I bought a car from there in March of this year. It is the biggest pile of junk I have ever bought. Never thought I would have to test the horn found out right after I got it that the horn doesnt work. Needed breaks immediately, needs a tensioner and pulley belt already and just found out it has an oil leak and transmission leak. Tommy guaranteed me it was a reliable vehicle. I am a single mom, I can afford to constantly make repairs and I feel like that is all I am going to be doing with this vehicle. I DO NOT recommend buying a vehicle from this place at all.

Ive never had dealings with a car lot before, so this is my first time. Im a Diesel Mechanic so I actually crawled underneath the truck Lol. I found a minor oil drip caused by vibration and time. Thats it. The staff and my salesperson Tracy were very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction and actually gave a damn. I know everyone cannot be pleased, but my wife and I are very pleased. I recommend the Ocean Springs Branch. They are eager to satisfy you, but like I said not everyone can be. I hope to do business with this dealership again in the future.

If I can choose zero stars I would. From my personal experience all I can say is do not go there to purchase your car.I don’t have nothing positive to say about this place of business. My car was loosing coolant after day 2 and car heat up fast, so they put coolant and told me that coolant evaporating! Sure, like all of it will evaporate in 2 days!Ok. After few days happened again, I took car back to be checked. Well they said same thing that nothing is wrong and it is evaporating. By the way all that was effecting A/C as well.Now, after not even 3 months of car purchase my car heats up on my way home from work. I drove on engine temperature almost on H very slowly just to get home. It is leaking everywhere.Unsuccessfully have tried get touch with the owner for 3 days. After I have finally got him on the phone he told me that is nothing he can do about it, and hung up. I tried to tell him that this is/was ongoing problem with my car from day one. It was never been fixed, because they never even tried to fix it, they were just replacing coolant.Yes, that’s what I have to say.

The guys at this place are superb, we were searching for a truck for my husbands construction company and were contemplating getting me a new car as well but didnt think we could get financed for both at one time, so I was prepared to wait on mine. One mention of me needing a new car too, they stepped up in a huge way. So we now have a new truck in addition to a new car! Keith, Tommy, and the owner were extremely accommodating and were very up front about what they could and couldnt do. They have definitely earned our business and I would highly recommend working with them!

I dont write reviews, but this place deserves one. After going to just about every dealership between Pensacola and gulfport this was the only place that was able to approve me with very little money down . Also I didnt have to waste my whole day waiting on an approval it took about 20 minutes total from walking in the door to driving off the lot impressive I must say. My salesman name was Tim.

I got a car there had it just over a week and had to take it back to get brakes and engine light was on they said it was gas cap but wasnt. Had to take back almost 2 weeks ago and still havent gotten back. They kept on telling me they would call me back every time I called but didnt. The only one that did the 1st 2 times was big Al. That was at the beginning. After I dropped it off on a Monday almost 2 weeks ago, after that its Ill call you back but they dont. I have to call them back. Was told yesterday that they got part in and it would be ready yesterday evening never heard from them. Call back this morning and same thing said he left message for the one that is working on it says will call you back but doesnt.

The vehicle I bought needed some minor work and Tony wouldnt let me buy the vehicle until those needs were met. They even let me take the Tahoe I bought to a mechanic of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection. I was mostly satisfied. Thank you Wayne, Tony and Keith!

My husband and I were preapproved through a lender and we started shopping for vehicles. We drove almost 100 miles to test drive a 2014 Honda Pilot, decided we liked it, our lender sent the paperwork to the dealership, “Big Al” said the title person was gone for today and he would email us anything we needed to sign in the morning, not to worry the vehicle was ours and wasn’t going to be sold to anyone. The next day rolls around and we cannot get in touch with Al. Our lender cannot get in touch with Al. Finally later in the afternoon the lender gets in touch with him and he says he’s going to get the paperwork (bill of sale and signed 30 day warranty guarantee) sent over which he doesn’t do until the following day. We sign all necessary paperwork with the lender and call to let Al know they would be sending a check at the beginning of the week as he pushed back the paperwork until late Friday afternoon, we can’t get him on the phone. Try to reach him again on Saturday and can’t get him on the phone. Try to reach him again Monday and I’m sure you know how it goes at this point. The lender says they are sending a check out today. We call and can’t get Al again so we call the dealership directly to find out that they sold the car out from underneath us because Al claimed he had no heard from us or the lender and couldn’t get in touch with us. Mind you I already purchased insurance for this vehicle which Geico is now charging me to cancel the policy on. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Would not recommend this dealer to absolutely anyone. You’re better off taking your hard earned money somewhere else and spending it.

Purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander from Tommy recently. He was very laid back and answered all my questions-- And I had a lot of questions lol. I had put money down and the employee told me I could bring $700 back instead of $1000 so when it was all said and done after having the car for a week they took it when I came to pay the $700 and made me and my 1 year old stand In the heat for over a hour I wouldnt be upset if it would have been just me ! I even asked them to bring me close to home which was 35 minutes away ! Needless to say this company sucks. Oh and also was reading the reviews and someone faked my middle name and gave them a 5 star rating ! Negative rating DEFINITELY ! has been reported.

Unfortunately one star is being given where credit is not due...in reality this company earns a negative five stars. Excellent model for HOW NOT TO RUN A SMALL BUSINESS. However, if you are searching for a previously auctioned, molested, sketchy scratch and dent daily driver for 10-20% over NADA this is a wonderful place to consider. Customer service is a foreign language for these people. They dont give two ***** about you, and rightfully so (being business people) but they could at least attempt to. A salesman actually posted positive reviews to mitigate the negatives. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, just my $0.02.

Just spoke to the owner who after telling me he would not be sending someone to help me with a car that broke down in less than 60 days hung up in my face.I called to inform them that the car was not cranking and I had just paid the first car note. He said he would send someone to jump me off and nothing else. I asked would the problem be fixed and he said they could inspect it for $75. I explained to him that I didn’t understand why I would have to pay. He then informed me of how I should have inspected the car myself and that he would not send anyone and hung up.When I purchased the car I was told that they had just gotten the car but now they want me to pay them to do something that should have been done!I am still wondering why this car wasn’t inspected before the car left the lot!There is a such thing as bad business practices and unethical business.I am a single mother who trusted the wrong car lot.

How do places like this stay in business? Looks like the few positive reports they received were employees posing as customers. (Henry & Parrish ) Bought a car on a Saturday evening. They promised to repair before I signed final paperwork. After I took car home, salesman never would return calls. Since no one will call me back I decide to wait until someone does call me to go back and sign final paperwork. Finally, 3 weeks later the owner calls accusing me of avoidiing them! I was irate, told him Ive been waiting on salesman or anyone for that matter to return my call. Tell him I still want car If they want to sell it as long as fender is repaired Of course he takes employee side and says I never called and they never promised to fix anything. At this point I just wanted to return car, he said I could but then they would not return my down payment. Basically they robbed me. Buyer Beware. Avoid this place like the plague !! Wheres Donald Trump when you need him ?

After the run around looking for dependable transportation i found myself at suncoast. The salesperson tommie was very helpful with getting me into a car. I started having problems with the car the following month of actually getting the car. The owner was very rude about having to fix the car (that was never fixed from the start because it was in the back of the lot right off of a truck that brought cars in). 5 days After taking my car back to be fixed because my hood wouldnt close it turned out to be more problems with the car than expected. The owner complained about how much money he had to put into getting the car fixed which wasnt my fault. I made him aware that this was the only transportation and that my kids had missed the entire week of school and he said well! U asked us to fix the car so we are fixing it after my husband heard how i was being spoken to on the phone by the owner he told the owner that he didnt appreciate the way he was speaking to me. The owner then called the finance company and purchased the car back from them while the car was in his possession without letting me know what was happening. After calling from several different numbers (because they would no longer answer for mine) i finally spoke with the owner and he was extremely rude and my husband over heard the conversation and intervened letting the owner know that he wouldnt talk to me in that manor. Even After apologizing for him being rude to me or what he thought was getting smart with him he pretty much told me it was nothing he could do about my down payment or the payments Ive made towards purchasing the vehicle. The owner is very unprofessional and rude he is not sympathetic with anyone and if i could give this car lot 0 stars i would. I would never recommend anyone that i know to this car lot they are a scam not to mention Ive had the car since march and never recieved my tag paper work so Im stuck paying tickets for a car i no longer have and EVERYTHING that has happened is because of suncoast unprofessional owner and the scams that he pull. I hope the next mother that is working hard to take care of her kids will read this and not waste money with these clowns because if u let them theyll take advantage of u too and take all out your money leaving u and kids stranded while they get richer off of messing over kind people.

