Oil change in and out before done shopping. Good team there. NOT IDIOTS

They butchered a lug nut, and when I told them I have spares I was brushed off and ignored. They know how to balance tires and thats all I would trust them for. Dont stop here if you can avoid it.

Traveling from WA state to Missouri. We lost the tread on one of our trailer tires. It Sunday and the only place open was Walmart which is by appt only. Billy in the tire center was empathetic and understood our situation. He was able to get us in right away and got us back on the road in no time! Billy is the person to see at this tire location. Thank you so much Billy!!!!!

We blew a tire on I-90 west of Mitchell.. called Walmart tire service asked if they had a tire machine to put a tire on a rim!!! Lady said yes, so a friend who was behind us went to BUY a new tire and rim and then was told that it could not be done until tuesday... its Sunday and we are sitting along the interstate .... very poor service if Id say no!!!! Thumbs down for sure

Will never get tires or anything done here again. Sat for almost 2 hours waiting to get a battery tested that was bad and wasnt even a year old. Shouldve taken 30 minutes tops. They put new tires on my vehicle. Since then my low pressure light has been on. Took it in to have them look at it and they said there was something wrong with the rim. They had to have damaged it as there was no issue before. Customer Service is a joke. Spend a little more and get better service. Dont settle for worse than second rate.

I took my vehicle here the last three times for an oil change, recently i asked my brother to change my oil and come to find out my oil plug would not come loose and was stripped. I will no longer be coming back for service here.

You can tell which employees enjoy their job! They do really good work, just wish some would care a little more that they are repairing. Or maintaining another humans vehicle!

Mitchell, SD Walmart Auto Care Center broke off the cap to my oil pan, and I had to have my car towed out of their shop to another place to have them fix what Walmart Mitchell Auto Care Center broke on my car and have them change my oil.

Worked there three years. Sometimes OK, sometimes incompetent. Definitely a gamble depending on whos on duty.

Called to ask if they do oil changes on a c-class RV (Ford E-450 chassis). The guy was very demeaning, laughed at me and made me feel stupid for even asking.

Very incompetent employees that barely know how to do oil changes they dont offer any of the services that say they say and with their words saying they either dont have the parts or they dont know how to actually do it for example asked to do the fuel cleaning treatment that they offer and he said they dont know how to do it because he doesnt know how to take off the engine cover...!!!....
