I am almost positive I have never stepped foot in this store. I hate buying shoes and have been that way most of my life. I am 63, never been athletic.

Only problem I do have its not having my shoe size like a size 14 or 15 and a shoe selection its not great at all for my size .like always some plain looking shoes please do a better job on getting us some size 14 and 15 with shoes that sell just like people with small foot .

They just need to shut this bih down!... Unless youre shopping apparel or kids shoes they dont have anything you want!

I found the perfect pair of Nike neon green presto shoes in women’s (color is super hard to find) instead of men’s! While Google searching, it said they had size 8,10, and 11 in stock. When we get there to buy the size 8, the guy said they only had 10 and 11. He even went back to check while he was helping 6 other people at once. Said they didn’t have an 8. We left and went to other stores in the mall but no luck. Returned to see if we could order my size and the same guy, named Dane, said if it says we have an 8 online let me look again. Then he comes out with the box of size 8 shoes!!!! He’s the best and even while he was super busy, still looked for me a 3rd time!!! Very impressed

Tried calling for 15 minutes no answer. Like no ones there. I changed my mind about going that far without getting the information I need to make my purchase. I dont want to go to Hibbets. But it looks like Im going. Hibbets employees answered the phone on the second ring and had the style of shoe and size I needed. I understand that Foot Locker may be busy and have more ppl to serve but they could answer the phone. 15 minutes is enough time to wait on a customer, maybe 2, then answer the phone please. I was on the phone with Hibbets 3 minutes. Footlocker yall can do better with a lil effort.
