I purchased a pre-owned Mini Cooper, paid in full, from Mitsubishi Motors in September of 2020. The cars condition was listed as ‘very good’. One month later, the car broke down on the side of the road and had to be towed. That was 9 months ago and my car is finally getting out of the shop this week…………..sadly, it had to have a new motor ☹️ 🤦🏻‍♀️😖Needless to say, this has been both disappointing and financially devastating. However, on a positive note, the staff were really kind and very pleasant when I bought the vehicle in September. ❤️

I took my car in for new brakes. The techs discovered it needed a caliper and brake shoes. They ordered them but I was told it would be today (6/18) before the work could be done. I returned the car this morning (the 18th) and was dropped off at work. Only 1 of the parts came in. I have been waiting ALL DAY LONG for a return call to know if I can take it on the (19th) to get the repairs done or if I need to wait until the 21st. I dont blame the techs or service associate for the parts not being here, but I would like to know when the parts will be in! Since I probably wont get a phone call, after being told I would, I would think the dealership would offer a discount. But thats just me.Again, its not the service associate or technicians fault, just something that happens, BUT phone calls are always appreciated.

Initially my intention was to give them a 5 star review since they seemed like straight forward men but these guys cant keep their word, bought a truck a in Oct 2020 and still cant get them to provide the parts under the deal that we made after contacting Jesse multiple times and having him ignore my messages, noticed I was charged $1500 more in my final bill for cash price and went right over my head initially and finally because Im from Florida I specifically asked about my registration and the way of handling the situation, I was completely misinformed and had to pay the $800 tax difference up front when I went to register it, will not buy from there ever again.

Stay the hell away from this place. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. This past September, I put down a down payment of $769.00 for a new steering column from Japan. They said that it will take 5 months for the column to get to their place. When I talk to the staff there, they acted as if I do not know what I am talking about. Now, I need to find a place that can reposition my steering column. DO NOT EVER GO THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Came here out of town for 5 recall repairs it was a 5 hour wait. No service vehicle replacement or even an offer for ride to wherever I needed to go. Less than friendly/helpful and then tried to sell me repairs that werent needed. Shameful and Disgraceful. Buyer beware. Unscrupulous practices from these employees.

IF YOU GET A LOTTERY-LIKE FLYER IN THE MAIL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.Let me start off by saying to take my review for granted, because I have not actually done business with these guys for anything involving vehicles. I personally think Mitsubishi the car company makes garbage cars but that isnt really my point. I will say without a doubt though that although I may not be a marketing professional, whoever is in charge of marketing here needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.I received a peel-off lottery-like flyer in the mail for the person who previously lived at my address. I initially called them because I wanted them to stop sending me mail since I was not the person whos name was on the mail. The lady on the phone told me to read off a set of numbers at the top corner of the flyer and said that I had won a prize and could still redeem it anyways. I then looked down and peeled off a sticker with revealed a different number and that number showed that I won $500. I go ahead and drive down to their dealership, which is kinda tiny and hidden and Ive never noticed it was even there. I get there and answer a couple of questions (probably so they can send me spam email, mail, and phone calls) and the guy says that the real winning number was the one on the top right corner and it turns out that it was only good for the Bluetooth Earbuds that anyone can get if they didnt win the real prizes actually worth anything. Those were the cheapest, lowest quality fake airpods that you can probably get on Wish for $10 and I immediately threw them in the trash when I got home.I know that it only said I won $500 so that Id actually bother wasting my time to drive there but come on, you need to have ONE number on there and whatever the card says I won should actually be what I win. I honestly didnt care about getting those laughable fake airpods instead of $500, but mostly that I wasted my time and gas believing that I had won the money. The guys there seemed nice, although a bit shady and I may have given a higher rating if it werent for the outright lying and shady marketing tactics. This is only an assumption but what they probably do is show the people that actually have real winning numbers a losing number when they peel off the sticker, so that they dont have to give away anything. If you guys want customers, do it the right way and stop betting on the ignorance of people. And if you are going to continue this anyways, at least find some fake Airpods that look closer and feel like the real thing. What a joke guys...

No wonder this place is having a repo sale their pricing is outrageous. Mitsubishi mirage there selling for $16k you can find one for $9k to $11k. I came in because of the thing they sent through the mail first off the guy was rude right from the start. I blew it off got my reward went to go look at there new cars and saw the pricing. Definitely wont be buying a car from here. Get poor treatment then your going to purchase something thats clearly over priced. No thank you.

I put in an application Monday, I didn’t receive an answer until today. I was told when I got my car in May to bring it back in 6 months and they will help me trade. I have been made to feel like I don’t matter and that they don’t want to help me. When I got my car in May everyone was so helpful and friendly and this time has been completely different. This is my last time dealing with Mobile Mitsubishi.

This place is full of crooks. They tell you what you want to hear just to string you along. They have had my car for the past four months supposedly working on it but yet my car is still not fixed and it’s falling apart. So now they refuse to fix anything and want to threaten me by saying they are gonna call the law on me. Why for asking y’all to please fix my car that I bought from y’all in August brand new and y’all have been paid for the work y’all are leaving unfinished. Now that they have made even more money off of me they are refusing to finish the work. That by the way they have been paid for. The customer service is horrible here no one returns your calls and no one knows what they are doing. I would NOT recommend buying a car from here or taking a car there to be fixed. They lie so much they can’t even keep up with their lies.

The service was great. They fixed all of the recalls. Had a small issue from one if the mechanics as he was arguing with I guess the service manager, using profanity and treated to shoot him. I was apologized to by the Service Manager but the mechanic was unprofessional.

I purchased my 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Mandal Buick GMC. I noticed a problem with my transmission few weeks ago and Mandal Buick GMC sent it over to this dealership in Mobile,AL. They had my car a week. Stated that the tech and the service manager drive the car and couldn’t find anything wrong. That what I was experiencing was just the Characteristics of this type of transmission. Fast forward two weeks, I drive 7 hours to Ringgold,GA and my transmission stops 2 hours away from my destination. Luckily I was able to keep her going until I made it to my Dads shop. My Dad then drove my car to the Mitsubishi dealership in town and they agreed without even looking at it, that the transmission is gone. This was on the 10th of July, 2020. New transmission was out in and now Mitsubishi said they have to also replace the cooler, computer, and lines to the transmission. Those parts come in today July 20th, 2020. I had to take my dads truck home to Gulfport,MS so I could return to work. My car is still in Chattanooga,TN. I am 100% not pleased with the service. If they did more than test drive my car, maybe I would not have been stranded. Yes my car did broke down on the side of the rode.

Very poor customer service. Went to look at a Land Rover they had for sale and told me it was on their lot and I made an appointment to come look. I get there and the man was very rude and quick to cut me off like he didnt want a sell. Told me the vehicle was sold and I called an hour before I came. It ended up NOT being sold because I went back to see. I would not recommend this place.

Do not buy from these people! I asked the salesman if the price that he gave me was all-inclusive, less taxes and title fees that Id have to pay at the DMV, and I specifically asked about that ridiculous $500+ document fee that dealerships like to charge (I used that exact words), and I was assured that I would not have to pay that. It turns out that I paid $599 for that document fee.The salesman told me that he would fill up my truck, and when I was ready to leave, he gave me $20 (to fill up a 4x4 Nissan Armada). I told him that I didnt think that $20 would fill up an Armada, but he assured me it would (he was about $30 short).They also told me that theyd take care of the flat tire, but they lied about that (why lie about something that cost less than $20 to fix?).Avoid doing business with this dealership!
