Had a blown tire just south of Moberly and being from out of state was concerned about all the things that means when your car starts having problems. The tire couldnt be repaired and Zach did an excellent job walking through the options on replacement. Purchased 4 new tires and feel good about that decision as well as the tires. While there it was obvious they were incredibly busy and yet they still managed to take my car in and get things done. Thank you for the help and getting me safely back on the road.

The guys working here are super awesome & helpful. Spent about 45 min with Walmart, with no accomplishment, before some mentioning plaza tire. They got me right in & taken care of. Prices were really good also Definitely recommend & will be going back when necessary.

Did basic synthetic oil service and tire rotation without costing arm and leg. Wasnt in big hurry so walked nearby to eat supper. Plenty of food options available in the area. Still had vehicle done in a reasonable amount of time.

I will say this place was a saving grace, we are from out of town and got two flats on a rental car. We brought the car to plaza tire service and there were able to repair both, best thing that has happened the whole time being here. Both Zach and Chris are amazing and really helped us get back on the road!! I am very impressed by their service and support being from out of town we are very grateful thank you both and the staff for helping us!! Highly recommend this place 10 stars for sure!!!

We called first. Wishing they would of told us they were too busy that day. Had a 3 and half hour wait. Tires and service was great. Just didnt have the time to set and wait like that.

We love Plaza Tire in general as a franchise. We are regular customers in Columbia. So when we were having an issue with one of our trailer tires on a trip North we immediately looked for a Plaza Tire to go to. We know that every store is independently ran so we checked reviews and gave them a call. We are extremely happy with our choice.They had the tire we needed in stock plus some. We actually opted to just do a full all around replacement since our tires were older. They got us in, did a complete change - dismount, mount, balance, install as well as disposing of our old tires, all in an hour. The staff was super friendly especially the manager Zach. Since we are existing Plaza customers he was able to find us in their system which meant they had us in the queue before we pulled in the parking lot.I definitely recommend this location for anyone in need and will return if ever in the area and in need of their services.

Zack in Moberly Missouri had awesome customer service and product knowledge. I blew a tire on the side of the road and called, he said he would wait for me even though they were about to close. Got there and they In fact stayed past closing time to get me back on the road. A huge thank you to Zack and his team!!!

Long wait times. Watched employees just standing around talking to each other with arms crossed while what should have taken 45 minutes, took 3 hours. The incompetence of the manager was astounding as he chatted it up while everyone else just sat there and waited. No regard for other people’s time or money. I won’t be back.

Needed an alignment for my vehicle. Told them over the phone that I drive a 2021 model year and I was told to bring it in and theyd get it taken care of.So, I show up the next morning, once again let them know that I drive a 2021 model year. Wait for around an hour just to be told that they suddenly cant do the alignment because my truck is too new and they cant work on 20-21 models.I will not be doing business with this place ever again. It was an absolute waste of time.

This is my 3rd visit to plaza tire in Moberly MOThe was for 4 new tires on my car. The 2nd was for 2 new tires on my Suburban (I was in a rush) so I couldn’t do my alignment then so I dropped it off today and my alignment was completed along with an oil change.I would recommend anyone to bring there business here. This is my second time in dealing with Moberly Plaza Tire Service and both times the staff was very considerate and helpful. Service requested was done and this time they made me aware of a problem that needed to be addressed for safety reasons and took care of it before I left shop. I just recently moved to the Moberly area. I normally would make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but appointments are not available here, its first come first served.It took a little longer than intimidated but very professional and would return again for car service needs in the future.

I can t speak more highly of Plaza Tire. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable their prices are reasonable. I would recommend Plaza Tire to family and friends.

Dropped in on a Saturday to have tires put on the family car . Had to wait a bit but, that should be expected at any auto care facility . The techs were quick and accurate . The waiting area was clean and comfortable . The price is comparable when you factor in the warranty and roadside assistance . Good all around experience !

Late in afternoon as it was Z. Pappas was courteous n customer service oriented. I explained situation with front passenger tire having a slow leak. And explained how I wanted the spare tire to be installed on the front passenger side to replace the currently installed one with the impeded screw puncture. Turns out the rims are different. Spare is steel, currently installed one is aluminum. This Z. Pappas explained to me b4 the repair took place. He explained how the repair procedure was to b done on the punctured tire, and so I opted for a repair to the tire. Pappas was still customer service oriented throughout out the whole process. And he made sure the repaired tire had the correct air pressure and the vehicle TPS reflected this. Overall I had a good interaction with z. Pappas at plaza tire service.

