You don’t really want to have to use a paint and body shop but if you do, this one is fair and they do good work. Thanks to just regular life and hurricane debris, we’ve had to use them three times in the last year and I’ve been happy with the results all three times.

I have recommended at least 100 plus people to Gary Lively over the years in my personal Injury Law practice and never had one single complaint. Garry runs a class orginization and his work is superb. I needed a special accommodation because Inwas coming in from out of town and he was able to make it happen. Great people.

Gary does great work so strange to see any negative reviews. The estimate is done up front, The price quoted was off a little bit due to more damage than seen, but Gary called to let me know before he moved forward with the repair. I could not tell my vehicle was in an accident at all. I guess with any business you cannot always have everyone happy, but if it comes down to price and satisfaction of work, Gary goes above and beyond. He makes it known that it is his shop and knows that any issues fall back on him as the owner. This is why he stands behind his work and reputation. Highly recommended.

My truck was hit in the rear bumper. I mentioned to Garry (the owner) that it was poor timing because I was in the process of moving and really needed my truck. Instead of the 3 to 4 days they estimated for repairs, they jumped right on it and got it done in 1. Everyone there was very friendly and did a top quality job on the repairs. I highly recommend them!

Two times Gary called me said your truck is ready so I took off work and both days lost a lot of money that I will never get back it was not ready, drove away from shop found there was no water in radiator ac did not work and still has slow leak would not recommend any one one there

Ive never experienced service so A1 like I did with bay city! They were nice and patient.. I had a wreck and my sucky insurance company was taking forever to give me feedback.. But Jennifer was nice, even though I panicked & kept calling she was still very helpful! The service was great and my car looks wonderful..I had bumper, hood & fender damage.. But it looks brand new now, they were very fast & at the end they worked a deal with me ;) !! I would recommend this place to anyone that had an accident or needs work done!Thanks bay city collision!

Do not take your vehicle to this place. This company is a rip off. I had a accident with my vehicle and had this company do the repairs with a 6k dollar budget turned into a 9k repair. First he said he would take care of it and would let me know if it came anywhere near my budget to my surprise he finished it and hit me with 9000.00 dollars. The work was very poor, had multiple problems since receiving it back, they kept it 2 1/2 months added water to my radiator (Not Antifreeze also everyone knows GM specs call for Dex-Cool), my tire almost came completely off my truck because some person forgot to tighten up the lug nuts, the battery that they replaced looks like it goes on a motorcycle, my airbag switches are just dangling on both sides of the vehicle Im assuming that if I have a head on collision that they would not activate my airbags, one of the hoses to my intercooler blew off because it was not clipped properly, for 9k you would think he would replace all the lights on the front he did all but one 48 dollar fog light that he charged 118.00 for one! Broke my tailgate handle, didnt bother repairing it. I completely understand that a company has to make money but marking up parts 45-60% is proposterouis. When I got my vehicle back it was filthy from dust on the inside and had wax all over the outside. There is no telling what else will go wrong with this repair that Bay City half completed. I will never take anything to this company again and everyone from this day out will know not to take there vehicle to this place!

They had my car for 2 weeks just to paint 2 side mirrors but they failed to paint the mirrors all the way, when I took it back up there they told me that’s the way it’s suppose to be, now listen I sold cars for over 25 years I know what they are suppose to be, I just left because I didn’t won’t to argue . I would not ever send someone to there place of business, I’m not through posting on social media either . Jason Shaw .