If you are going to get a used car from this car lot or any other car lot please get it inspected first before deciding to finance it. Take it to a mechanic. What looks good on the outside is not always good on the inside.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at Suncoast. I still cant understand how they were able to secure my car loan, with the credit issues I brought to the table. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Nissan Altima and I love it! If you need a vehicle I would definitely go see them.

Do not talk to Paul. I called specifically to see if a specific vehicle was still available. He put me on hold to check, and told me it was. We drove over from Baldwin county at 6pm, and they had sold it a week ago. No apology was given. He tried to show us another vehicle. We didn’t waste our time.

My sales person was Paul Baker. Paul met us in the parking lot and help us every step of the way. He was very professional and I would recommend him as a salesperson.

Had to walk away mid-signing today due to personal reasons. Nor do I think I will be back to talk about the car for a few more weeks as Im learning more about the situation. However, I do want to go back as soon as I am more financially prepared and properly finish everything up with Vicki and Tim. They were tremendously helpful and walked me through everything, and felt bad I wasnt able to follow through today.

Car was not aligned when purchased. Tried to call and work something out but instead was attacked by whoever was working and argued with me. It’s like they do not care about anything that happens to their customers and its hasn’t been 30 days since I purchased it. Not only that they lied about the contract and I had to pay extra than what I agreed on. Worst dealership ever! Never do business here.

They are professional scam artists and try to take advantage of you in every way possible, from hiding the immense issues with the cars to putting USED tires on the brand new overpriced car you just bought. Why would you replace used tires with used tires? The tires on the car bought were bald, with written intentions that Suncoast would replace the tires AND get the car a much needed alignment. They lied about the alignment and then put used tires on it. Your safety is our priority, well fix it.....After 6+ months, that promise has not been honored. Phone calls are not returned, the people in the building are disrespectful. Also, its childish to try to cover up your bad reviews, own up to your scam tactics and fix yourself before you go out of business. To those of you who are looking to purchase a car, stay VERY far away from this place...with all due respect.

Do not I repeat do not buy any vehicles from this car lot. Just from my last visit there they have car salesmans in the office cousin out loud yelling across the room to one another which this is supposed to be a place of business not the ghetto. Very unprofessional people including the owner. My wife and I purchased a truck from this dealership it had issues that they promised to fix. We brought the truck back as instructed. They didnt have time to fix everything so the owner told my wife to bring it back but when we try to bring it back he tried to charge us for Diagnostics as if the old problems were already fixed when they were not fixed we did not need another diagnostic considering the old issues were never completed in the first place so he wanted to charge us for Diagnostics and charge us for the work. In the beginning we were told we would only have to pay for the parts. If they tell you theyre going to do something make sure you get them to put it in writing because they will go back on their word I can assure you of that.