Fast service done right.Rotated, balance pulled nail and fixed and even checked front end alignment for free. Definitely recommend Moberly missouri Plaza tire!

Stopped in to this location while visiting the area because I had a screw in my tire. Took more than an hour to patch. Then, after I left, I noticed the tire they patched has 12 more psi than every other tire, and 7 more than my auto manufacturer says should be in there. Now I have to fiddle with this issue. Very frustrating.

Very pleasant young man.long wait ..but no fault of theirs.. let you know right up front.will be back again..

Good friendly service with a smile even though it was slow from a not full staff.

Bought a lifetime alignment check several years ago for car.Brought car in for an alignment June 2020 after hitting a rock in the road. They aligned the car fine(why two stars) but there was still a problem that seemed to be getting worse. Suspected balance but questioned alignment. Took my car to walmart as that is where I had to buy tires from last fall to get balanced. They noted that they couldnt take wheel off and put back on due to broken stud on wheel. I took it off myself in parking lot and had walmart balance it and I put it back on (still a problem driving). Took it back to Plaza Tire Service and they said it had been too long since I had the work completed. I know why they didnt own up to it in the first place. They quoted ~400 to replace the broken stud. The work is in depth on the car and I didnt pay close enough attention when I picked the car up. I have other problems with this place but not so much as the one in COMO. Very disappointing.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, very polite, and very knowledgeable. I was happy to see the estimate for the tires and service were exactly what they said it would be.

Poor service, poor tires. Charged for the replacement of a tire that went bad about 2 months after purchasing... Tried to stick a charge to us for the replacement after telling us the day before that it would be replaced ok n them. Zach is not a good business man. That will be the last dollar they get from our pocket. 2 months prior we had spent $1000 dollars on fixing our truck. Poor business. Would have given a 0, if it was offered.

Never been here before, went in yesterday and had to make appointment for next day. Today went he remembered me, got me in n done on an oil change in reasonable time. They were friendly and courteous. Recommend a new valve cover gasket and quoted a good a price, but have to order its its a Mercedes. I was very happy good job good work. I would recommend this place.

Very friendly customer service. Big issue is the appointment. Me and my wife both made online appointments yesterday. We show up to the appointment time. Then we are told they cant get to both of them and the one might be done by the end of the day. I understand things happen but a call to us to explain would have been the best way to go about this.

Went in for a simple tire patch. The guy that went in before me got the same thing done. He got done one hour and thirty before I even got into the shop. Kept putting other customers infront of me. Very annoying and needs to be fixed. Other than that its a nice facility

I would not go back to plaza tire. I was only going to buy 2 tires but the guy said they would cut me a good deal if i bought 4 so i said ok how much for 4 the price he end up giving was 205 a tire well they had a price chart on the counter.and the normal price was 197. He said that wasnt the right price but he would match it well where the hell is my good price for buying 4 they also charged me for road haz which they didnt even ask me if i wanted. They charged me as much as i could have almost got 8 tires somewhere else..

Bought a new set of tires. Waited over a hour just to find out they put the wrong tires on my truck. I am currently waiting for them to put the right tires on. Probably will not be doing business here again.

Stopped in to get a flat repaired. Was told 15 to 20 minutes. Asked specifically if they be quick due to I had family waiting on me. We were Im the middle of moving 300 miles. After 45 minutes was informed had one more in front of me. The individual at the desk knew straight out it be hour and a half but didnt care. Guess they needed the business. Went up the street was done in under 10 minutes, they understood my situation and helped.

I was seen at your store on Saturday and it was empty if customers it was 23:30 I was getting a sensor saying both my left and right tires were low so I put air in them and brought it to your store and got right in and my car was brought around quickly saying the air pressure was adjusted and there was nothing wrong and no charge I brought it home and by the next morning it was flat on the left front tire and really low on the front right passenger side. Not happy with the quick and non through inspection

Spent 804 dollars... tires look great. Hope theyre worth it. Front end alignment was spot on. Will definitly be back.

If I could give a negative star I would. The website had the tires listed at $74.95 and when I called over the phone to double check they told me it would be $89 a tire with the fee for installation. I made an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time before they even pulled my car in to do the tires. Then had to wait for the guy to ring me out once they were done he was on his phone not paying attention and then stopped to chat with a guy before finally actually doing his job. After I got my bill there was a huge discrepancy in pricing I was charged $160 in hidden fees. Completely dissatisfied and definitely a rip off false advertising for sure.
