Went in to get my a/c recharged only to find out it was simply a blown fuse. They replaced it and just charged me for the diagnostic test. Very honest crew.

Excellent and very professional service. While I was there a woman came in with her late husband’s pickup truck that hadn’t been driven in several weeks. She thought it needed a new battery but it was just a little undercharged. They told her it was ok just to keep it cranked. I don’t know many auto repair shops that would have been that honest!

This is the first company that actually talked to me and let me know what needed to be done in order for my ac knob to work properly again, fixed it in a timely manner charged up the ac and explained what needed to be done if the problem persists again

The guy doing the oil change was not friendly at all. He complained he could not find my keys when they were sitting on the front seat. After a second check he found them. The inspection report was not filled out at all. I dont know if they did an inspection. When he brought the car around he didnt say anything. Just jumped up and left. They were not busy. I was the only one there.

I That was my first trip to Meineke since it has come to my area . was very pleased with how informative the staff was . I asked questions and was given prompt answers from both the Young Lady who took my information as well as the Service guy they both was very friendly with their guest. The service was done on my mothers car. She is 89 years old and has a 2006 car. Meineke charged over $600 for the brakes and labor work - WAY TO MUCH! You should be ashamed.

Took my car to Meineke to see if my battery needed to be replaced. They were quick to hook my battery up to a machine that determined battery strength and provided me a printout of the diagnostic reading that confirmed it did need replacing. They were able to change out the battery for me quickly.

It was alarming to see a 1600 estimate for repairs needed to be done only to find out after having a second opinion that the estimate was wrong. That when changing my oil they cracked my oil filter housing and instead of telling me and fixing it they gave me an estimate for 600 to replace my oil gasket pan which was not leaking. The bright side I brought their attention and they did the right thing.. Also was told I needed rotors and did not need them either My concern is Im a lady and trusting ans I almost just paid the original estimate no question and it was not correct how many others have been done this way..this saddens me because I work to hard to beat out of any money

Indicated my car had a problem I was not aware of and showed it to me. Could definitely see the problem I was not having them check.

Quick, fast service. Jared will take care of you. My brakes were all but falling apart this morning. I took my Stang over here two days before Christmas. Its already back on the street. Brakes are smooth, no shake or squeal. I took it off of I-65 and hit them really hard. So far, not a single issue. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

I purchased new tires and have had my oil changed at Meineke. My experience was great. Courteous and knowledgeable employees and the wait time was not long either!

Was in a real jam today (late in the day on a Friday). Passing through Mobile on I-65 and I hear a clunk, then see a large bolt in my rear view mirror which fell out of the underside of my 2005 Truck. Stopped at Meineke in Mobile on a whim to see if they could figure out what happened, and I could not have been treated any better!!!! Sean promptly got me in a bay, raised the vehicle, and he pointed out exactly where the bolt fell out from. It was a piece that had somehow rattled loose and a new one definitely needed to be located to be put back on. They called all around town and no one had the exact GM-specific part, and to order one would have taken until at least Monday. So Sean went above and beyond by driving to the nearest hardware store to find something that would work well enough to get me home (380 miles away). I was so happy with the service I received, their sheer willingness to help me out in a pinch, and for getting me back on the road quickly. Kudos to the great folks at Meineke in Mobile, AL!!!! You all are awesome!!!! I recommend anyone to go there and see you for their automotive needs.

Awesome personable customer service at the Meineke at University and Overlook in Mobile, AL. I missed the appointment that I made online for Saturday because of family illness. I called on Wednesday and said I was in the area and if I could come by to get my oil changed and asked for an estimated time for the change. The very courteous customer service agent, said come on by you should be out in 30 minutes, I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Ive NEVER had a bad experience since this site opened.Visited on 7/17/20. Asked the sales person to make sure the tech place a plastic seat car cover before entering my vehicle due to Covid-19. Tech got in vehicle without gloves or plastic cover which should be mandatory for them as it is with other repair/service places for vehicles. I was livid, but kept my composure since I was replacing a tire. He put one in after getting out of my car when I told her what I witnessed. My family and my health is my priority. A customer shouldnt have to request what should be done on all vehicles.Visited on 12/23/20 for an oil change. The techs are still not placing a plastic seat car cover before entering my vehicle due to Covid-19. Tech got in vehicle without gloves or plastic cover which should be mandatory for them as it is with other repair/service places for vehicles. The staff is the best - their only problem is that they dont take sanitizing serious enough.

I took my 2015 Ford Transit Connect to Meineke for a front-end alignment. The techs were friendly and did a great job explaining the work that was done. They even called and informed me that Id left some personal belongings in the waiting area.

Brought my moms car there for brake replacement and they noticed that the right front tire was not sitting properly. They immediately notified us and showed us exactly what the problem was. They were very professional and friendly and kept us updated on their progress as they made the repairs. Warranties were clearly explained and they even replaced a broken brake light. Will definitely be bringing the car back there for future service.Thanks Maegan and crew!P.S. Dont forget to add more lights to your parking lot 😉0.

I have been using this one particular Meineke on University near Moffett Road for about 2 years, and they keep up with all my regular routine maintenance like a regular car dealereship would and I really love it because it helps me out a lot.

They’re at a convenient location for me, instead of having to drive further to Firestone.Had an issue with rotating my tires. I got a phone call claiming my lug nuts were “swollen”.Really? Who’s ever heard of such a thing? Weird.

Jared and Brandon were great! Brought a leak to my attention and we discussed other things I am saving up to repair on my car. Will go back every time!
