Moberly Mo. Store NEVER has enough staff. They refuse sales because not having certified staff on to sell firearms. DO NOT RETURN any thing and have the refund returned to your card. It takes over 4 days to receive the refund. Calling the home office to voice your concerns falls on deaf ears. “Oh the manager in that store will reach out to you he is just that kind of manager” I am still waiting on this call. I sincerely hope that tractor supply buys this company as promised. Orscheln Farm and Home and their staff could careless for the customers that are keeping them open.

Have always liked shopping at any Orschelns. This one lacks variety, inventory and organization in merchandising though. Disappointed that I moved back to Missouri and was looking forward to shopping with them again.

Between the election and hunting season, the ammunition in sporting goods, is mostly wiped out! They have a large selection of western work wear, at pretty reasonable prices. They are also one of the few stores in town that carry batteries, for your vehicles key fobs. The sales associate that helped me, was incredibly patient, and very knowledgeable. So nice to see employees that have pride in their work!

Never a bad experience when i need something from this store. Been shopping here for years. Seems like prices may be a little lower here than other places. And they dont try to insist that you wear a mask in the store.

Really like the store. Reminds of a farm store called bomgaars in our area,only on steroids. They had alot more and highly stocked sporting goods department. Will be going in there alot once we get moved down there!

This store is a standout example of why you should buy locally when possible. Can you better deal them online? Sometimes, but not always. Farm and Home is a valuable hometown resource, and when you cannot wait for something to be shipped you will realize just how important it is. Great staff, and longtime local employer.

Reminds me of the TSC stores around home in MI but with a lot more selection and spread out a bit more for easier shopping. Some decent deals on clothing and pet foods. Will definitely be visiting again on our next trip down.

Took a bit for cashier to react to long check out line. She called for help and 2 additional cashiers opened up. It was Sunday morning on a beautiful fall morning.Store was clean and neat and easy to shop.

This store has an excellent range of products especially for farmers. There are many things that you cannot get anyplace else in the county. The staff are helpful and friendly. And things are generally easy to find. If you cannot find something the associates are more than happy to locate it for you.

I think this is a good store, the prices are typically just far too high. Online shopping has them beat by far, like less than half price on some stuff. Id rather buy local, but dont have that kind of money. There are nice boots, nice sporting goods selection, and I get all my animal feed there.

Usually pretty good. Other times the shelves are empty. New employees need more training than they get. But all in all pretty decent.

Great store for alot of things. My kids love the baby chicks and ducklings every year and love when grandma cooks eggs laid by the chicks of past years.Duck eggs are great too!

Well sporting goods has lost my business. It seems they sell nice pricey fishing rods with no warranty even with receipt in hand. This was the third rod I had bought from them this year and my last. Basspro wouldnt have hesitated to do something positive about this.

Terrible service! I was shopping to buy a particular item. I found the item on sale by an online dealer. It was a great deal, but I would rather give my money to the local businesses. So I called late in the evening on june 19th, and asked if they would price match. They got the details (the name of the company, the sale price, ect) then I was put on hold while it was approved by a manager. The manager did approve it, and I made plans to make the HOUR long drive to this store. When I arrived they refused to match the price that they (the manager) agreed to. They were also very rude.They will not have my business until they make up for their failure.

Found just what I needed thanks to the Farm n Equipment clerk he new right where to look for the tire I needed to fix my dolly. I was in and out quite fast .

Tend to not have or not be able to find item that I am looking for. But they still have a great variety of products available for the farm/house/livestock etc. Most all of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Hardly anyone here knows about the (over priced) products they sell. I asked an employee where the chicken feed was and she literally said I donno and walked away. Some employees are nice but Most are jerks and cant/wont help. Needs new management
