Hailey was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient and took the time to show my different phone options. She sold me the accessories I needed without being pushy. I drove an hour to do business here because my hometown Verizon store in Chamberlain lacks the same level of customer service.

Karina by far is the best Verizon representative I have ever had the fortune to deal with. She is clear, concise, and very knowledgeable in her job. She took care of my dads phone issues out of the goodness of her heart. She always takes care of her customers, and will go through any means necessary to ensure you leave with the device thats right for you, and with a smile on your face. Quick and friendly service

We went in to get new phones and Isaac was the one to help us. He did very well explaining everything and pointing out accessories available. He then started the process of switching the old phone info to the new phones. Unfortunately since neither phone had been backed up for quite sometime it took hours to do. In the process of waiting we watched as Isaac calmly help the 7 other customers that walked in the store. He was the only associate working since it was less than and hour before closing. He then offered to stay while the phones were still doing their thing. Isaac willingly stayed at least 2 hours after closing waiting for our phones. He was courteous and even offered us something to drink. I see management material in this young man.!!!

Can’t thank Isaac C enough for helping me finally update from a 6s to the XR. Helped with all of my questions and getting things switched over to my new phone all for a great price! I highly recommend working with him. Amazing products and amazing people. Can’t beat that!

Very fast and helpful.

I was very impressed with the service we received tonight from Isaac. My sons phone was overheating and I called in. He gave us a couple different options and one of them was to stop in. The only problem was it was a 35 minute drive and the office was closing in 50 min. While it was time for him to close the shop for the day, he never once swayed from being extremely helpful and patient. We havent always had the best service at Verizon but he definitely went over and above with his customer service. We will continue to be Verizon customers. Isaac comes highly recommended.
