Have had multiple visits there and was helped by the store manager Adam,each time and he resolved my issue each time. He should definitely be considered for outstanding employee of the year at this branch. To add he stayed over after work hours my last visit to make sure my issue was resolved.Thanks again ADAMS.....

Very informative, professional and accommodating. Best staffed and customer care oriented.

Lack of communication and pushes through new phones even when insurance is mentioned and wanted. Then fails to give you a receipt or mention the 30 month payment plan. Then fails to admit any mistakes when the customers realize what has happened. We are going to end up paying money for their screw up and wasting days on this. The workers name was Adam.

Came in for a new screen protector and left with our wireless bill $150 cheaper thanks to Caleb! He said our bill was too high for not even having unlimited data - now we have unlimited data/free HBO and my dad is thrilled his bill is a lot cheaper. Best AT&T experience, thanks again Caleb!

Barrion Millender is a great multitasker. He not only helped my husband transfer his cell service to AT&T but he was able to assist us both with purchasing new iPhones and set them up. He is very professional and has a charming personality. He assisted 5 other customers simultaneously while we were in the store. He is very organized and exhibited awesome customer service to all customers. The Old Shell Rd Store made a wise decision hiring him.

Thank you to the amazing staff at this store! We switch carriers and if it wasnt for the manager and his staff we would have missed out on deals! This is customer service at its best.

Myself and my family have come there quite a few times to see Matt for any upgrades or just general questions. He has always been really helpful and has even taken the time to help set up the new phones. He has even gone through the functionality of the phones with some of my family members to teach them how to use it. Always a great experience there.

Went in and was the only customer in there, spoke to a younger girl and a similar aged guy, the girl had an attitude with me right off the bat as if I interrupted their conversation. I had gone in to talk about their current plans because I wanted to switch carriers and she gave me two options and I asked about more options and she just got an attitude and told me that it was either unlimited or a 5gb plan and the more questions I asked the more short she became with me. Was probably one of the rudest people I have dealt with in a store. The rest of the AT&T locations I have been to have had beyond excellent customer service. Cannot say the same for this one.

Kay, Victoria, & Barrion provided the best customer service! They were about to update my plan and got me into a new phone seamlessly! This location will now be my new store. Friendly customer service and hardly any wait!

Went in to about my phone and they did a great job helping me get it fix.

My wife and I have been going to this store ever since we switched to AT&T. We’ve always went to the old location and this was our second time time going to the new location and it was all new faces. Rebekah was the one assisted us with getting new phones and the bogo deal. We are very pleased with this store and will always go to this one. I don’t think Marie Greenwell, that gave a bad review, went to the same store as I did. They were all super nice and helpful.

Good visit, we really appreciated Jake taking the time with me and my mother figuring out our new devices. Great atmosphere! Well be back!

A knowledgeable sales staff, low wait times, and great selection make this an ideal place to shop for all of AT&Ts products and services. The Manager, Matt, and his staff are excellent and willing to make sure that every customer leaves with the information and products they need to stay connected. Highly reccomended!

Great job giving full attention by the entire staff, felt like all my needs were actually being handled with care. Dont listen to Daniels post he was just made he had to wait behind us.

They lied about what my bill would be when I purchased a watch. Said I wouldn’t get charged an activation fee, but I did. I also went in on a separate day and I waited to be helped because the guy was having a personal conversation with someone and wouldn’t stop talking to help me.

Fast service and professional AT&T staff. Definitely recommend if you have any problems and need help in the Mobile area. Lots of traffic but worth the drive compared to the other stores.

They are the only at&t in town that I feel is helpful. I almost always never have to wait at this location. Carlotta doesnt know what she is taking about.

Absolutely horrible. I believe they’ve moved locations and I am reviewing the one right by American Deli. Everyone beware!! They are rude and inattentive. We ended up leaving and going to a real ATT store.

I had a very bad experience with Planet AT&T. They do not stand behind the products they sell. I have a cell phone that does not work properly and they will not replace it.

Great store, less wait time than others

Just found out they are hiring technicians that literally just got out of prison days ago for drugs and theft... I am not ok with this at all... This is a huge risk on the customer and ATT if you ask my opinion.
