Associate Amy that works at this location asks the young lady In front of me was she apart of the circle program, she replied no! Amy scratched off a 25% discount code for her items, I was thinking she was gonna do the same for me. When I got up to the register she asked me the same if I was apart of the circle program I replied no my total was $16.50 and she did not apply the discount for me this is really bias against African Americans…

Clean but needs more stock

This was my first time using the online ordering where they bring it to your car. I pulled up to the designated parking spot and was quickly approached by an employee. She immediately went in and brought my order to me. Faster service than I expected.

If Target had more cashiers like Amy, they would have 100% customer service. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Even watched over my basket so I could use the restroom. She made a suggestion on a package that might leak and talked about her cats as she saw I had cat items- all the while giving efficient service.I havent been in store for a year but dropped in today. The place is clean and well organized.

The store is always clean. Much more the employees are friendly. And will help someone and not make you feel like you are bothering them. I walk down an aisle and if there is someone who works there they great me or if they are walking. When I go to this store I can count on great service helpful and friendly employees quality products and great price. It start with management they’ll do whatever it takes to make it rightI did an order online for pickup I placed the order and notified in a few one of the items was out of stock so I reordered and substituted a similiar item. It was ready for pickup quickly. Also the bag which they use is really great. They need another person behind the counter now. It was steadily busy and the wait time was a little too long.

First of all, why does your store in DIberville carry flowers in the winter but not your store?Secondly, why did I have to walk around the entire store to find an employee to ask a question?lastly, the only reason you got two stars instead of one is because of the employee that I managed to find was very friendly and helpful.

Always on time

I received an email stating my online order had been picked up even though I didn’t pick it up. I called the store but no one answered the phone. I called the corporate support line and they wanted to just offer a refund. The item was a gift, so the person @ corporate said they would send the issue to a supervisor but it would take 15 minutes to get them on the phone. So while I am waiting, I drive to the store and they say .” We accidentally tendered the order as picked up”.The person at corporate was like ok, glad you got your stuff. They didn’t understand the inconvenience, trouble and anxiety that they caused. This is a multi billion company that can’t correct their mistake or call a customer to let the know their was a mistake.The first person at corporate support didn’t even try to call the store!They believe that this level of service is Ok. They need to hire some IT folks from AMAZON and figure what online and customer service are. All Target did was make their mistake my problem. Another example of Corporate America not getting it.

The saddest most depressing Target I’ve ever had the misfortune to enter. Sadder than a funeral home. Really, Target? No music? An empty front display and sales area? Trash everywhere. You all should be ashamed of this store and do better.

Awesome old school style Target, love the way it is and would rather have this any day over the better remodels. Target is on such a tear to remodel all locations to the new cluttered red and grey, they forget what made these locations with the neon and red, blue, green, yellow color worlds special and easy to shop. Clean isles, easy to read signs, simple and fun color worlds. Neon makes it easy to find areas such as Food Avenue and Guest Service by spelling it out. Staff here is just as great as you would have got in 1995. Wouldnt change a single thing about this location, hope they leave it this way for good!

This happens to me regularly at this store. The sale price is not the price which rings up. It is such a hassle to correct for the .69 in this case.

Great deals and as I was browsing a wonderfully nice worker lady asked me if I was finding everything all right. I mentioned wondering if they still made glitter makeup since I used to have some that I just loved and she showed me multiple products that were similar to what I was looking for. Super nice and a clean store too!

So I was at Target today, found 3 dresses. One dress had $11.48 and the other was $7.00. Well, apparently they had the wrong price tag on them... the dress rung up for $20 but the tag said 11 So i was like.... the tag said 11. anyways the cashier calls someone to come over and check the price, well she goes over to another cashier and said “ she’s just trying to get it for this price” I am HIGHLY OFFENDED by that being that I am a REGULAR target shopper, I’ve paid regular price for over half of the things in my closet that come from Target. I have absolutely no reason to lie about something so foolish. I went ahead and paid for the dress because i need the dress for work. However, I am still upset. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS AT TARGET... I am an advocate for Target.... but this has me wanting to take it to the media.

