Kira was very knowledgeable and explained the causes of security door lock issues. He explained how to get better views and lighting out of my cameras.Was overall pleased.
I was very impressed with the installer Tim.He arrived shortly before my scheduled appointmenttime and was very thorough and efficient in all aspects of setting up and installing my ADT package.He explained to me in detail how the system would work, which gave me the assurance I had made the right choice selecting ADT as my home security system. I am looking forward to a great relationship with the oldest home security system company in the USA. This fact alone assured me I had made the right choice

If you get ADT if they let you request a technician you should request Kevin and Chad They went above and beyond when they came installed my cameras and explained it perfect to the T how to use it and if they have any problems how to fix it These are 2 people that care about the customer and listens to us

ADT screwed my address up so the contract was wrong. Took multiple phone calls to get the address issue fixed even though each time I was told it was. Local office installers were 2 hours away even though another office was 30 minutes away. High pressure (in my home) sales/technician people that try their best to milk every last penny out of you and basically to rip you off. Poor customer service behind multiple hold numbers. Camera motion sensor never did work, techs were late for installation and after problem with motion sensor realized they scheduled a repair but no showed. After 1 hour on hold waiting on a manager I still had to fight with them to cancel the whole thing and for them to come get the equipment out of my home. 5 days later and at least 6 phone calls before I could get anyone to cancel the contract. Then had to listen to them whining about removing it. Horrible experience all the way around. Never again!
I have been pleased with Brent’s professionalism and knowledge. He has been a wealth of information and support. Alarm equipment is about trust and security and I am pleased to say we have received both from Brent.

I am with Nic below, as he put it, end of contract cant come soon enough. Infact Ive even been thinking of paying their $2500 cancellation fee to be done with them. I have this expensive junk laying around my house but I have no security.We had to have a tech come out and disarm a fire alarm. Then I realized my cameras were not working because memory was full, no biggie right? WRONG!!!I have something like 60,000 clips and you can only delete 48 at a time. I figured I would get through deleting this batch just in time to delete the clips that were recording when I first started deleting. Therefore giving up my job and life to be the deletor in endless cycle. I called in to ask how to make this easier, aka.. Can we just hit a delete all button somewhere? -No.So we dont even use any of it! Customer service can never help, they always say you need to call back and speak to a different department. Thats not my area.Dont get me wrong.....love love love our sales guy. I just wish he represented a different company. The neighbors down the street bought their system at home Depot and they have a better security system, less hassle, and spent 5% of what I did!!They told me to buy the one they did, but I thought I would get more for my money with ADT. I beg you stay away.Dont just take my word for it, look at all the reviews. They all echo what Im reporting to you.
This company is a sham. They offer Free installation..that cost 500 bucks...then they offer a 100 gift card...but you have to send in 5 bucks to get it...but dont count on it I had my system installed in August..still no gift card...and when I call them about it...they blame it on the local company. Im contacting the better business bureau . Dont go with ADT. Ripp off . And they make it so hard for you to have the issue fixed they hope we will let it ride.
Stay away and find another company or even better, do it yourself. ADT is agressive to the point of harassment. They wiill not give you a set price and say that its up to the technician and if you want a better quote, they ask for your social and birthdate. No company has any business asking potential customers, for their private info.If you turn them down, they will keep calling you.

Do yourself a favor a choose a different Security Service. I am furious at this place. First off, I called and received a quote and asked multiple times what I will be paying up front when the technician comes and installs everything. They told me 150$ up front over the phone and that was IT! I was also told I could get as many cameras as my internet service will allow. The technician got there and they told me only 2 cameras. I was fine with that. He gets to installing everything, then tells me I have to pay 400$ now! I asked what for and they told me it would be 262$ for the doorbell camera and the rest for the quarterly payment. I basically paid $428 up front for ONE CAMERA and an ALARM SYSTEM. I was told something COMPLETELY different over the phone. Absolute rip off. The next day I called and cancelled my contract within the 3 days and was told I will get my money back within 2/3 business days after my 24 hr period of picking up my equipment. Called them today and they told me 30 more days until I receive my refund. I will never recommend this security system. They lied about literally everything they told me. I ended up going with Vivint. Vivint told me everything up front and received better quality service.
I have ADT at my home and business, and I have never had any issues with the service. Sometimes I need a technician to come out and fix a sensor or verify the system is working correctly, and it has always been easy to call in to schedule an appointment.
This website stinks!totally UNABLE to speak to someone IN THIS OFFICE using phone numbers listed. talked to nice folks in NY and elsewhere but they could not transfer to THIS MOBILE OFFICE
My contract couldn’t expire soon enough. Our equipment never worked properly and after multiple visits from a technician that only fixed it temporarily I finally gave up

Can I give ZERO stars? Call the number, play 80 questions with a computer, Then get hung up on. OVER AND OVER AND OVER! Dont think that this is a local number, it is not! God is the ONLY one who can help you if you have ADT, because you will be long dead before you talk to a human!
Just paid $500 for their systems 1&1/2 month ago and now they want me to pay another $200 to fix the problem on their end, long story shortly Id canceled both of my business accounts with them . ADT gave me a hard time to cancel and a lot of hassle . So you need to think twice and think carefully before sign contact with them, DO NOT ever give your BANK ACCOUNT to them, learn from my mistake people!!!!
