Been getting the run around with collision shops in Florida after I was involved in a hit and run accident during 4th of July weekend. I decided to start calling shops in Mobile because my parents reside there and I was hoping I would have better luck. The first few shops I called, they told me it would be several months before they had availability to repair my truck. When I called BMW of MCC, the worker I talked to initially told me October but after emailing him the estimate from my insurance company, he said that they could fit me in their schedule for August. I am very impressed with how accommodating this shop seems to be!!

My Car was sent to BMW to get repaired, they waited until the last minute to put my car back together and tried to pass it by me without telling me that its not completely finished, as though I wouldnt notice.

My Experience with Collision Center of Mobile was exceptional. Danny was exemplary on every hand. The Customer care and satisfaction was second to none. I live outside of New Orleans, but had an accident in Alabama, so I was wary of having repairs done so far from home, but it actually turned out to be a Blessing because the work was sterling and Danny was a cut way above the rest. His commitment to excellency is praiseworthy and admirable. I was calling around to see if it was possible for a shop to estimate my vehicle and take it in the same week. Most shops I called told me that itll take about a week for them to get a chance to look at the car. I spoke with Danny and he said that I can look at the car anytime but taking it in depends on how severe the damages are. I brought the vehicle in and right away, he told me that hell take it in because if water got on the car, itll damage the electrical components. After a few minutes of taking down my info and he called Hertz for me to see if they can pick me up to get my rental. After 10 minutes of trying, he said You know what? Ill just take you up there. He even waited till I signed the documents to my rental. The level of service hes provided me made me feel like I chosen the right place to take my vehicle to. The quality of work to the service, top notch! I definitely would recommend!

The body shop was phenomenal with their customer service. The guy in the service department was rude and not what we expect from BMW.

Brought car in for an estimate. They said they’ll let me know when the parts are in and ready to fix everything. It’s been four weeks and they have not responded to three emails or 4 messages. I’ve been told three times “someone will call you back in 15 minutes” and yet have not received one call.

I had a very positive experience at BMW Collision of Mobile. They did body work on my 2020 Nissan Rogue. Jeremy was thorough in explaining the job to me and keeping me informed of status while my car was with them. The quality of the repair appears to be impeccable. I would definitely use them again, and i would certainly request Jeremy!

I absolutely love the service at BMW of Mobile. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I drive my BMW over 3 hours one way passing two other BMW service centers because I feel as though My business is appreciated. My car is always ready when promised and the work is outstanding. So far, not so good. BMW Collision received my daughters car early afternoon on January 1/19/21. Damage to the car was minor--a detached front bumper/grill. But it took six days to transmit the estimate to the insurance company, 1/25/21. Insurance approved it that day. They also told the insurance company that they had the bumper, brackets, and splash shield in stock and that the repair would be a 2-3 day job. When I reached out to BMW Collision on the 3rd day (1/28/21), they said there was a parts delay and that it would be first of next week. Turning a 2-3 day job into at least six! What?

I love this collision service center! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. They do an amazing job in an timely manner. The environment is extremely clean and welcoming! Danny is amazing!

Poor customer service. I went to this place to know if my cars paint was still covered by Nissan warranty.The lady at the front desk was apathetic and busy with her cell phone and no time to say hello.Later, a man told me that someone from warranty would take care of me, I waited for about 45 minutes and left he place.This is not what I expected from BMW.

I used the collision center many times. A Nissan Titan, a Honda Civic, A Toyota 4Runner (twice), and now a Ford F-150. I have never owned a BMW but their paint booth is the best. They bake they paint, instead of sitting it out in the sun like most amateur paint collision places, *cough* Thronsons. The paint doesnt chip and they warranty their work. Great service all around and amazing peoole.

All I can say is they did a great job on car, I can’t believe it’s back to beautiful again🥰😍😘! Everyone there is super nice and even was so nice enough to take my car to service after collision work. BMW of Mobile Collision Center performed the repair on my 2018 Lexus RX 350. The quality of the repair exceeded all expectations. The metallic blue paint matched perfectly, and the fit up of the body panels was excellent. Jeremy Eck worked hard to make this a first rate experience. He keep me informed during the entire process, and he went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied. The at fault insurance company was unresponsive and difficult to work with, but Jeremy was persistent in getting the claim approved. I would unreservedly recommend this repair shop for their top notch customer service and quality work.

BMW Collision Center was very easy to deal with. They worked directly with my insurance company so the whole process was easy and painless. Our car came back from them looking like there was never any damage which was the way it should be. We didn’t need any return trips for any touch ups or adjustments. The car delivered back to us as was promised. It was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend.

After making a little list, I did some quick research and realized that BMW Collision Center in Mobile had the best ratings of recommended shops. I called and immediately was helped by a gentleman named Danny. He was so kind and knowledgeable; I felt like I was making a good choice. Because I live an hour away he had me send photos so he could give me an idea of the time frame we were looking at for my repair. His communication and confidence with my particular situation was very reassuring. Today I brought my car in, and he greeted me before I could even walk in the door. Very little communication, if any from BMW of Mobile Collision Center. Only information I received from them is when I called them to find out status of my car. Read reviews before I took my car there and was surprised at the comments compared to my experience. Would not recommend them for any service.Mentioned my experience to service representatives over the phone prior to picking up my car and did not see any improvement in communication. When I picks up my car service manager would not even look at me.

The collision shop really worked around my schedule to get the car estimated and repaired. Beautiful job done in 2 days.

They have no idea how to work with an insurance company. They screwed it up and 3 days after the car is done they are still trying to fix things with insurance. After 3 days I called and specifically asked what the full amount needed to release the car was and was told in no uncertain terms to bring $2k and they would release it. When I got there they changed their minds and wanted $4k. Drove 3 hours to pick it up only to have to leave without it. Typical bmw.To be clear this was no miscommunication. Before I left my house I asked specifically “what amount of money do I need to bring with me for the car to be released” and was told $2k in response to that question. Now they want to act like that is just what insurance still owes them for a supplement on top of my deductibles, after 3 hours previously telling me they would release the car for a flat $2k payment. A lie.

Great Customer Service! Inside of Vehicle looked showroom clean when done, very please with their level of professionalism and efforts to make things convenient for me.

Jeremy made sure he stayed in constant communication with me so I would know at all times what the status of my repairs were as well as with my insurance company for costs. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaner than I left it. Overall, great first, and hopefully last, experience with BMW Collision.

Felt like they thought they could tell me anything because I am woman rushed on my car and I was in rental that my insurance was paying for get my car back still wasnt fixed right had take back 3 times and first two times still didnt fix what was supposed be fixed and I dont want drop names I sure they know who they are something that was being giving me trouble that was suppose being fixed from previous accident still have me weiry and when I walk in there I shouldnt be asked we got your car again I be wanting say didnt you get your money from my insurance company but I stay cool because I can let the beast out of me. First time my experience with them was good here lately its been bad as hell....