In March I bought a 2015 Nissan Versa Note my salesman was Stepen he was rude to my wife all he seemed to want was money he didnt care about us then I met with the owner of the car lot I asked for the carfax 4eport they just kept stalling and changing the subject even though it says in there window that theyre a carfax reputable dealer they acted like there was something they didnt want me to see. Well Im wanting to trade it in and a dealer just ran the carfax and told me that the car had been in a rear end collision and the air bags had deployed on it. I wish they wouldve told me this at the car lot so Im never returing to this lot they dont care about the customer they only care about the money

I purchased a vehicle from this place last year and found out the truth behind it after i hit a minor pothole. THE CAR HAD BEEN IN A PREVIOUS WRECK NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. The saleman failed to offer me a carfax up front like most dealer do now. After i found out it was wrecked i told them about it and they it was nothing they could do. I could not trade it in or switch out the car. After they found out about it, they blame the auction where they purchase the car from which was Texas Motors. After been inspected by a collision company they discovered that it had poor body work under the so called good paint job. The car looked good, But it was under all that what was hiding. Took it to FORD and they couldnt even activated the airbags because the control panel was tricked. All Parrish (THE INTERNET GUY) could say was i dont know anything about the cars someone else does that, I just sale them. The car suppose to been totled out but wasnt. I had to surrender it cause no one would take it. But in the end I got a better car, for a price FROM ANOTHER DEALER. Will never bring my love ones here NEVER. I pray god corrects their blindsided ways.

Was a horrible experience. Please do not go there. I am warning everyone. They are sketchy from the start. They will continue to be sketchy till its all over. I was working on my loan with the company they approved me with. Talked to a lady with the loan to finish up paperwork and Suncoast sent a repo. Weeks before I even had a payment due. Tried to keep my downpayment. They charged me 200 for repo that shouldnt even of been repoed. Recommend definitely looking around at other dealerships. I have had way better luck with ano the dealer that took care of the problems with the vehicle I now have.

What a joke of a manager. My car sales man was really nice. I decided not to buy the car which put me on a rental status. The car I was looking at buying had an exhaust leak, it had been in a front end collision and was falling apart. The work that needed to be done was not a issue. When I went in to get my money back the manager Tony took his sweet time in getting to me and was really rude about it. I brought the car back yesterday at 8:15 am and it was 2:30 by the time he decided he would deal with me. He charged me 100$ for 2 days that I didnt even have the car fully (picked it up monday night close to closing and returned yesterday at opening). He told me in the middle of fighting with him about the days that this country has laws which obviously. He fought with me about paying me back my money when I hadnt even signed the purchase agreement. He told me I was lucky he wasnt charging me for gas, to have it cleaned and washed. I received the car with no gas in it at all and it was dirty. There were mold spores growing on the roof and the roof was cracked on the exterior. Functions in the car didnt work properly and the transmission was on its way out. The brakes had two inches of play in them. 5 miles down the road the service light had come on and the car started shifting funny. Took it to Advanced Auto and had them hook it up. It gave a malfunction code. Which I didnt stress cause it had gone away within a hour, but had called about it. They had lost the keys to it but did have 2 new keys made. The manager of this place is extremely rude, especially towards women. I had raised my voice and told him it was BS that he was charging me for days I didnt have the car and that I had to wait 6.5 hours for him to cut me a check back of my own money. He threw me out of his office after I had to fight the check out of him. This is a place I will never do business. I have never met someone so rude in customer service and called him out on it. I lost 322.56 to this guy and he told me he wasnt making a dime. Looks to me like he made a few hundred. I dont have a issue paying what I needed to pay but I do have a issue of paying for days that the car was not in a possession for the full day. I would have payed less at a car rental company instead of 50$ a day and .36 a mile. This place is highway robbery. They wanted 22k for a 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with 122k on it that was falling apart. Good thing my husband had no interest in buying this vehicle and we returned it. I couldnt imagine being locked down to this guy for the next 4 years. My recommendation is to not do business with this company solely do to the guy who manages it and he will rip you off. He treats his own employees like crap. The only reason they got 1 star is because not possible to leave it blank.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! The people seem friendly at first until something goes wrong!!!!!! I got a 2010 kia from here and its a peice of crap!!!! None of their cars are detailed, the kia has high mileage, im paying wayy too much for it, ive already had to call a lawyer to them and i JUST got the car!!!
