Way too long for a simple oil change. I was there for over an hour. I will look at other options for my next oil change.

Did not have the parts I needed. Was also in a few weeks ago for a computer update and wiper motor on my F150...was charged a diagnostic fee as well as labor fee for computer update and a separate diagnostic fee for my windshield wiper motor! Then wanted $500 more to replace wiper motor! Replaced it ourselves for $100...with OEM motor. Took 20 min from getting cowl and motor off to installation and replacing cowl. Computer software updates should be part of your purchase price!

I wish I could give negative stars. Had my brakes done back in January of 2020. Here it is 9 months later and I now need them completely redone costing me 3 times what I paid originally. Tried to contact and left messages and never got a response. Go to a legit ford dealership!!!!!!

I drove from Louisiana to AutoNation in Mobile to get my husband a car for his birthday. And I don’t think I could’ve gotten better service!! They were so patient and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond any car dealership we’ve ever been to. Especially Mr. William Vinson, Mr. Roger Marney and Mr. Jack. Even all the service tech guys were so helpful and polite! I’d definitely drive back here just to get another car next time we’re in the market!!

My f350 Had some A/C problems while I was traveling from up North back down to mobile. I didnt have an appointment and Jack the service person squeeze me in and started to work on the issues knowing I had to head north soon. I had some difficulties with warranties on ford parts and Jack spoke with Ford and corresponded multiple times with Ford to have a much better outcome for me instead of so much out of pocket since my warranty had expired. I was really impressed with these guys especially Jack, he went far beyond what he needed to do just to do what he thought was fair for me . I recommend this service center to everyone, a company is only as good as its employees and Jack is a great employee ....thank you!!

My moms car had engine problems. The local mechanic sent her back where she purchased her car which is Auto Nation Ford. Thanks to the warranty she purchased with the car, a $8000 motor job, and a new battery only cost her the price of the battery. Thanks Auto Nation .

After dealing with a massive headache at a different Ford dealer who refused to service the Airbag recall on my vehicle because of some non-standard bolt that was used in previous work on the car, I wound up at Ford Autonation. They did not hesitate in saying theyd do what it takes to correct the issue and handle this potentially catastrophic safety hazard with quick service, clear communication, and a clear concern for my vehicles safety. This is how service should be handled. Well done!

I purchased a 2015 Checrolet Camero from salesman Thomas Bethea in February. I have recieved poor customer service since the day I drove the car off the lot. My key broke in the ignition while driving the vehicle on the interstate. I took my car back up there to get a new key but they glued my key back together. Did not offer to make me a nww key phob. In March I took my car to the service department because my brakes was making a noise. The serviceman Jack said that they could not hear it. On May 4 I took my car back to the service department because my display screen went black on my radio. Jack informed me that my 90 day warrenty did not cover it because I was over my 4000 miles. That information was never disclosed by the salesman Thomas. He has never returned any of my phone calls since I purchased the vehicle. I ask for a Manager and I spoke to Roger Marney, who told me on May 5 that he will see if it is anything he can do to help me.. I never heard from him. I got off work early to go to the delaership on May 7 and Jack said that the manager was suppose to call me back. Roger then walked up to me and said, Your out of warrenty sorry. I asked him again if they could atleast meet me half way to fixing the issue and he looked at me and said no and walked away. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. My car has been to the service department 3 times and now I am out of warrenty. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I suggest that you do not purchase vehicle from this dealership
