I had Graham Tire change oil on my vehicle on Friday morning.However, Friday evening I discovered that oil was leaking pretty steadily from the oil plug, leaving quite a large puddle of oil on my garage floor and making quite a mess.I knew Graham was closed on Saturdays, but I figured I’d give them a call right away Saturday morning anyway and at least leave a message about this problem.Luckily, their after hours emergency guy, Clint, was on duty to take my call… and he could not have been any more helpful.Clint came to my house within 15 or 20 minutes, assessed what the problem was, then topped off the oil in my car, drove it to the shop, changed the oil and put in a new plug.Then, he not only brought my car back (no longer leaking oil, I might add), but he cleaned up the oil spill on my garage floor as well!And he left me a box of paper shop towels as an extra bonus!I’ll admit, I wasn’t any too thrilled when I first discovered that oil leak on my garage floor Friday evening… but, hey, I guess things like this can happen.What really counted in my book was how quickly and professionally Graham handled the situation, going above and beyond to make things right.So, a special thanks to Clint for a job well done… and thanks to everyone else at Graham Tire, too.

Scary situation turned into a pleasant experience! Blew a tire on the trailer and trashed the rim as a result. Graham took us right away. Purchased a new tire, rim plus 2 spares with one additional new rim. Kelly, Hunter and Jeremy were awesome. Got us up and running in less than 30 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One of our RV tires started to give up about 12 miles west of Mitchell. I pulled over to check it out, and realized we couldnt continue our journey. All of the tire shops within 50 miles of us were closed since it was almost 6:00 pm. I called Graham Tire, the only after-hours roadside service around, and got ahold of their on-call service guy. I told him where we were, and what tire we needed. He was pulled up behind our rig within the hour. Friendly, professional, and a quick tire changer. Also, price doesnt matter when you are in that situation but they charged a fair price for the service given. Graham Tire saved the day, and kept our cross country trip on track. I dont plan on it, but if I ever blow another tire near Mitchell South Dakota, Ill be calling Graham Tire. Thank you Graham Tire!

Bought a used car from a dealer that uses them for service they sent me to them to fix a piece of my rear door handle and install weather stripping by the window. They fixed the weather stripping and ordered a new handle. When I went to get the car the handle (that previously worked fine ) was replaced with a knock off part that fits poorly and doesnt match the car and the original piece that was broken was shoved back into place. So now my door works worse than when I brought it in and looks bad. When I complained they said I need to go to a body shop and argued that it was fine.

I want to thank Jeremy for getting tires ordered for me and Clint for getting them put on in such short notice. It is nice to know that when you’re traveling with your motorhome and you need short notice SERVICE, that there are businesses like Graham tire in Mitchell South Dakota that will do what they can to help you out and get you on the road soon. Brought a car from a dealer, had them put new tires on it as part of the agreement, one tire failed, gram would not warranty it, because I didnt buy it.Thanks for the reply, I contacted The dealer directly he contacted gram of Sioux falls they let him know that I should be able to take it to Graham and it should still be under warranty since I put the first mile on it,

These guys aren’t interested in helping you, I don’t know how they stay in business. I came in for assistance and was just flatly told “ we can’t help you today “. Nothing else just “no”. I will never do business with them. My money is better spent anywhere else. Beware.

I was on my way across the state on I-90 when I started getting a flat. I stopped here and the guys were able to help me immediately. They found that I had a bad valve on my tire causing the air loss and fixed it for free. I was back on the road in short order. Great service - kind people. Cant thank them enough.

I needed all six tires on my Class C motor home replaced on short notice, and Travis and his crew made it happen. Very courteous and focused on making the customer happy. By the way, the clean bathroom, hot coffee and guest WiFi made the short wait pleasant. I strongly recommend you give them your business.

Graham Tire company is so so helpful-- we had a tire blowout in our RV last week. We made it to our campground KOA in Mitchell and realized our tire had a big hole in the side. We called them around 3:45 in the afternoon and they were at the campground by 4:15 with a new tire. Graham Tire company took a very stressful situation and made it so much better for us-- and they didnt charge us an arm and a leg!! Please use this company-- they are awesome.

I have never been so ripped off in my life. So I drop off my car to fix a tire and for them to also fix my AC and leave. Later on I get a call that my rim was bent and I needed a new rim. I had pretty closely looked at my former rim and it was completely fine, I thought it was odd but I figured well maybe there was something I missed, so I figured no big deal Ill buy the new rim. I a few days later go in to pick up my car and it doesnt start, I go to the front office to let them know and a tall older man told me my car was out of gas when I brought it to them. It absolutely was not out of gas when I brought it to them and I told them as much. He brings fuel with him and we start my car and it turns out my battery was dead. Pretty strange since my battery was absolutely perfect before bringing it into them. Finally they jump start my car and I start on the interstate to start my drive to Sioux Falls. Immediately upon getting on the interstate my car starts to wobble. I eventually get to Sioux Falls after a very stressful drive and go into my Hyundai dealer to find out they never balanced or aligned the tire. Then after they are done they call me to inform me that my car wont start and that a jump start didnt help because my battery was completely dead again my battery was FINE before I ever went to that place. I replace the battery and then finally after the worst day ever I go home. I wake up the next day to what do you know.. NO AC! Apparently something was leaking and the stuff they put in to recharge it was completely empty (After I paid over a hundred dollars for it.) These people are SCAMMERS DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!Edit: Was told to call in to get it resolved... was a complete waste of my time they asked what were they suppose to do about it.

I had a flat tire 20 miles from mitchell in -3 weather. After I put the spare on, I took it to Graham the next day to repair the flat. He checked all tires, changed the spare, and aired up all the tires completely free of charge on a Saturday. Customer service is 2nd to none and I highly recommend their business to anyone who needs anything tires.

Never go here. This place is a rip off. And mechanics are just unbelivable rude, greedy and unprofesional. I wish i can give them no star. If you are a truck driver with a bad tire, just find another shop. Recap tires here are 350?!! You should be ashamed of a way you do tour buisiness.
