My son loves this store great customer service!

They can learn a thing or two about customer service.

I purchased a pair of air max shoes, paid 120.00.My Filas from journeys I paid 55.00 for has comfort air max wouldnt begin to know. Air max is higher priced and poorer quality. Though they fit, after wearing them for 12 hrs, I take them off and put my 55.00 Filas on, and oh what a difference. Complete relief. Avoid the money grabbers and get filas

Called Friday about Jordan release on Saturday, they said first come first serve at 12 noon. Get there at 12 noon, waiting list with over 50 people already on it. Bad management. Unorganized. Luckily I already ordered a pair from Nike at 9.

The website only has under armour. The store only carries Nike or Reebok. The employees were nice. They told me other locations have the products. But this location has very narrow selection of shoes. I believe that the reason that this store doesn’t carry these brands is because of the “crowd” that they cater to. The employees were fond enough to tell me so. #MAGA

They didnt really have anything to get

Went in here to get shoes yesterday had a pair picked out and tried to get the lady to get the size i needed and she said hang on a minute never helped me after 45 minutes of standing there waiting she helped everyone else except me. Worst place to shop.

Not much to choose from in the store. Prices are too high on items. Employees seem to not notice you and when they do they are not in a hurry to help you.
