt this bad, it was just the workers. I am satisfied now because I got my boyfriend to contact courporate on them, he was very nice and disappointed in what happened. Hottopic is a good store overall I just had a bad bad experience with this store and the people who worked here....

Like a theme-park gift shop mash-up of every deeply branded music/comic/videogame/internet/tv/movie ever. Niche-novelty place mostly pop, some retro. Quirky gifts & clothes & accessories. Lots of graphic tees and merch. Brands found nowhere else in mall or city, too many to peg: Pusheen, Riverdale, HARRY POTTER, Wonder Woman, tons more. Today noticed an Alice-n-Wonderland tea-cup set ($25). And kid excitedly noticed a $60 PATD sweatshirt that hinted at long-awaited new album. Once found a Lukes Diner (Gilmore Girls) pin-button in the even-more-themes pin bin graveyard. Look past the we-are-too-cool, black-theme, over-pricedness, and find some ideas & novelties for cool theme-lovers.