I attend school right around the corner from this location, so its very convenient. Im in there 2-3 times a week to grab groceries, a quick lunch, or whatever odds and ends I may need. The store is always clean, orderly, and well-stocked. Staff is always polite, smiling and greeting customers. I continue to shop here simply because I am made to feel welcome and appreciated- something that doesnt happen in every store. :)

This is my favorite target! It’s not as fancy as the Shillenger road one, but oh so easy to find everything. No wandering down the isles looking for what you came for. Which gives me more time to explore and buy in other departments. The grocery area is small, but always completely stocked. Employees are nice. Very easy to get in and out. They usually have the registers open to accommodate the amount of customers. Online pickup here is very easy.

This was my first and last visit to this Target. I had some associates help me in the cosmetic section and they were great! However, the security guard would NOT stop following me around the store. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I look very young but am not sure why this person felt the need to follow me around. I was highly irritated and wont be returning to this location. I recommend the Target on Schillinger!

My Target at the Bel Aire mall in Mobile is always clean, stocked, and safe.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an Apple Watch on Black Friday at around 11 A.M. online. Received email that it was ready for pick up and that I needed to arrive within 2 days. Went that night to pick up shortly after store opened, woman told me they sold it to somebody else. She then proceeded to wave her hands around in my wife’s face saying that we just didn’t understand how it worked. She told me numerous times I was not charged and there was nothing she could do to help. She was just flat out rude. Very displeasing experience. Got online and re ordered the item from the target in Daphne. Went and picked up the next day with no issues. They had it waiting at customer service on arrival. Checked my bank account only to realize I was in fact charged 2 times, once from this store and once from the Daphne store (which actually had my watch). Called and spoke with a manager at this store who told me she knew exactly who I was talking about and would handle it. Assured me she would check on everything and call me back. Never heard back from her and still no refund. Called her back today and she told me she just forgot to follow up with me and again said she would have to call me back. Completely unacceptable. NEVER use this store, I certainly will not be ever again.

Good friendly cashiers. Extremely polite even though I passed through during rush hour. A good alternative to Walmart. The place is spread across a nice wide area. Good amount of products available. This was my first visit to target . As I usually shop only at Walmart. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend visiting this place and making your mind if this place is worth spending your time and money

Like other department stores, they have more than 10 cashier booths but only 2 available. The merchandise are organized in general and the store keepers are helpful if you could find one.

I’m from out of town, and this Target just doesn’t stack up to the Targets we have back in St. Louis. The layout was different from any other Target store I have ever been in. Needed updating compared to stl Targets. They also kept moving me into different checkout lanes.

Well it really wasnt a shopping experience. I actually stopped there for a restroom break (two kids and a friend all had to make a stop) so we are getting ready to leave the restrooms and my friend needed some extra care. So I dug 25 cents out and went to go get a quarter (all I had was dimes and pennies) and when I asked the worker for a quarter, she told me the ladies room dispenser was out... I was bummed and aa I turned around the worker said hang on, so I waited and she brought a me some from the back and told me not to worry about paying her back. I didnt catch her name, but she saved my friend and our trip. If she treats all her customers like that, then she is a great employee. Very kind and considerate.

I bought an Altec Lansing speaker from the target in Bell Air Mall a week ago and now the speaker will not turn on or charge. There has been no damage done to the speaker. I have the original packaging, the receipt, and the speaker itself and they still will not let me return it because I do not have a simple auxiliary cord that came with it. This is piss poor customer service, I will never shop at this target again and I will advise others to not shop here as well unless this problem is resolved.

I was greeted and a manager made contact with me to see if I needed assistance as well as how he could help me.

They gave me an incorrect order I made online, then refused to return it. I have to come back to the store 24 hours later with an incorrect item thats not what is on my receipt and just pray to Jesus that they believe me.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I SWEAR IVE EVER HAD! WAS TRYING TO MAKE A BABY REGISTRY, ONE LADY JUST KEPT WALKING PAST ME DOING STUFF, NEVER SROPPED TO ASK IF I NEEDED HELP AS IM STANDINBAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK!
