Received false/misleading information in regards to ordering a product. I was specifically told that I was ordering Nissan hubcaps, not hubcaps for a Nissan. I asked multiple times for clarification. When the product arrived and was not what I specifically asked for, I was told there would be a 20% fee associated with my return. Very dissatisfied. The staff was also rude and made inappropriate faces as I left the building. So glad I didn’t treat them the way they treated me. I thank God for growth and maturity. I pray that you all are soon able to hire staff that love what they do and have respect for customers.

They had the part i need and it came with a warranty and it was less than half the cost of buying it from a chain auto parts store they had great customer service and made me feel very comfortable definitely will be back for my parts needs

I find it really hard to believe they have no parts for my car! Searched online for 3 different parts and no results for any! I have a very popular model and year, 05 Nissan Altima, and looking at the pics they have what appears to be thousands of vehicles! No Altimas!?!? Cant see that possible! Not helpful at all as far as online search.

Gabe (internet sales guy) is horrible to deal with. Lies about parts and has an attitude. Does not own up to his mistakes and instead blames customers for his errors.

Great customer service! I don’t know why anyone has reviewed them negatively, I experienced nothing but politeness and helpfulness. I bout two(2) nearly brand new tires that had previously been on a Chrysler for $50! They still had the rubber nipples on them. I drive a Mustang GT and have no trunk space due to a sound system, I went it and asked for something to cover my leather seats. Two employees went searching for something they could give me to use. They came back with all they had big enough and it was 8 medium garbage bags. I fashioned a make shift seat cover from them and the tires rode all the way home in my passenger seat. I would recommend this place to anyone, even family. They made even my little concerns a priority.

Ive done business with Counselman quite a few times and am always happy with them. The staff has always been knowledgeable and courteous, and as helpful as possible.I have only ever had one problem with them, in which I placed an order for a starter but they ordered an alternator. When I brought up the mistake they were very apologetic and got me the starter I needed within a matter if hours - a part that most retailers would have taken several days to source.

We was giving the wrong alternator not once but 3 different times! Great prices and people were nice and friendly other than that

They do not honor their warranties. I purchased an engine from Counselman for 850.00. I purchased a lifetime warranty on the engine. The engine went out within a 2 month time frame. Counselman told me that they wouldnt honor their warranty because I ran the engine hot, which was not true. I spent over 1200.00 and they wouldnt stand behind their warranty. A complete rip off.

These people are rip offs. twice I went there looking for parts and they ask way to much.looked online for a right side mirror for my mustang today. found a brand new one for $48 then I called these people and they wanted 60 for a used one.Really people. a mirror that is used maybe $20 to $25.get with the times. parts are cheap online now and you should keep up with the prices.

Counselman Automotive....They normaly have what you need however if they dont..THEY WILL GET IT. Counselman Automotive stand by their parts with a guaranteed warranty..I would refer councilman to anyone..

I had several differant options when looking for a used engine for my car, however i chose to go with Counseman because the offered the engine with the lowest miles (44K miles) and the best warranty (6 months), The engine was overpriced although i didnt mind with the low miles and warranty. The engine was installed by a professional automotive shop, a week later the engine blew up, it was internal damage with the valves, which should be covered under warranty but when i called they told me that valves are not covered under warranty and just blew me off. I ended up having to buy another engine at another salvage yard. This is very poor business in my opnion. Please beware if you intend to buy here, once they have your money they could care less about you
