Their selection has gone down big time! I completely counted on this place to have the beads I need to make certain necklaces. but was extremely disappointed when I got there they only had one strand and it was ruined along with half of their selection of metal beads . All of the color was coming off and they still wanted to try to charge you $4.99 a strand other than that the cashier was nice.

Found Jeffree Star at Michaels Craft store haha. But over all this store is such a fun store for anyone who loves to buy decors or make decors! They pretty much have almost everything you could want or need and have alot more online as well! Definitely a greta store to window shop or buy everything in !!!

I was having the most trouble finding what I was looking for!! One employee definitely trying their best accidentally misdirected me and another told me they didnt carry the items but JAMES saved the day! he was so nice and funny and helpful! I imagine he is a very fun manager to work for. 10/10 store with great leadership. He also clued me in on a coupon which was awesome.

I love going to Michaels to find deals. Today my checkout experience put a smile on my face. James was very interactive, even with the customers behind me, and made it fun. James is definitely gets a gold star for giving me my morning smile. Kudos to you.😊

I love going to this Michael’s location. I do some of my craft shopping here and recently have found it to be a great supplier for wedding decor. A bonus is they have weekly creativity camp for just $3 per child. I took my nephew and daughter here several times. They had a blast painting etc with the instructor, her daughter, and the other children there. Great staff all around.

I went in Michaels to buy a corner cutter fir svrapbooking, unfortunately the shelves were not as full as normal, before pandemic. They did not have any corner cutters, it was very disappointing.

Had good floral selection and on sale.I didnt realize the didnt carry any fabric though.All in all me and my granddaughter found enough crafts to keep us busy.

My visit was great. I found what i was looking for. One employee was extremely helpful. Her name is Anitra. She was very upbeat and disnt hesitate to help me as well as other customers find what we needed. She went out of her way to help us. I called customer service to let them know about yhe womderful custimer service that she provided.

Ordered on line, drove to store, parked in Curb Pick-up. Our wait time was only 5 min. Amazing, when you consider that the parking lot was full and traffic was bumper to bumper.

Always clean with helpful staff. We went in for their Pride selection and was not disappointed. Scooped up a shirt and earrings (yay nickle free!) for my kiddo. But the best part was finding fans for my shoot!!

What sold me is the Halloween merchandise. Usually youd see more of that around here this time of the year but its kinda... Dead. Glad Michaels is willing to be more of a participant!

Great deals, many -70%, but no one available to assist. I was there two hours, obviously cannot reach things, and no assistance offered. I needed guidance in choosing a gift, but left without one bc no one around. Saw one employee when leaving. I think the assumption is, artists and crafters know what theyre doing and what they want, esp w/so much available online, but some people dont and are more hands-on. Love their Make It craft room, have done this. Do they offer adult classes mentioned online? So much to browse, will have to go back! Love the variety and sense of possibility.

My happy place. So much potential! I love to make gifts or give gifts with a making element. Michaels is my go to for birthday party gifts. I love to get the bath bomb kits and boys and girls love them. The employees are nice and helpful. Aisles are usually neat despite it getting super busy for Christmas. Its just such a great store!!

I went in looking for chocolate color and I didn’t see it on the selves .... but James offered to go in the back and look though boxes to get what I needed and for that I appreciate him so much

Love the painting supplies when they actually have the stuff in stock.

Needed a item I couldnt find and the sakes associate was able to help me quickly.

Prices and coupons are great but the staff has been very unhelpful and unfriendly the last few times Ive been in here. Will probably shop elsewhere before I go here in the future.

Great craft store. The employees are very helpful and non judgmental. They have a great return policy and will help you with whatever you need. Also if what you are looking for in the store is not there, they will gladly tell you another store that might have what you are looking for.

This place is BEYOND OVER PRICED. They make you think youre gonna catch a good sale (50% off for Halloween stuff) but you want $150 for a painted pumpkin sculpture, $80 for a barely done wreath, and just NO. Ugh STAY WITH HOBBY LOBBY ❤️ Half the price, better sales and the quality is just as good!

I never have any issue looking for what I need here and the staff are all incredable. If you dont have a membership with them and you shop here often, I highly recommend it. Its free and you get amazing discounts on quality items.

I love their beads for jewelry making, very big selections, good quality and very good sales. But, their sterling silver findings for jewelry making are not very good. They need more of a variety and better quality.

Its some new people working and their customer service skills arent good as they should be. I will continue to go because Bill always go above and beyond for the customers.

I can always find the supplies I need here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The pre-made things can be a little pricey, but if you look in the clearance section, there is s good chance you can find materials to make your own for cheap. They even offer classes for children and adults on weekends on a variety of hobbies.

Michaels is having a pretty good sale right now on Christmas items. Well worth the trip. Something for everyones style. The wait in lines werent long. They had about 3 cashiers working to check you out and at least 1 other close by.
